Abstract

One of the complexity of an organization is due to the absence of strategic planning management so that the organization does not grow healthy. Organizations that do not grow well are organizations that only run in place and eventually they will die. That is why, every form of organization requires good and right management in order to grow and achieve the expected results.Management is a long-term commitment to something you want to do and regulate every activity carried out by the leader or subordinate so that it is well coordinated. Therefore, achurch which is an organization must have good and correct management so that it becomes a healthy church and grows both in quality and quantity.

Abstract

One of the problems of an organization is because of the absence of management so that the organization does not grow healthy. Organizations that do not grow well are organizations that only run in place and eventually they will die. Therefore, every formof organization needs good and right management in order to grow and achieve the expected results. Management is a long-term commitment to something you want to do and regulate every activity carried out by the leader or subordinate so that it is well coordinated. Thus, the church which is an organization must have good and right management so that it becomes a healthy and growing church both in quality and quantity. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method withthe percentage formula: P = (F X 100) / V (P = Percentage, F = Frequency, V = Number of valid questionnaires). This formula is used to analyze and manage the questionnaire data returned by respondents by calculating and looking at the percentage interpretation guidelines to determine the extent of the influence of the independent variables. Based on the results of research that departs from the research hypothesis "if the GPI Impact Community Batam implements management properly and correctly, thechurch will experience maximum growth, both in quality and quantity", it can be concluded that in accordance with observations that are analyzed and managed as well as looking at interpretation guidelines then the hypothesis is accepted. In addition, theresults of the study can also be proven by data on the significant increase in the number of congregations from 200 to 1624 people and the addition of facilities and infrastructure due to the construction of three school buildings namely Cahaya Bangsa 1School, Cahaya Bangsa 2 and Pusaka Bangsa and the GPI Impact Community Bata worship building with a capacity of 1000 people.

Abstract

Motivation is very much needed in learning, without motivation, students cannot participate in learning well. Therefore, it is a must for students to have motivation in learning. Students who have motivation in learning can exert energy within themselves to follow and complete the learning well and can direct themselves to achieve the objectives of the learning. With the existence of motivation owned by students in learning, it will automatically form achievement motivation where students act to do and complete the learning task correctly as an attempt to achieve success or succeed in competition with a measure of excellence in the form of achievement. In learning Christian Religious Education, achievement motivation is needed to encourage, direct and realize Christian values. With the achievement motivation, making Christian Religious Education learning not only limited to subject matter but used as a referencein building the foundation of faith in God, the character and personality development of students themselves.
