Abstract

Increased findings of the new case of HIV/AIDS, the presence of Stigma anddiscrimination against ODHA that underlies the policy of Regent Regulation No.49 year 2017 about implementation Directive District Regulation Sragen No. 6year 2016 on HIV/AIDS prevention. And until now, still have problems with theimplementation of HIV/AIDS prevention in Sragen district. To analyze theimplementation of regulation of Regent Sragen Number 49 year 2017 aboutimplementation Directive District Regulation Sragen Number 6 year 2016 aboutthe prevention of HIV/AIDS in Sragen District.Types of descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Sampling techniquesby purposive sampling, research samples as many as 4 people from the organizersof policy providers, among others: Dinkes District Sragen, KPA District Sragen,NGO Muslimat NU and KDS Sukowati District Sragen. Data analysis techniquesused are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and withdrawal ofconclusions.Implementation of HIV/AIDS prevention policy in Sragen district has not beencarried out with maximum. This is because there are some obstacles, amongothers: Information distribution is less than the maximum because the coveragearea is too wide and long distance to the hinterland, resources are still lacking,lack of the commitment of the officers trained on the construction of the bodyODHAdi. Advice: continuous transmission of information through innovativeoutreach and programs, eliminating negative stigma and discrimination onODHA, strengthening coordination to keep the program running better andsmoother.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan faktor utama dalam pembetukan pribadi manusia. Kepala sekolah merupakan pemimpin yang berperan penting dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan di sekolah. Strategi yang tepat dapat membuat suatu perubahan kualitas pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi peningkatan mutu pendidikan melalui program plus di SD Negeri 1 Tegalgiri Nogosari Boyolali. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis model interaktif. Hasil temuan pada penelitian ini antara lain: 1) Deskripsi data, 2) Interprestasi data, 3) Faktor pendukung dan penghambat, 4) Keterbatasan penelitian.

Abstract

This article aims to explore the strategies and effectiveness of digital storytelling (DST) in the context of moral and akhlak education. As the world becomes increasingly digital, educators are integrating technological tools to foster moral development in students. DST is one such tool that holds promise in enhancing the learning of moral values and ethics (akhlak). A systematic review was conducted using library research to analyze the existing literature on the application of DST in moral and akhlaq education. Relevant academic papers, books, and other scholarly articles published between 2015 and 2024 were reviewed. The research focused on examining different strategies for implementing DST and evaluating its effectiveness in promoting moral and ethical education. The review revealed that DST enhances student engagement, critical thinking, empathy, and ethical decision-making. Various strategies, including narrative-based learning, multimedia integration, and interactive storytelling, have proven effective in moral and akhlaq education. Additionally, DST fosters active participation, making learning more engaging and relevant to modern learners. The findings suggest that integrating DST into moral and akhlaq education can significantly improve the teaching and learning of ethical values. Educational institutions should consider adopting DST in their curricula to address the challenges of imparting moral education effectively in the digital age. Further studies are recommended to explore long-term effects and pedagogical frameworks for DST in this domain.
