Abstract

This study aims to provide an analysis of women's participation in forest management through the Village Forest mechanism in Durian Rambun Village, Merangin Regency, Jambi Province. Village Forest is one of the social forestry mechanisms aimed at creating the welfare of communities that coexist with forests. This research is qualitative research with descriptive methods to explain phenomena in detail. Data collection methods are carried out by interviews, observations and literature studies. The results showed that women's participation in forest management through Village Forests is necessary, women and forests are entities that cannot be released. Through participation in forest management, Durian Rambun village women are economically empowered by utilizing forest land to produce and produce coffee products. Management is carried out sustainably so that forest sustainability still occurs in accordance with the principles of social forestry management.

Abstract

Kenakalan remaja merupakan bentuk aktualisasi perilaku menyimpang yang dilakukan oleh para remaja yang berpotensi menimbulkan keresahan dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Salah satu permasalahan yang ada di masyarakat kurangnya rasa akan kerukunan terhadap sesama terutama remaja remaja sekolah dan penyalah gunaan obat-obat terlarang (NARKOBA). Kurangnya kesadaran tersebut mengakibatkan terjadinya kerusuhan seperti tawuran antar pelajar sekolah salah satunya terdapat di Desa Bukit Tigo, Kecamatan Singkut, Kabupaten Sarolangun. Berkaitan dengan permasalahan ini peran mahasiswa kuliah kerja nyata (KKN) sangat di perlukan dalam pencegahan kenakalan remaja. Untuk penanggulangan tersebut maka dilakukanlah penyuluhan kenakalan remaja yang dilakukan dikantor desa bukit tigo kecamatan singkut kabupaten sarolangun provinsi jambi yang bertujuan sebagai berikut : 1) meningkatkan kesadaran remaja akan dampak-dampak negatif dari kenakalan remaja; 2) mewujudkan remaja sehat tanpa narkoba; 3) mewujudkan remaja yang lebih bijak dalam bergaul; 4) meningkatkan semangat remaja dalam mengejar masa depan. 5) mengajak para remaja untuk menjadi remaja yang produktif. Kegiatan ini dihadiri oleh 33 peserta dari kalangan masyarakar desa, 17 peserta dari kalangan mahasiswa kuliah kerja nyata (KKN) Universitas Islam Negeri Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penyampaian materi penyuluhan melalui ceramah interaktif.

Abstract

The Muslim fashion industry continues to grow. Currently, there are a large number of clothing entrepreneurs in Jambi City, given the economic prospects that allow companies to consistently achieve stable sales, so that consumers can feel confident in purchasing the products they sell. In this case, the role and application of sharia marketing mix and brand image are crucial because they influence the company's sustainability, especially in increasing sales and also influence consumers in making purchasing decisions. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of sharia marketing mix and brand image on purchasing decisions for JN Mode Muslim fashion in Jambi City. The research method used is quantitative. A sample of 96 respondents was taken using a purposive sampling technique. This study used the SPSS version 25 calculation tool. The results showed that sharia marketing mix had a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions, brand image had a significant but negative effect on purchasing decisions. Based on data analysis in this study, these variables are valid and reliable. In testing the classical assumptions of this study, the distribution was normal, and there was no heteroscedasticity or multicollinearity.

Abstract

Economic development is a long-term process capita income and significant changes in economic structure. To achieve this, a country requires an optimal resource and service management system to create economic stability and sustainability. However, challenges such as growth instability, unemployment, and inflation remain obstacles, especially with the global recession expected in 2023. This study aims to analyze the effect of unemployment and zakat on economic growth in three ASEAN countries (Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore), selected purposively based on their improved zakat management regulations. The method used is panel data regression analysis with secondary data for the period 2014- 2023. The results show that partially, unemployment has a negative but insignificant effect, while zakat has a negative and significant effect on economic growth. Simultaneously, both variables influence economic growth in ASEAN countries
