Abstract

Betapa pentingnya menaruh perhatian yang lebih serius terhadap pegawai melalui pengembangan karir, motivasi kerja dan kompetensi kerja, agar dapat mewujudkan kinerja yang efektif, efisien, bersih dan profesional serta produktif. Untuk itulah, kiranya perlu merumuskan secara rinci dan terpadu usaha-usaha yang harus dilakukan untuk mencapai kinerja pegawai yang optimal dimasa pandemi covid-19 ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) Menganalisis pengembangan karir, motivasi kerja, dan kompetensi kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dimasa pandemi covid-19 (2) Menganalisis pengembangan karir secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dimasa pandemi covid-19 (3) Menganalisis motivasi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai (4) Menganalisis kompetensi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dimasa pandemi covid-19 (5) Menganalisis variabel pengembangan karir, motivasi kerja, dan kompetensi kerja manakah yang paling berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai dimasa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif yaitu analisis terhadap data yang telah diberi skor sesuai dengan skala pengukuran yang telah ditetapkan dengan menggunakan formula-formula statistik. Analisis yang digunakan terhadap data yang berwujud angka-angka. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 150 pegawai, sedangkan sampel penelitian ini adalah 60 pegawai. Sedangkan uji kualitas menggunakan (1) uji validitas, (2) uji reabilitas. (3) Uji asumsi klasik (4) Analisis regresi berganda, dan (5) Pengujian hipotesis, (6) Analisis Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pengembangan karir, motivasi kerja, dan kompetensi kerja secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di masa pandemi covid-19. (2) Pengembangan karir secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di masa pandemi covid-19. (3) Motivasi kerja secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di masa pandemi covid-19. (4) Kompetensi kerja secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di masa pandemi covid-19. (5) Kompetensi kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang paling dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai di masa pandemi covid-19.

Abstract

Employee is a central factor for a company or organization. There are various types of recruitment to choose the qualified employee for a company, the most-commonly-known in Indonesia is outsourcing. PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk. uses outsourcing method to recruit some employees. There are three partners that provide 62 outsourcing employees for PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk. Nganjuk branch office. Every employee should be responsible for the duty according to the high motivation, discipline, and the satisfaction of salary, benefits, success, work environment and so on. The purpose of this research are to analyze the simultaneous effect of motivation, discipline, and job satisfaction on the performance of the outsourcing employees at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk. Nganjuk branch office, the researcher uses quantitative methods in analyzing the samples. The samples were taken by saturated or census sampling technique, where all the outsourcing employees were the samples. The data collection was carried out by a questionnaire and documentation. To analyze the data, the researcher uses SPSS application: normality test, multicollinearity test, linear regression, and hypothesis testing (simultaneous test and partial test). Based on the result of the research, the researcher concludes that: (1) motivation, discipline, and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on the employee performance (0.000 <0.05(), (2) It is proven that the motivation variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) (0.009 <0.05), (3) It is proven that discipline variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) (0.001 <0.5), (4) It is proven that the job satisfaction variable (X3) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) (0.016 <0.05).

