Abstract

ABSTRAK Food and beverage merupakan salah satu departemen yang ada di hotel dan memiliki peran yang penting dalam operasional sebuah pelayanan di restoran, khususnya pada saat breakfast. Pelayanan saat breakfast perlu diperhatikan demi kepuasan tamu hotel. F&B Supervisor bertugas mengontrol jalannya operasional pada saat breakfast. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang dipergunakan untuk meneliti objek, kondisi, sistem pemikiran atau peristiwa. Berdasarkan penelitian yang didapatkan, F&B Supervisor dituntut bekerja secara profesional dalam menjalankan tugasnya terlebih dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pada saat tamu breakfast di restoran. Pelayanan yang tidak sesuai prosedur dan standar yang digunakan hotel tersebut akan membuat tamu tidak puas akan pelayanan yang diberikan dan menimbulkan komplain. Kata Kunci: Hotel, F&B Supervisor, Breakfast, Pelayanan ABSTRACT Food and beverages is one of the departments in the hotel and has an important role in the operation of a service in the restaurant, especially at breakfast. Service at breakfast needs to be considered for the satisfaction of hotel guests. The F&B Supervisor organizes operations at breakfast. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods that are used to discuss objects, conditions, systems of discussion or discussion. Based on research obtained, F&B Supervisors are required to work professionally in carrying out their duties before improving the quality of service at breakfast guests in the restaurant. Services that are not in accordance with procedures and standards used by this hotel will make guests dissatisfied with the services provided and cause complaints..
