Abstract

An important indicator of the success of development and the progress of a country is determined by Economic Development. Indispensable in analyzing government spending as well as several other variables as a measure of long-term economic growth in a country. Even in a country can be said to be able or not in solving a country's economic problems can be seen from the macroeconomic and microeconomic aspects of a country itself. The method used in this writing is the literature review method. Literature review reviews the scientific literature on an and critically analyzes, topics, and synthesizes research findings, theory, and practice. Economic growth is a change that is quantitative in nature and is usually measured using data on gross domestic product (GDP) or per capita production income at the previous year's real national level. the previous year's GDP variable had a positive effect on economic growth. This shows that the faster the convergence, the higher the economic growth. Keywords: Economic Growth Factors, PDB, Government.

Abstract

Seorang pemimpin sangat berperan penting dalam tercapainya keberhasilan dan tujuan suatu organisasi, begitu juga dengan Kepala sekolah yang memiliki peran kunci keberhasilan dari sebuah sekolah atau lembaga, karena keberhasilan pencapaian tujuan dan kualitas sekolah sangat dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah tidak terlepas dari peran kepala sekolah yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Dalam memimpin kepala sekolah harus memiliki profesionalitas demi tercapainya tujuan pendidikan, oleh karena itu kepala sekolah harus berperan dalam proses perencanaan, pengawasan, dll.Meningkatkanya kualitas sekolah merupakan salah satu tujuan yang ingin dicapai, maka untuk meningkatkan kualitas lembaga itu sendiri kepala sekolah harus mampu membina dan mengarahkan para guru untuk bekerja secara profesionalitas guna meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan mutu pendidikan.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengkajiPeran Kepala Sekolah Dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan Di SMP Negeri 1 Babalan Kabupaten Langkat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode studi kasus kualitatif yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan informasi bagaimana Peran Kepala Sekolah Dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan Di SMP Negeri 1 Babalan Kabupaten Langkat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine empowerment through formal and non-formal education in carrying out training activities for the Ulumahuam Village community to improve the superior environment of Ulumahuam Village in South Labuhanbatu Regency. The research method is a qualitative research conducted by collecting data, observation methods, documentation, and interviews with the Ulumahuam Village apparatus and the Ulumahuam Village community and the Ulumahuam Village Community Leaders, South Labuhanbatu Regency. The results of the study, namely (1) the community empowerment process to improve the superior environment of Ulumahuam Village (2) the empowerment process carried out by formal and non-formal educational institutions has not met the expectations of the learning citizens involved in the process, and has not paid attention to aspects of the needs needed by the learning community. , (3) the results generated after participating in the empowerment process in formal and non-formal educational institutions have not helped the community to improve their lives, (4) the cooperative relationship that has been built by LPM and Ulumahuam Village to make Ulumahuam Village superior Keywords: CommunityEmpowerment, Improving the Environment, Ulumahuam Village, More Superior
