Abstract

Penggunaan sistem manajemen pengetahuan sangat diperlukan untuk pertukaran informasi. Banyaknya penggunaan sistem tersebut diiringi dengan berkembangnya benih kelapa sawit di Indonesia, yang mana ketersediaan dalam negeri adalah ± 160 juta, sedangkan permintaan terhadap benih kelapa sawit dalam negeri adalah ± 230 juta benih, sehingga terjadi kekurangan benih di Indonesia. Untuk menanggulangi kekurangan tersebut dibutuhkan sebuah sistem informasi yaitu sistem manajemen pengetahuan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan Knowledge Management System (KMS) dengan metode pendekatan usability engineering. Dimana dengan menggunakan usability bisa menentukan karakteristik dan kelayakan suatu sistem. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa sistem manajemen pengetahuan pemilihan bibit sawit yang mana pengetahuannya meliputi cakupan data benih dan bibit kelapa sawit, pengetahuan dari pakar termasuk praktisi, ilmuan dan petani.

Abstract

Perkembangan internet telah membawa dampak perubahan yang sangat signifikan di segala segi kehidupan. Internet dapat membantu aktivitas manusia menjadi lebih mudah, lebih efektif bahkan menjadi lebih efisien baik dari segi waktu dan berbagai hal lainnya, tetapi tidak sedikit pula dampak negatif yang dirasakan seperti terjadinya cyber crime, cyber bulliying, dan bentuk kekerasan dan hal negatif lainnya. Untuk itu tantangan tersendiri bagi semua pihak, tidak terkecuali di kalangan pelajar karena mereka hidup di zaman yang sudah serba mudah dan serba canggih tentu saja dengan adanya internet, maka dari itu diperlukannya edukasi yang dapat membimbing mereka lebih berhati-hati dalam memilah konten internet, harapan kami setelah adanya kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat mengenai sosialisasi “Penggunaan Internet Aman dan Sehat” di SMK PGRI 31 Legok, mereka dapat menerapkan pengetahuannya dalam aktivitas sehari-hari baik itu dalam kegiatan pembelajaran ataupun dalam kepentingan lainnya, bagaimana memilah konten-konten internet yang baik atau buruk untuk digunakan, yang aman dan sehat untuk mereka lihat dan mana yang harus dihindari di era milenial ini. lmu yang diperoleh pada Pengabdian. Tujuan utama dari diadakannya kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat atau PKM ini yaitu memberikan informasi terkait Sosialisasi bagaimana menggunakan internet secara aman serta mengetahui apa itu penggunaan internet sehat di SMK PGRI 31 Legok, sehingga dapat memberikan sebuah edukasi atau sebuah pemahaman kepada masyarakat untuk dapat menggunakan internet secara bijak sehingga masyarakat akan mendapatkan dampak yang positif dari menggunakan internet serta dapat meminimalisir adanya dampak negative dari pengguna internet, sehingga dengan adanya kegiatan ini dapat tercipta sebuah masyarakat yang produktif dan cerdas. Untuk itu diharapkan dengan adanya kegiatan ini, masyarakat mampu memberikan sebuah semangat yang baru bagi kita sebagai seorang dosen dalam berbagi motivasi dan pengetahuan serta dapat berkontribusi lebih bagi para generasi muda mulai dari lingkungan keluarga, sekolah dan juga lingkungan kampus.

Abstract

Online sales and ordering is important for an agency or company. In selling PT. Rukun Djaya Solindo still uses the manual method. There are several obstacles that occur in using this procedure, including the existence of customers who manipulate orders at the time of purchase, resulting in some less factual financial reports and the ordering process using books also requires the Administration to re-enter sales data into excel, so that the recapitulation process becomes inefficient. Therefore we need a web-based sales and ordering that can collect and manage data so that sales can run quickly, effectively and efficiently. Created with the waterfall method, this sales and ordering application is designed in a simple and user friendly manner. The software used in making this sales and ordering application include PHP, MySQL and Xampp. With this application, it can make it easier for admins to make sales and orders.

