Abstract

Penelitian atau studi terjadi bermaksud mendapati: pengaruh kompetensi, lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, kepemimpinan dan komunikasi secara sebagian-sebagian dan bersamaa-sama terhadap produktivitas kerja. Metode studi menggunakan asosiatif kausal melalui pendekatan kuantitatif yang dilakukan pada PT. Radiatex Pekalongan. Teknik yang digunakan untuk memperoleh bukti melalui kuesioner serta diuji validitas reliabilitasnya. Populasi berfokus atas karyawan karyawan divisi produksi di PT. Radiatex Pekalongan, dengan sampel sebanyak 70. Hasil memanifestasikan berupa Kompetensi, Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Kepemimpinan dan Komunikasi secara terpisah dan bersamaan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Kondisi ini berdasarkan hasil uji-t dan uji-f yang mencapai nilai signifikansi dibawah 0,05. Kata Kunci : Kompetensi, Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Kepemimpinan, Komunikasi, Produktivitas Kerja

Abstract

This research was carried out to determine the effect of work environment, motivastion and compensation on performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable PT BPR BKK TAMAN Perseroda, This study used porposive sampling technique where the selected sample was 50 respondents who were employees of PT BPR BKK TAMAN Perseroda, a financial services provider company, the date were analyzed throught Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), method and SMARTPLS 3 dfe to the small number of targeted respondent from result of the study, it was found that the environment, motivation, and compensation had a significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance, beside job satisfaction had a significant effect on performance moreover the intervening varable namely job satisfaction could partially moderate exogenous variable Keyword: work environment, work motivation, compensation, performance, job satisfaction

Abstract

Customer loyalty has a very important role in a company. Loyalty is the result of establishing both short-term and long-term relationships with customers. Trust is important for companies to build relationships with customers because customers cannot build real relationships without trust. This study aims to determine the effect of marketing and service quality of cooperatives on customer loyalty with customer trust as an intervening variable in the Koperasi Artha Agung Bandar. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, as many as 90 respondents. This study uses a quantitative description method. For data collection using questionnaire. T-test results show that marketing has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty and service quality has an insignificant negative effect on customer loyalty. Marketing has an insignificant negative effect on customer trust and service quality has a significant positive effect on customer trust. By using path analysis, customer trust is able to mediate for service quality to customer loyalty, but customer trust is not able to mediate for marketing to customer loyalty. From the results of the research conducted, it is concluded that marketing has no positive and significant effect on customer loyalty with customer trust as an intervening variable in the Koperasi Artha Agung Bandar, while the service quality of cooperatives has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty with customer trust as an intervening variable in the Koperasi Artha Agung Bandar.
