Abstract

Jalan Panglima Polem Kota Banda Aceh, according to function is an arterial road. Based on the Banda Aceh City Regional Spatial Plan (RTRW) in 2009/2029, this area is designated as the downtown area, therefore along the road there are shops, offices and restaurants. Because of the large draws of shops and restaurants the traffic flow in the region is sometimes not smooth, this condition is exacerbated by the side constraints due to heavy shopping activities, street vendors and a very long time in and out of vehicle exchanges. Data was collected in each direction, namely A and B for three days, namely on Monday, Thursday, Saturday, the results of this study found that the highest traffic volume occurred on Monday, direction A on March 9, 2020, amounting to 1,118 pcu / hour, with mild side obstacle class, free flow speed is 56 km / hour, road capacity is 1571 pcu / hour, saturation degree is 0.71, and traffic speed is 33.33 km / hour, and the highest traffic volume direction B occurs at Monday, March 9, 2020 is 805 pcu / hour, with very mild side barriers, free flow acceleration is 57 km / hour, road capacity is 1603 pcu / hour, saturation degree is 0.50, and traffic speed is 31.64 km /hour.

Abstract

Indra Makmur Sub-District floods frequently occur every year, the flood originates from the overflow of the Jambo Balee river in the area. The watershed (DAS) in the area flows through residential areas in Jambo Balee Village, Indra Makmur sub-district, East Aceh district. The research objective was to determine the flood discharge, flood water level, and capacity of the Jambo Balee River. So the research carried out was to analyze hydrology and hydraulics regarding the study of the planned flood discharge in the Jambo Balee watershed area. The analysis was carried out by looking for the design rainfall using the Pearson III Log distribution that meets the criteria in the calculation of statistical parameters. The rain data used comes from malikussaleh station. The rainfall data used is maximum daily rainfall data from 2012 to 2021. Flood discharge analysis uses the HSS Nakayasu and HSS Gama I methods. In the hydraulics analysis the method used is HSS Nakayasu. The HSS Nakayasu flood discharge data is used as input in the cross-sectional profile modeling in the HEC-RAS software. The results of the flood discharge analysis using the HSS Nakayasu method for return periods of 2, 5, 10, 25, 50, 100 years, respectively are 79,129 m3/s, 108,045 m3/s, 125,340 m3/s, 145,290 m3/s, 158,916 m3/s sec, and 171,567 m3/s. From the results of the hydraulic analysis, the simulation results show that with a return period of 10, 25, 50, and 100 years, the river surface overflows. At STA 0+250 HU it can be seen that the flood water level for the 10 year return period is at a height of 3 m and for the 25 year return period is at a height of 3.5 m. Therefore, the Jambo Balee River cannot accommodate the flood discharge that occurs.

Abstract

Mushalla Al Kautsar is located in Lambaro Skep Village, Banda Aceh City, where the foundation used is a well foundation type with a diameter of 0.90 m and a depth of 4.00 m, totaling 63 units. The materials used for this well foundation work were 90 cm diameter well rings, M10 type Wiremesh reinforcement steel, mountain stone, split, sand, water, and cement. A total of 10 workers were used to complete the well hole excavation work, and each well hole was completed by 5 workers per day, so the total of 63 well holes could be completed in 31 days. Meanwhile, a total of 12 workers were used to complete the well foundation casting, where each well foundation could be completed by 3 workers in 16 days. The equipment used was 1 unit Mini Mixer to mix all the concrete mortar materials, 2 units of water pumps to dry the well holes so that the concrete material would not mix with muddy water, and 4 wheelbarrows to transport the concrete mortar material from the mixing process to each well hole. Based on the results of the work, the quality achieved was in accordance with the plan, and with the number of workers available, the desired time target was met, even though there were some problems during the implementation. However, these issues were well-anticipated through the collaboration between the author and the field implementers, as well as the continuous coordination that the author maintained with the construction coordinator of Mushalla Al Kautsar.

Abstract

Cot Lampoh Soh Village is one of the villages in Montasik District, Aceh Besar Regency, Aceh Province where Administratively Cot Lampoh Soh Village is directly adjacent to Indrapuri District, Aceh Besar Regency. This village has 166 heads of families with a population of 263 people, generally working as farmers and some as civil servants and private sector, and is dominated by the age of 25 to 59 years with a total of 121 people and most work as farmers as much as 78.90%, the number of family members ranges from 1 to 5 people per head of family or 5.30% to 26.30%. As many as 78.90% use shallow wells. Cot Lampoh Soh Village has 1 drilled well point located in Meunasah, where the drilled well water is used by the community only for ablution water needs and the needs of meunasah gampong activities. The projected population for the next 30 years from 2025 is 263 people to 467 people in 2054, the population growth rate is assumed to be 2% per year, the water requirement per person is 150 liters/person/day, water loss is assumed to be 10%, the water requirement in 2054 is 0.73 liters/second. The planned pipe types are HDPE with a diameter of 90 mm with a length of 447 meters and HDPE with a diameter of 63 mm with a length of 605 meters with a total length of 1052 meters. The form of Community Service (PKM) activities carried out by the Author in the UNAYA KKN activities for the Even Semester 2024/2025 is the Technical Planning of the Clean Water Distribution Pipeline Network for Gampong Cot Lampoh Soh where the water source to be used is drilled well water located in Meunasah Gampong. The output of this activity is to create a technical planning product consisting of a Design Drawing and Budget Plan for the Construction of a Clean Water Pipeline Network to support improving community health by utilizing the existing drilled water source in the Meunasah Gampong Cot Lampoh Soh as the center of community activities in Gampong Cot Lampoh Soh, Montasik District, Aceh Besar Regency.
