<![CDATA[Leadership is an important factor that determines the sustainability of service and the effectiveness of church management in carrying out God's mission amidst the continuously evolving social changes. However, many churches face challenges in preparing a new generation of leaders due to weak leadership development systems or the church's dependence on certain leader figures. This research aims to analyze Christian leadership theology based on 2 Timothy 2:2 and to relate it to the regeneration of leadership and contemporary church management. This research uses a qualitative method with an exegetical approach and literature study. The research results show that the theology of Christian leadership in 2 Timothy 2:2 places leadership regeneration as a theological mandate realized thru the process of discipleship and leader regeneration. The principle of Paul's ministry multiplication proves relevant for contemporary church management as it supports human resource development, leadership succession planning, and the effective sustainability of church ministry. This research produces an integrative model of Christian leadership theology that connects leader formation, leadership regeneration, and church management as a conceptual framework for strengthening governance and the sustainability of the church's mission in the contemporary era. Abstrak: Kepemimpinan merupakan faktor penting yang menentukan keberlanjutan pelayanan dan efektivitas manajemen gereja dalam menjalankan misi Allah di tengah perubahan sosial yang terus berkembang. Namun, banyak gereja menghadapi tantangan dalam mempersiapkan generasi pemimpin baru karena lemahnya sistem kaderisasi atau gereja ketergantungan pada figur pemimpin tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis teologi kepemimpinan Kristen berdasarkan 2 Timotius 2:2 serta merelevansikannya bagi regenerasi kepemimpinan dan manajemen gereja kontemporer. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan eksegetis dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teologi kepemimpinan Kristen dalam 2 Timotius 2:2 menempatkan regenerasi kepemimpinan sebagai mandat teologis yang diwujudkan melalui proses pemuridan, dan regenerasi pemimpin. Prinsip multiplikasi pelayanan Paulus terbukti relevan bagi manajemen gereja kontemporer karena mendukung pengembangan sumber daya manusia, perencanaan suksesi kepemimpinan, dan keberlanjutan pelayanan gereja secara efektif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan model integratif teologi kepemimpinan Kristen yang menghubungkan pembentukan pemimpin, regenerasi kepemimpinan, dan manajemen gereja sebagai kerangka konseptual bagi penguatan tata kelola dan keberlangsungan misi gereja di era kontemporer.