Abstract

Pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD) merupakan dasar pendidikan untuk anak – anak. Dimana pendidikan dasar tentang nilai – nilai kehidupan mulai diajarkan melalui bermain dan hal - hal yang menyenangkan. Pendidikan anak usia dini pada dasarnya adalah pendidikan yang ditujukan untuk memfasilitasi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak secara menyeluruh yang menitik beratkan pada seluruh aspek perkembangan, baik dari aspek nilai agama dan moral, fisik motorik, bahasa, kognitif, sosial emosional dan seni. Kurangnya pengalaman para pendidik PAUD maka sangat dibutuhkan Pelatihan berupa Diklat berjenjang tingkat dasar dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan kompetensi Pendidik PAUD yang meliputi Kompetensi Pedagogik, Kompetensi Sosial, Kompetensi Kepribadian, dan Kompetensi Profesional. Pelatihan ini diharapkan juga mampu untuk meningkatkan komitmen terhadap profesi yang dijalani oleh tenaga pendidik PAUD. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan pertama untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah diklat berjenjang tingkat dasar dapat meningkatkan kompetensi pendidik paud di kabupaten Nganjuk, kedua untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah diklat berjenjang tingkat dasar dapat meningkatkan komitmen pendidikan PAUD di kab Nganjuk, dan yang ketiga bagaimanakah peningkatan kompetensi pendidik PAUD mempengaruhi tingkat layanan pendidikan anak usia dini di kabupaten Nganjuk. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian korelasional. untuk mengetahui ada-tidaknya hubungan antara dua atau beberapa variabel pada suatu studi kelompok subjek. Penelitian yang dilakukan termasuk jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan 2 (dua) variable yang menguraikan suatu masalah dengan menggunakan analisis yang berupa angka atau bilangan. Teknik analis data terhadap pengujian hipotesis penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil, diantaranya 1. Variabel Diklat Pendidikan Tingkat Dasar memiliki pengaruh terhadap peningkatan kompetensi tenaga pendidik PAUD. 2. Variabel Diklat Pendidikan Tingkat Dasar memiliki pengaruh terhadap komitmen tenaga pendidik PAUD. 3. Peningkatan Kompetensi dan Komitmen tenaga pendidik PAUD, dapat mempengaruhi tingkat layanan satuan pendidikan di Kabupaten Nganjuk.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and work commitment on the performance of civil servants and non civil servants and to see differences in job satisfaction and work commitment to the performance of civil servants and non civil servants. This research is an explanatory study with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Tulungagung Regency. The total population is all employees, amounting to 232 people. The sampling technique was purposive sampling as many as 70 people consisting of 35 civil servants and 35 non civil servants. While the descriptive data analysis method, (1) classical assumption test, and (2) inferential statistical analysis which includes multiple regression analysis, simultaneous F test, partial t test and Anova. The results showed that: Job satisfaction and organizational commitment of Civil Servants. and Non-Civil Servants have a significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of both Civil Servants and Non-Civil Servants. Organizational commitment has a significant effect on the performance of both Civil Servants and Non-Civil Servants. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant difference between the job satisfaction of civil servants and civil servants. For organizational commitment and performance, there is no significant difference in the commitment of Civil Servants and Non-Civil Servants.

Abstract

The Influence Of Career Development And Organizational Culture, On Organizational Commitment With Job Satisfaction As Intervening Variable In PT Jasa Raharja Main Branch East Java. This study uses quantitative research with a descriptive verification approach. The number of samples is 65 respondents. Analysis of the data used is by using SPSS. This type of research is quantitative research by distributing questionnaires through google form to employee at PT Jasa Raharja Main Branch East Java. This study uses multiple linear regression. The results show that (1) Career development has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction, (2) Organizational Culture has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction, (3) Career development has no significant effect on Organizational Commitment, (4) Organizational Culture has no significant positive effect on Organizational Commitment, (5) Job Satisfaction has a significant positive effect on Organizational Commitment, (6) Career development has an indirect effect on Organizational Commitment, (7) Organizational Culture has no direct effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction is able to mediate Organizational Culture with organizational commitment .

Abstract

The East Java Presence E-Mobile is an online presence using a GPS location that will detect the presence of each ASN when making an online presence using smartphone media. The purpose of the study was to describe the relationship between E-Mobile Presence with the level of discipline in carrying out the duties and performance of ASN in improving their competence. The results of hypothesis testing between East Java E-Mobile Presence and ASN Discipline obtained ttable results of -0.686 < ttable 2.040 with a significance level of 0.498, it is stated that East Java E-Mobile Presence has no effect on ASN Discipline. While the results of hypothesis testing between East Java's E-Mobile Presence and ASN Performance obtained the results of ttable of 1.726 < ttable 2.040 with a significance level of 0.094 so it was stated that East Java's E-Mobile Presence had no effect on ASN performance. The results of hypothesis testing between ASN Discipline and ASN Performance showed that the t table of ASN Discipline variables on ASN Performance was -0.006 < ttable 2,040 with a significance level of 0.995, so it was stated that ASN Discipline had no effect on ASN performance.

