Abstract

Group dynamics is one of the courses contained in the S-1 Guidance and Counseling program. Blended learning is a combination of learning between face-to-face, computer (offline), and internet-based learning (online). The main purpose of blended learning is to provide opportunities for the various characteristics of learners to become self-sustaining, sustainable, and developing throughout life, so that learning will be more effective, more efficient, and more interesting. The development model used in the development process of blended learning of Group Dynamics course is with ADDIE model. The steps of developing this model include: (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, (5) Evaluation. Development phase that has been done include: analysis, design, development and implementation. Based on expert test results, obtained P = 92.25%, which according to Riduwan (2012) interpretation criteria including the criteria of "very good" and obtain alternative decisions "very feasible". The development of blended learning Group Dynamics has met the acceptability criteria covering aspects of usability, accuracy, and feasibility. However, there should be assistance to students in the implementation of online learning them.

Abstract

Peserta didik memerlukan keterampilan manajemen waktu belajar agar tercapai prestasi yang maksimal. Namun, banyak peserta didik yang kesulitan mengatur waktu belajarnya, yang berdampak pada penurunan prestasi akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan manajemen waktu belajar peserta didik kelas XI Teknik Fabrikasi Logam dan Manufaktur 2 SMKN 5 Surabaya. Penilitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian tindakan bimbingan dan konseling (PTBK). Penelitian ini berlangsung dalam 2 siklus, masing-masing siklus mencakup dari persiapan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, serta peninjauan kembali. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang mengukur empat aspek manajemen waktu, meliputi kemampuan menetapkan tujuan dan memahami prioritas, kemampuan mengelola waktu, rencana membuat jadwal, dan preferensi organisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam manajemen waktu belajar siswa. Rata-rata persentase manajemen waktu belajar siswa pra siklus adalah 47 %, setelah siklus I persentase meningkat 68%, dan setelah siklus II mencapai 87%. Dengan demikian dapat dipastikan bahwa bimbingan klasikal dengan metode problem based learning efektif untuk meningkatkan manajemen waktu belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

Education plays a very important role in the progress of the nation. The existence of education certainly aims to be able to educate the nation and for the progress of a country. This study was conducted to determine the increase in learning outcomes, which is based on the implementation of classical guidance services using the brainstorming method in class XI TITL 1 at SMK Negeri 5 Surabaya. This research method uses classroom action research. Data collection was carried out using the implementation of need assessments from class XI TITL 1 students, observation, interviews and tests. The results of the classroom action research showed that there was an increase in the learning process of students using classical guidance services on the brainstorming method. This increase can be seen by knowing the comparison between the significance value (Sig.) With a probability of 0.05, namely from the SPSS output the Sig value (2-tailed) was obtained as 0.407> 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a difference in the average value between the Pre Test and Post Test results, which means there is an increase from the average value of the Pre Test to the post test
