Abstract

Awal virus corona ditemukan ketika ada penduduk kota Wuhan Cina terjangkit.Penyakit disebabkan oleh virus SARS-CoV-2, sebelumnya orang beranggapan gejala yang dialami sebagai flu biasa, sampai WHO mendeklarasikan pandemi COVID-19. Virus corona covid-19 turut serta mempengaruhi dunia pendidikan dimana proses belajar mengajar yang biasanya dilakukan secara tatap muka di ruang kelas akibat pendemi virus corona covid 19 proses belajar mengajar harus dilakukan melalui pembelajaran jarak jauh.Hasil dari penelitian ditemukan hubungan yang erat antara perkuliahan online dengan sikap mental dari para mahasiswa peserta perkuliahan. Hal ini bisa dilihat dari data hasil pengolahan dan analisannya menunjukkan sekitar 60.5 % mahasiswa dan dosen siap berdaptasi dengan perkuliahan online walaupun ada yang merasa kesulitan dalam penggunaan aplikasi yang dipakai sebanyak diangka 32.5 % tapi sekitar 47.5 % siap beradaptasi. Hal ini bisa diatasi melalui pelatihan yang cepat dalam penggunaan teknologi pendukung serta operasionalisasi aplikasi tersebut. Perkuliahan online yang dilakukan para dosen disertai dengan pemberian tugas yang banyak dalam kondisi merebaknya wabah COVID-19, dan kebijakan pemerintahan anjuran stay at home serta working from home.

Abstract

Background: Diarrheal disease is still one of the major causes of morbidity and mortality. Almost all geographic regions of the world and all age groups attacked diarrhea, but severe disease with high mortality primarily found in infants and toddlers. Diarrheal disease is a disease that based environment. Several factors related to the incidence of diarrhea is inadequate water supply, water contaminated by feces, the lack of sanitation (excreta disposal unhygienic), personal hygiene and bad environmental, food preparation undercooked and storage of food cook at room temperature is not should. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship environmental sanitation with the incidence of diarrhea in infants. Method: This research is in the form of observational survey with cross-sectional approach. The subject of this research houses who have children and reside in Puskesmas Mundu Cirebon. Total population of the house who have children and reside in Puskesmas Mundu Cirebon as many as 6021 children under five. the sampling is done using random sampling techniques Stratefied that the sample in this study, there are 98 people. Data collected from interviews using questionnaires and analyzed statistically using Chi square test significant level of p> 0.05 (95% confidence level). Result: The result showed no relationship between drinking water, latrine ownership and type of floor of the house with the incidence of diarrhea in infants in Puskesmas Mundu Cirebon. There is no relationship between the physical quality of water with the incidence of diarrhea in infants in the work area of the health center mundu Cirebon Distric.

Abstract

Background: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is a hospital section equipped with specialized staff and specialized equipment aimed at observing, treating and treating patients suffering from life-threatening, potentially life-threatening, life-threatening or life-threatening complications or complications. reversible. Anxiety in the patient's family in the ICU room will cause a new problem, anxious family families will experience a variety of disorders. For families of patients who are in critical care paients in reality have high emotional stress. Getting information about the patient's medical condition and the relationship with the service provider is the highest priority expected and needed by the patient's family. Purpose: To find out the influence of nursing consultation activity on patient anxiety level of patient family in ICU Room Waled Hospital Cirebon Regency. Method: This research used quasi experiment with pre and post test design with uot control group. The study was conducted in ICU district of RSUD Waled/ In this study used the total sampling technique in which the entire population as the respondents the patient's family in ICU Room of the research are as many as 37 respondents. Result: The results showed that the anxiety that occurred in the patient's family before the consultation activity was mostly in moderate anxiety (45.94%) with median value 31.04. Anxiety that occurred in the patient's family after the Consultation Activities were mostly in the minor anxiety (51.35%) with median value of 37.48. Anxiety before and after intervention has p value 0.017 or smaller than 0.5 so Ho is rejected. Conclusion: Its mean that the consultation activities can affect the level of anxiety in the patient's family in ICU Room

Abstract

Preliminary; Internal Supervision on Drinking Water Depots is needed to improve DAM sanitation hygiene in accordance with Minister of Health Regulation No.43 / 2014 and improve the quality of drinking water quality in reducing diseases due to contamination of drinking water (according to drinking water quality standards RI Permen 32 number 2017). In Pemalang District in 2017 34.2% of the 120 positive coliform bacteria samples, the results of Sanitation Inspection obtained 46.68% Not Fulfilling HealthyRequirements. Aim; Knowing the relationship between internal supervision and the quality of drinking water depots in Pemalang District. Method; descriptive correlation with cross sectional approach. The study sample was 57 respondents using total sampling. The research instrument used was an internal supervision questionnaire and an internal supervision checklist for sanitation hygiene attachment II Permenkes Number 32 of 2017. Statistical tests were carried out by test chi square. This research was conducted in Pemalang District in January - February 2019. Results; The research shows that the internal control indicators according to CR% 70 - 100 procedures have 29 respondents (50.88%) while the Indicators do not fit the CR% procedure below 70 there are 28 respondents (49.12%). The quality of drinking water in DAM is known to be 49.12% which does not meet the requirements. Statistical test results with chi square the value of p = 0,000 is smaller than the value of α = 0.5, Conclusion; the relationship between internal supervision and the quality of drinking water depots in Pemalang Sub-district is stated.

Abstract

The behavior of open defecationis a habit or practice of everyday culture of the people who still dispose of poop or stool in an open place. The annual report of the Mundu Community Health Center in 2018, for the environmental health program in the STBM activities, can be identified by the ODF verified village by 0.00% or there is still no village categorized as ODF village which currently still has many people defecating carelessly in the work area Mundu Health Center although the implementation of the STBM program has been done 100%. The result of the research showed that mostdetermine the relationship between community perceptions of ODF and open defecationin the work area of Mundu Health Center, Cirebon Regency.The research method used is quantitative with cross Sectional Study design. The population in this study were all communities residing in the work area of Mundu Health Center, Cirebon Regency. The sample in this study used a purposive sample which amounted to 100 respondents during the month of July 2019.The results showed that there was a significant relationship between community perceptions of ODF and BABS habits in the work area of Mundu Public Health Center, Cirebon Regency, namely ρ value 0.01 with a value of α <0.05, which means 0.01 <0.05.Providing information education to the public about the effects of any defecation can change people's perceptions of ODF to be good so that it can increase public awareness of BABS habits.

Abstract

The community's high incidence of tuberculosis is closely related to behaviour, and family involvement. Transmission preventance becomes an important factor in controlling transmission of tuberculosis. The purpose of this study is to identify efforts to prevent tuberculosis transmission in western Lombok. Method. concise exploratory design using cross-sectional sampling of the sample using a purposeful sampling process with 58 respondents. Result. 72 % of respondents took measures to prevent tuberculosis based on the health belief model, namely; perceived susceptibility 72%; perceived seriousness 78%; perceived benefits 81%; perceived barriers 67%; and cues to action 65%. Duscussion.The need to improve family members' awareness about tuberculosis prevention and to practice safe and healthy living activities at all times.
