Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how early childhood curriculum management in Primagama Creative PG Kindergarten in terms of aspects: curriculum planning, curriculum organizing, curriculum implementation at school and class level, and curriculum evaluation. Knowing the inhibiting factors and supporting factors for implementing Full-Day School curriculum. Knowing about the level of customer satisfaction and also the results achieved by graduates of the applied curriculum. This research uses qualitative descriptive research type, with research subjects are teachers, principals, expert staff, and Walagisiwa students of Primagama Creative Kindergarten KB in the academic year 2017/2018. data collection methods using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validity is done by using data triangulation. Data analysis techniques used in this study were data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and testing. The results showed that: 1) curriculum planning was carried out by an academic creative team led by the HR manager. The academic creative team consists of teachers representing each level in each branch. The curriculum is designed based on the development of the curriculum set by the government, namely the 2013 curriculum. 2) Organizing the curriculum is carried out by the HRD manager by selecting HR as seen from the competencies and abilities of each individual. 3) curriculum implementation is done well. The teacher is very creative in implementing the curriculum. Teachers cooperate with each other in implementing the school level curriculum and class level. The implementation is on schedule and in accordance with the curriculum. 4) curriculum evaluation has been done well. From the results of the evaluation conducted, there is still a need for revision or improvement of the curriculum that is being carried out because it is still in the curriculum phase of the 2013 curriculum. It is not necessary to replace the curriculum at this time. 5) the inhibiting factor in the implementation of the curriculum is the difficulty in presenting media from natural materials when learning. The characteristics of the developing child make it difficult for the teacher to condition the class and deliver the material. Factors supporting the implementation of the curriculum in the form of sufficient funds, complete facilities and infrastructure, and good human resource capabilities. 6) the level of customer satisfaction in the 2017/2018 school year has been achieved with the implementation of curriculum management in Primagama Creative Kindergarten KB schools.

Abstract

This research discusses anxiety and ego defense mechanisms . The author discusses this novel because first, this novel is very interesting and challenging to read because of the complexity of the relationships between the characters and the anxiety that is so great and the story is so interesting by the author that the writer feels challenged to analyze it. Second, get evidence about anxiety and ego mechanisms performed by the characters. Third, the authors relate the events in the Novel Dada with the phenomena that exist in real life.The objectives of this research are; 1) to describe the forms of anxiety experienced by the characters, 2) to describe the ego defense mechanisms that were carried out by the characters to reduce anxiety. 3) linking the phenomenon of the condition of society to one of the worries experienced by the character. The subject of this research is the novel Dadaisme by Dewi Sartika published by the publisher Mahatari Yogyakarta. The object of this research includes the forms of anxiety, the factors behind the anxiety and ego defense mechanisms to reduce anxiety in the novel Dadaisme by Dewi Sartika. The data collection methods used the description method, the literature review method, and the reading notes method. The research instrument used a data card. The method of data analysis in this study used a qualitative descriptive method. The results of the research that have been done are (1) the forms of anxiety faced by the characters are neurotic anxiety , morality anxiety , and realistic anxiety , (2) the factors that cause anxiety are factors that originate from the characters themselves and from outside. the character's self, which occurs as a result of past and present trauma, (3) the ego defense mechanisms used by the characters to reduce the anxiety they face include repression, regression, fixation, projection ( paranoia ), displacement , and sublimization.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are 1) the researcher wants to analyze data about classroom management strategies in Indonesian subjects at MTs Jamiyatul Islamiyah, East Lombok. 2) describe the inhibiting factors and supporting factors for classroom management strategies, and 3) improving aspects of language skills. Then the researcher will carry out the applied research process which aims to draw policies. The research approach used is a qualitative descriptive approach. The object of this research is the Indonesian language teacher and the eighth grade students (8) totaling 26 students. Data collection techniques in qualitative research are interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing and testing conclusions. The results of this study are 1) classroom management has not been done well. Some teaching tools are incomplete and not available. 2) study groups are proven to work well and improve students' language skills. 3) there are several factors that inhibit and support the process of implementing the learning process using the study group method, including students feel unfamiliar with this method because it is the first time it has been done. Because of this, students are confused with concepts and the learning process. One of the supporting factors is the teacher who is interested and enthusiastic in practicing this method. 4) In the form of applied research conducted, the researcher suggests several things that schools need to do in order to improve school readiness for students. Some things that need to be done include planning for the procurement of equipment that is not yet available. In addition to the procurement of equipment, there needs to be training carried out by teachers in the learning process. Teachers need to have creative models and teaching methods. Schools also need to provide interesting supporting books to increase students' reading interest.
