Abstract

An assessment of performance that has a high level of validity and reliability is needed, because the assessment technique is said to be valid or whether the assessment can be influenced by the instrument. This study aims to develop performance evaluations for midwifery students in valid and reliable of acetic acid visual inspection. Instrument development refers to the Djemari Mardapi development research model with nine steps of development. The technique of collecting data by interview and observation. The results of content validity show that 21 items have a value of> 0.3, the results of reliability based on expert agreement show a value of 0.82 which means that experts agree in assessing. The results of KMO in the field test obtained values ??of 0.904 MSA> 0.5, and Bartlett's test significance was 0,000 so that the instrument items could be analyzed further. There are five factors formed from 21 items available, each item in each factor has a value of loading factor> 0.3 then for Alpha Cronbach's coefficient the value is 0.878. The results of this study can be used as a reference for making an assessment of the performance of students in midwifery practices in the institution.

Abstract

The objective of this study is description validity and reliability on instrument assessment of reading short functional text eight grade junior school. This research method is quantitative description, it have described validity and reliability of instrument. The research subjects were in 100 students of eight grade junior school. Data collection in this study is validation sheet to expert judgment and result of the field for students. This research data analyze is content validity by expert judgment using Aiken's V formula and reliability instrument by using Two Way Anova helping SPSS software than the results computing by Ebel formula. Research finding are: the validity of instrument 0.8 is said valid, the reliability instrument 0.731 is said reliable the reliability coefficient of instrument 0.920 can be interpreted that instrument assessment of short functional text has consistency. The instrument assessment of reading short functional text can be concluded valid and reliable.

Abstract

Refleksi bermanfaat untuk memahami kelemahan dan evaluasi atas pencapaian tujuan dari kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan. Namun, dalam upaya refleksi khususnya pada pembelajaran masih banyak pendidik yang belum menerapkan dan tidak memahami terhadap metode-metode refleksi, sehingga tidak dilakukan dalam pembelajaran yang diterapkan. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan memandu refleksi pada kegiatan penguatan komite pembelajaran pada Sekolah Penggerak Kabupaten Asahan. Metode yang digunakan dengan pendekatan andragogy serta menggunakan alur pembelajaran MERRDEKA. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 13/06/2022 dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 20 orang. Peserta kegiatan ini adalah komite pembelajaran Sekolah Penggerak di Kabupaten Asahan, terdiri dari unsur pengawas sekolah, kepala sekolah serta dua perwakilan guru setiap sekolah. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukkan adanya pengetahuan baru peserta tentang konsep memfasilitasi refleksi, ragam metode refleksi serta mengetahui berbagai contoh lembar kerja refleksi. Hasil yang didapatkan pada kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat diimplementasikan oleh komite pembelajaran dalam setiap aktivitas dan kegiatan yang dilakukan.Reflection is beneficial for understanding weaknesses and evaluating the achievement of objectives from activities that have not been implemented. However, in the effort to reflect, especially in learning, many educators have not applied and do not understand the methods of reflection, so it is not done in applied learning. This devotion aims to design and guide reflection on learning committee strengthening activities at the Asahan District Sekolah Penggerak. The method used is the andragogy approach and uses the MERRDEKA learning flow. This devotion was implemented on 13/06/2022 with 20 participants. Participants in this activity were the learning committee of the Sekolah Penggerak in Asahan District, consisting of school supervisors, principals, and two teacher representatives for each school. The results of this devotion activity showed that participants had new knowledge about reflection, methods, and learning worksheets. The implication obtained from devotion can be implemented for learning activities.
