Abstract

Every human being would socialize with other humans. Humans interact by using a tool called language. Language itself is often inerpreted as arbitrary system sounds symbol, languageis universal, that language has meaning or has intention to nonvey something. Language as a meansof social communication can be illustrated in the social network facebook. The phrase is notpredicative and does not have verb and phrases are groups of words. The phrase can be dividedinto phrases and phrases eksosentrik and endosentrik. The use of the phrase alone is consideredless sufficiet when used to make facebook social media users use the appropriate phrase. Facebookuser community consists of some society levels, the top level society, middle level society andbottom level society. Many Facebook users do not care about it because each of them has a styleand language in their own words. No exception educated people, for example, teachers also use alot of slang phrase because era development factors which one of them is language. This studyused a qualitative approach because the research aimed to explain itself and to describe errors ofphrase using that appear in the facebook social media. This research data was screenshot of thestatus sentences .The data source was facebook. Based on the findings of the data and data analysis,it is found some the use of noun phrase, verb phrase, the adjecive phrase, numeralia phrases andprepositional phrase as its function in facebook. According to Samsuri, There are five kinds ofphrases: (1) noun phrase, (2) verb phrase, (3) the adjective phrase, (4) the numeralia phrase, and(5) prepositional phrase. Thus, it can be concluded that there are some the use of phrase thatappears in the status which is written by facebook users.

Abstract

Language is of vital importance matter in human life. One of language function is to communicate. Along growth and advancement of technology, form of communication alsofollows expand and growing sophisticated. In other hand, can also getting the quickerinformation pass by internet that is from online news. Background this Research overshadows by existence of irrelevancy the usage of diction (word choice) that used by at onlinenews. As for research focus this is about diction (diction choice) at Detik.com online news?.Research Target this is describe the usage of diction (word choice) at Detik.com online news.By using descriptive research approach qualitative, this research takes data of have the shapeof phrase or sentence related to diction (word choice), whereas data source at research this isthe set of Detik.com online news. data collecting technique as used in research this is thedocumentation with steps collect online newses and then read citation from news referred as.At technique of data analysis, process of data of analysis have the shape of accurate dataobtained/got, classifying and coding data, interpret data, and conclude data. Base result ofdata analysis and discussion, can be concluded that existed some inaccurates in the usage ofdiction at Detik.com online news, that is at meaning connotative, synonym, antonym, publicword, special word, and foreign word.

Abstract

The background of this research is the fact that the study of feminism that can deliver on a trueunderstanding of gender. The studies are often used to understand gender issues are studies in thesocial sciences. Of the various social assessment is emerging theories are then used as the theoriesof gender or sometimes called theories of feminism. In a broad sense is a movement feministwomen to reject everything that is lowered by a culture dominated by men. The object of this studyare excerpts novel that tells the story of Indonesian Workers who work as waiters obliged obeyorders from his master who would flip over the main character lives. Based on the results penilitiancan be concluded that the novel Labor Naiqueen Outstanding works are some quotes about liberalfeminism. And according to Naomi Wolf defines feminism as a theory that reveals the personaldignity and the dignity of all women. In this novel there are three things among other things: thesuppression in the field of work, oppression in the field of marriage, and in the field of genderoppression.

Abstract

Penelitian ini pada dasarnya dari adanya keragaman bahasa dan menunjukkanbeberapa deiksis dalam Interaksi Verbal pada Mahasiswa Surabaya. Deiksis dibagimenjadi tiga macam, yaitu deiksis orang, deiksis tempat, dan deiksis waktu. Haltersebut tidak hanya terjadi pada orang-orang yang hidup dalam bahasa yang samamisalnya bahasa Jawa, tetapi juga terjadi pada mahasiswa yang kuliah di Surabaya.Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Tujuan penelitian iniadalah mendeskripsikan penggunaan deiksis dalam interaksi verbal mahasiswaSurabaya. Sumber data dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa di Surabaya yangmerupakan sumber data tertulis atau yang bisa disebut dengan sumber data dalampenelitian ini. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data dari teknik tap Sapkemudian dilanjutkan dengan teknik lanjutan berupa (mendengar, melihat, cakap)dan teknik mencatat tingkat lanjut. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan,peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat tiga jenis deiksis yang muncul dalam 90data yang dianalisis, yaitu deiksis persona yang terbagi menjadi tiga jenis, yaitudeiksis persona pertama, deiksis persona kedua, deiksis persona ketiga, deiksiswaktu, dan deiksis tempat. Penggunaan deiksis yang paling banyak muncul dalamPercakapan Interaksi Verbal Mahasiswa Surabaya adalah deiksis persona.

Abstract

Unity of language is a norm or ethics to communicate in society. Therefore, people will recognize it so that everyone who has social interactions will use language appropriately and politely. Unity of language alone is not enough, if it is considered to make people speak politely. The solution is to pay attention to the principles of language unity. Everyone must know and understand about this, including elementary, middle, and high school students. The researcher used a qualitative approach because this study wanted to explain and describe the use of language unity as seen from the interaction between students and teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Krian. The data of this research is conversation or student speaking between teachers and students in SMP 2 Krian. The data sources for this study were teachers and students at SMP Negeri 2 Krian. Based on data analysis, the researcher found several maxims in the interaction of students and teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Krian. The principle of unity is based on Lech which is explained as the unity of language maxims. The maxims include (1) Wisdom; (2) Generosity; (3) Approval; (4) Courtesy; (5) Agreement; and (6) Sympathy. Therefore, it can be concluded that the interaction between students and teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Krian is polite. If it occurs because the interaction between students and teachers has fulfilled the politeness principle as stated by the maxim translated by Leech.

Abstract

Politeness is ethics in public communication, of course, having regard to the choice of words is good and right and need to know with whom and where to communicate. The researchers used a qualitative approach because this research itself aims to menjelasan and describe the use of the principle of cooperation that appear in the interaction between students and teachers in Junior High School 2 Krian. The primary data obtained directly through field surveys using all the original data collection methods. Secondary data were obtained from the data collection agencies that publish the data to the user community. This research data is speech or units of conversation between students and teachers in the Junior High School 2 Krian. Sources of data in the study is the subject of where the data can be obtained (Arikunto, 2010: 172). Source of data that students and teachers of SMP Negeri 2 Krian. Based on the findings of the data analysis of the data and found some maxims of cooperation in the interaction between students and teachers in Junior High School 2 Krian. Maksim this cooperation is based on the opinion of Grice consisting of four maxims. The maxim is a maxim (1) Quantity; (2) Quality; (3) Relevance; (4) ways or execution.

Abstract

"Novel Kartini" The Hidden Story is the work of Aguk Irawan MN.Novel which describes the life of a woman who demands her right to be equal with men. Kartini's character is an independent female figure who wants to gain the struggle to get education, liberate women from injustice or discrimination to obtain education, and indigenous discrimination that gives rise to injustice for women. Kartini is a Javanese woman born of a common woman. But Kartini has a high spirit spirit in order to get a good education for himself and his people. Kartini also has the spirit to become teachers, doctors, and midwives in order to educate their people and help deliver the mother who gave birth to her baby could be saved. But, Kartini's fate is so bad. Until Kartini 25 years old Kartini married degan man who is paired by his father with his royal friend and at that age also Kartini has died. Kartini at that time also known as pioneer of indigenous revival which with spirit high writing letters to his best friend that he wanted to rebel so that women's lives can be synchronized with men in general.