Abstract

The realization of organizational commitment becomes a problem in achieving organizational goals. The failure to realize organizational commitment is caused by the leadership never evaluating the results that have been achieved and the commitments made are not based on a clear consensus, and even though there is a consensus it is not implemented consistently and brings consequences as a result. an organizational culture. Researchers chose research at SMK Pawyatan Daha 3 Kediri because as an organization or educational institution that is starting to grow and develop and try to maintain its existence in the midst of competition between organizations. By experiencing two periods of leadership and having a strong organizational culture. Based on the above background, researchers are interested in conducting research with the title "The Effect of Transformational and Transactional Leadership Styles on Organizational Commitment with Organizational Culture as an Intervening Variable at SMK Pawyatan Daha 3 Kediri. This study aims to examine and prove the effect of Transformational and Transactional Leadership Styles on Organizational Commitment with Organizational Culture as an Intervening Variable at SMK Pawyatan Daha 3 Kediri. With a quantitative approach with path analysis techniques (parh analysis) using questionnaire data, with a sample of 66 respondents. In the data analysis, path analysis hypothesis tests were carried out with multiple linear analysis, classical assumptions and intervening tests. The results of the research by testing the hypothesis stated that the transformational and transactional leadership style variables had a simultaneous effect on organizational commitment. The transformational leadership style variable has a partial effect on organizational commitment. transactional variables have no partial effect on organizational commitment. transformational and transactional leadership style variables have a simultaneous effect on organizational culture. The transformational leadership style variable has a partial effect on organizational culture. transactional variables have no partial effect on organizational culture. organizational culture variables have a simultaneous effect on organizational commitment. The transformational leadership style variable has no effect on organizational commitment with organizational culture as the intervening variable and the transactional leadership style variable affects organizational commitment with organizational culture as the intervening variable.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, disiplin dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja tenaga kependidikan di IAIN Kediri”. Metode penelitian ini berjenis penelitian asosiatif dan menggunakan instrument kuesioner. Jumlah populasi dan sampel penelitian ini sebesar 52 responden dan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Analisa data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analis regresi linier sederhana dan berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, Terdapat pengaruh positif Kompetensi (X1) terhadap Kinerja (Y) yaitu, Y=15,594+0,585X1. “Terdapat pengaruh positif Disiplin Kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja (Y)” yaitu, Y=12,397+0,712X2. “Terdapat pengaruh positif Lingkungan Kerja (X3) terhadap Kinerja (Y)” yaitu, Y=11,924+0,713X3. “Terdapat pengaruh positif Kompetensi (X1), Disiplin Kerja (X2), dan Lingkungan Kerja (X3) terhadap Kinerja (Y)”, hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil persamaan regresi berganda adalah Y = 2,203 + 0,109(X1) + 0,428(X2) + 0,510(X3).

Abstract

The implementation of regional autonomy encourages autonomous regions to be independent in financing their regional finances. One of the regional financial sources is PAD (Regional Origin Income) and market service levies. Market service levies is a type of income that can be increased and its potential can be explored. The aim of this research is to analyze the macro and micro factors that influence the receipt of market service fees. The independent variables from macro factors are economic growth and inflation, while the independent variables from micro factors are tariffs, quality of service level and knowledge and understanding of traders. The research method used is a quantitative analysis method. The research location was carried out at Gringging Market, Kras Market and Bendo Market with total of 98 respondents. The data collection technique used in this study is randomly distribute questionnaires to traders in the 3 markets. The results of this study indicate that economic growth, inflation, tariffs, quality of service level and knowledge and understanding of traders simultaneously influence market service retribution acceptance. However, partially, economic growth, tariffs, quality of service level and knowledge and understanding of traders have a positive effect on acceptance of market service fees, while inflation partially has no effect on acceptance of market service fees.
