Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh absensi sidik jari (finger print) dan motivasi kerja terhadap kedisiplinan pegawai di Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Nganjuk. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai ASN yang berjumlah 29 orang dan pengambilan data dengan sampling jenuh. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif diantaranya analisis indeks variabel, uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji f dan uji t serta analisis koefisien determinasi (R2). Berdasarkan uji regresi linier berganda, bahwa hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dari absensi sidik jari (finger print) dan motivasi kerja secara simultan terhadap disiplin pegawai. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi pengaruh variabel bebas (absensi sidik jari atau finger print dan motivasi kerja) secara bersama-sama terhadap variable terikat (disiplin pegawai) sebesar 38,6 % sedangkan sisanya sebesar 61,4% dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar variabel penelitian

Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether simultaneusly, there is an influence of Quality of human resources, Work discipline, Work motivation on the performance of the Jombang sub-district office employees during the pandemic era. This study used is quantitative approach by using survey method. The respondents are 30 employee The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression. The results revealed that (1) Simultanrusly, Quality of human resource, discipline, and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Jombang sub-district, (2) Partially, Quality of human resource has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Jombang sub-district, (3) Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Jombang sub-district, and (4) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Jombang sub-district . It is recommended tbat the head of Jombang sub-district office should the maintain their performance and its ianfluence factors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether: (1) there is an influence of motivation, work discipline and work ability on the performance of ASN employees at Dinas Kepemudaan, Olahraga Dan Pariwisata of Jombang Regency, This study used is a quantitative approach by using survey method. The respondents are 30 employee. The results revealed that: simultaneously Motivation, Work discipline and Work ability have a positive affect on the performance of ASN employees at Dinas Kepemudaan, Olahraga Dan Pariwisata of Jombang Regency. (2) while Partially Motivation does not have no an effect on the performance of ASN employees. (3) Partially, both of Work Discipline and work ability habe a positive effect on the performance of ASN employees of Dinas Kepemudaan, Olahraga Dan Pariwisata of Jombang Regency. It is recommended that the head of Dinas to increase the employee’s motivation in working.

Abstract

The success of development in the Government, Civil Servants (ASN) plays determining role factor. The ability to have an intention, reasons, and rationality make these elements control the other factors such as Human Resources, Capital, Infrastructure, Social, and etc. Therefore, ASN is required to have integrity and professionalism that will have a positive impact on the achievement of performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of personality, lifestyle, and compensation on the performance of ASN employees at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Tulungagung Regency. The research object was 59 Civil Servants at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Tulungagung Regency. Simultaneously we found a positive and significant influence of Personality, Lifestyle, and Compensation factors on Employee Performance. When partially testing, we also found that these factors had the same result. The study concluded that ASN who have a high level of creativity and curiosity, have an interest and a positive outlook on work, and receive appropriate allowances and facilities have an impact on performance achievement.
