Abstract

Inventory information system is a system for inventory of goods in warehouse. At Bengkel Pemeliharaan Tabung PT Arsade Inti Alasindo warehouse in managing goods using a computerized but simple inventory system that is using Ms. software Excel, so that in the process of managing goods that have problems in the recording process, they cannot find out the inventory data quickly and data duplication occurs, therefore an inventory information system is needed to support the inventory management process. The data method is done by interview, observation, documentation. The development of this inventory information system uses the waterfall model and the FIFO (First In First Out) method. Based on the results of the research, the authors developed an inventory information system that can be accessed by users to facilitate data processing and minimize the use of time and output in the form of reports. In the inventory information system the authors use data flow diagrams, DFD, ERD, and MySQL for data processing

Abstract

Kopi Ayam Ras is a company engaged in the storage and sale of goods (distributor). The process of data collection of incoming and outgoing goods, inventory stock, and reporting of goods is not optimal when searching for data due to the large number of data items and data reservoirs still using a manual system. The purpose of this inventory information system is to solve problems that arise in the system that is currently running at PD. Kopi Ayam Ras is also a good solution for companies to create a faster and more accurate inventory management system. Methods of data collection is done by means of interviews, observation, documentation and analysis of the system used by the company. The result of this research is to produce a web-based inventory information system with the FIFO method that provides convenience in providing information on inventory data through incoming and outgoing goods using data flow diagrams, DFD, ERD and MySQL for data processing.

Abstract

ABSTRAKProgram Taman Bacaan Masyarakat (TBM) bertujuan untuk mendorong terwujudnya masyarakat pembelajar sepanjang hayat melalui peningkatan budaya baca serta penyediaan. Bahan bacaan yang berguna bagi masyarakat sekitar maupun anggota masyarakat umum yang membutuhkan informasi, pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Taman Bacaan Masyarakat merupakan tempat mengakses berbagai bahan bacaan; seperti buku pelajaran, buku keterampilan praktis, buku pengetahuan, buku keagamaan, buku hiburan, dan karya-karya sastra serta bahan bacaan lainnya yang sesuai dengan kondisi obyektif dan kebutuhan masyarakat. Tantangan globalisasi yang saat ini sudah dihadapi, suka ataupun tidak tetap harus dijalani. Salah satu cara menghadapi tantangan globalisasi adalah melalui masyarakat pembelajar. Masyarakat pembelajar dapat diwujudkan dengan adanya taman bacaan masyarakat yang mudah di akses. Salah satu langkah dan strategi pemerintah daerah dalam rangka mewujudkan kesejahteraan bagi masyarakat yaitu adanya kekuasaan yang diberikan oleh pemerintah pusat kepada pemerintah daerah untuk membuat keputusan bagi pengembangan daerah. Community Reading Park is a place to access various reading materials; such as textbooks, practical skills books, knowledge books, religious books, entertainment books, and literary works as well as other reading materials that are in accordance with the objective conditions and needs of the community. The challenges of globalization that are currently being faced, whether we like it or not, must still be faced. One way to face the challenges of globalization is through a learning society. The learning community can be realized by having a community reading park that is easily accessible. Abstract

This research aims to find out the Effectiveness of Accounting Information System for KCA Pawn Services at PT. Pegadaian Persero Nagoya Branch. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method. With data collection techniques in the form of primary and secondary, by means of observation, interview, and documentation. The results of this research show that the accounting information system is applied by PT. Pegadaian Pesero Nagoya Branch has been running effectively as seen from several components to support the intelligence of the information system, namely related parts (HR), documents used, accounting records used, loan dispossession procedures provided and rent modal at pawnshops. Admission procedures from transfers at pawnshops, lelang admission and sales procedures on pawnshops as well as turnover income from KCA pawns.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penerapan digital marketing merupakan upaya dalam meningkatkan brand dan penjualan produk dari pelaku UMKM, kebanyakan pelaku UMKM memulai usaha dengan membuat produk baru yang belum diketahui dan diminati masyarakat/calon konsumen. Untuk mendongkrak nilai usaha dari pelaku UMKM diperlukan perluasan pasar sehingga secara langsung berpengaruh pada volume penjualan produk, peluasan pasar ini membutuhkan strategi promosi yang efisien dan murah. Digital marketing merupakan teknik promosi dengan cara menggunakan media digital, dengan teknik ini kegiatan promosi menjadi lebih mudah dan murah, akan tetapi kebanyakan pelaku UMKM yang belum memahami penggunaan digital marketing dan masih belum maksimalnya penerapan digital marketing yang dilakukan oleh pelaku UKM. Oleh karena itu tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memaksimalkan peran mahasiswa dalam mengembangkan strategi digital marketing di UMKM mulai pelatihan digital marketing bagi mahasiswa, magang mahasiswa di UMKM dan pengembangan strategi di UMKM melalui kegiatan magang.Kata kunci : UMKM, Magang, Digital Marketing, Pembinaan Mahasiswa ABSTRACTThe application of digital marketing is an effort to increase brand and product sales from UMKM players, most UMKM actors start a business by making new products that are unknown and of interest to the public/potential consumers. To boost the business value of UMKM players, it is necessary to expand the market so that it directly affects the volume of product sales. This market expansion requires an efficient and inexpensive promotion strategy. Digital marketing is a promotional technique by using digital media, with this technique promotional activities become easier and cheaper, however, most UMKM do not understand the use of digital marketing and the implementation of digital marketing by UKM is still not optimal. Therefore the purpose of this activity is to maximize the role of students in developing digital marketing strategies in UMKM, starting with digital marketing training for students, student apprenticeships in UMKM and developing strategies in UMKM through apprenticeships.Keywords: UMKM, Internship, Digital Marketing,  Student Development

Abstract

The Covid-19 outbreak that attacks all corners of the world certainly has various impacts, both positive and negative. Various sectors experienced losses, even to the point of closing, but on the other hand there were positive impacts that were seen, namely the number of businesses carried out, especially the younger generation who started their businesses from home during the lockdown period. This research was conducted from January 2021 to December 2021 by collecting primary and secondary data through interviews and distributing questionnaires. In the future, the results of this study can be used as a basis for further researchers in conducting similar research and providing knowledge and understanding of entrepreneurship to readers.

Abstract

Ahza Cake and Bakery is a small culinary business that sells foods such as donuts, pizza, brownies and other foods. This company still uses manual sales and the marketing reach is still to small. The purpose of this research is to design a web-based sales accounting system. The method of data collection is done by interview, observation and literature study. The data analysis technique uses waterfall development. Programming language using PHP and database using MySQL, and system design using Data Flow Diagrams (DFD). The result of this research is that there is a system currently being developed which is useful for reducing errors in recording sales and the wider marketing reach because the system is designed to display the results of sales records so that they are monitored more quickly, accurately and in detail.
