Abstract

Communication in an organization has a central role. In the organization, leadership is very important because the existence of the leader becomes the doorstop or becomes one of the spearheads of success in the organization. Effective leadership should be able to provide direction to efforts in achieving organizational goals. This article uses library research research methods by taking data from journals and books. So that it can be concluded that the relationship at work is communication, everyone who works in the organization is able to understand the role and function of communication to help someone complete a task well and efficiently. So that the work ethic in Islam should consider summarizing the etiquette of business behavior into three broad lines, namely: 1. Generosity, 2. Motivation to serve and 3. Remember Allah and His main priority.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how millennials perceive the context of humanist da'wah on Instagram media carried out by Husain Ja'far al-Hadar on Instagram media. With a qualitative approach and case study method in a humanist preaching style on the Instagram account @husein_hadar, with data collection techniques using observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis uses reception analysis with the Stuart Hall decoding model and the Fiqh rules of Jum'ah Amin Abdul Aziz's preaching. The results of the research above show that the millennial generation's perception of understanding the concept of humanist da'wah by Husain Jak'far al Hadad on Instagram media is an understanding of giving examples before preaching, binding hearts before explaining, making things easier, not difficult, encouraging before giving threats, students are teachers, not students. Books and there needs to be content that answers society's problems and provides content that explains the humanist message conveyed.

Abstract

This article discusses how millennial da'wah activities utilize technology, the language and rhetoric of da'wah, but can also be a resource for the young generation of Muslims who are educated in preaching in the digital era. Meanwhile, to explain the da'wah on social media that is used in da'wah when Neng Umi Laila gives it, as well as the difficulties and possibilities that Neng Umi Laila faces in advancing da'wah in the era of digital technology, with the method. The research method used in this research is qualitative with a library approach , the data sources are Ning Umi Laila's social media and scientific articles to support this research. And it results in a conclusion that Ning Umi Laila is a young influencer preaching who is very popular with the public. Apart from that, Ning Umi Laila also actively uses social media as a medium to support da'wah in the digital era. By utilizing this digital media, Ning Umi Laila can be categorized as a da'wah influencer who has her own charisma, both in terms of a beautiful face, a polite but elegant dressing style, politeness in delivering her da'wah and being humorous in each of her da'wah and active in producing da'wah and prayer content in the media. social media are Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the framing in the coverage of the 2024 East Java gubernatorial election in the 18 November 2024 edition of TribunJatim.com, with a focus on the latest debate discussing economic and infrastructure issues. Using Robert N. Entman's framing theory, this research identifies how the media defines problems, diagnoses their causes, makes moral decisions, and emphasizes solutions. The results of the analysis show that TribunJatim.com frames development and economic problems as the main issue, with solutions that focus on equitable development policies. This research provides insight into the role of the media in shaping public opinion regarding the 2024 East Java gubernatorial election.
