Abstract

The purpose of this study is to prove and analyze the stimulant influence of leadership style, communication style, and work motivation on employee performance, to prove and analyze the effect of leadership style on employee performance, to prove and analyze the effect of communication style on employee performance and to prove and analyze the effect. Work motivation on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of the Nganjuk district education office, amounting to 65 people. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study are that there is a positive stimulant influence on leadership style, communication style, and work motivation on employee performance where the value of Sig. is equal to 0.000. There is a positive influence between leadership styles on employee performance where the Sig. the Leadership Style variable is 0.020. There is a positive influence between communication style variables on employee performance where the Sig. on the Communication Style variable is 0.000. There is no influence between work motivations on employee performance. This is due to the Sig. the work motivation variable is 0.528