Abstract

The development of information systems in this era is increasingly advanced, with this business design in the catering sector that serves the sale of food products can also take advantage of information technology such as websites in order to compete and advance. Carcinos Kitchen is a home based business engaged in catering. Carcinos Kitchen's Cathering business is located in the Bumi Sani Permai area, Setia Mekar, Tambun Selatan, Bekasi which only sells products around business locations with a limited scope, obviously it will be difficult to develop, so there needs to be innovation through technology so that the catering business can progress. It was developed using the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) method of the Waterfall model. The results of this study state that with website planning it can be run smoothly and also responsively. The website can be used by Carcinos Kitchen as their store information system without any problems. Therefore, the author intends to create a website that can improve promotion and communication between customers and sellers, so as to increase the development of the catering business, and can process the development of attractive websites and increase work productivity.

Abstract

Data collection when selling a product is very important for business actors. The manual method will still be used when collecting sales data. Therefore, you need a website that can collect data about the sales of your business products. This allows you to do this quickly, efficiently and accurately. Making a sales website is done through data collection, system analysis, system design, and system imple­menta­tion. This system was built using the MySQL and PHP programming languages ​​for database management using the Codeigniter framework. As a result of this paper, a web-based application for a PHP-based store product sales information system has been created that allows shoppers to connect directly with sellers through their website anytime, anywhere. This application is expected to make the process of data collection and product sales easier and more efficient.

Abstract

QR code which was once a one-dimensional code, is now a two-dimensional code that can store data larger than barcodes by using QR code data. These codes are implemented in various fields in the form of numbers, letters, binary and other character codes. The study also found that usability did not directly affect user interest, and that perceived usefulness did not affect usability as a facilitator. The type of survey used is a qualitative descriptive survey. The results are displayed in the form of an Android-based application that can simplify restaurant ordering systems and services by supporting QR code technology.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, technological progress is very rapid, especially in the field of technology. Where technological advances penetrate all social, economic and educational fields. The presence system in the company is very important to record the presence of drivers in the company. The mentoring system at PT. Permata Solusindo still uses manual attendance by entering it in the attendance book, so it is very easy to damage the driver assistance book paper. In this study, the methods of observation, interviews and literature study were used from several previous studies. To overcome the problems encountered, the author will provide alternative solutions to these problems by developing a support system that is currently operating by creating applications that can be downloaded or downloaded from the company's website, using this application provides convenience in the data search process and minimizes losses and errors of . when registering attendance data at PT.Permata Solusindo.

Abstract

This research activity was carried out because the grocery store checkout was still done manually when entering data, so there was a queue of customers. The manual transaction system has many disadvantages, including recording transactions and searching for difficult data because every time you search for seller information, you have to record it with a large enough book. There is no information available to inform the amount of inventory, so it is not uncommon for store owners to know when the transaction process experiences problems that make customers disappointed. Because there are these weaknesses, it is necessary to have a web-based cashier application that can facilitate the management of data statistics carried out by the cashier waiter. The method used is waterfall, in the production of cash registers begin the stages of analysis, application design, coding implementation, application testing, error evaluation and development.

Abstract

Darussalam Islamic Boarding School in order to participate in spreading Islamic proselytizing in Indonesia as a traditional education, so far The Darussalam Islamic Boarding School has tried to maintain the learning of classical Islamic sciences inherited by salaf scholars. This effort to preserve traditions and modernize is a manifestation of the principle of al muhafadhah'ala al-qadim al-shalih wal akhdhu bi jadid alashlah (maintaining a good classical scientific tradition and adopting better modern science). In Pondok Pesantren we get information related to the system that will be designed to help process student / student administration data, student / student administration payment data so that it can be done more easily and more practically both offline and online. The method used in the development of this software uses a waterfall application system for monthly contribution payments at The Darussalam Islamic Boarding School, namely the creation of an Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) and database specifications. Research conducted by Moch. Mastur Baihaqi (2011) entitled "Designing a School Administration System at a Web-Based Smk Global Tangerang" The method proposed in this study uses the Visual Paradigm for UML 6.4 program to illustrate Use Case Diagrams, Sequance Diagrams, State Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, To assist the finance department in carrying out work which includes inputting student data to making financial reports per period.

Abstract

The development of information technology in human life today has a very large influence on its activities. Especially in relation to the marketing sector that occurs in the process of buying and selling transactions. CV. Karya Indah which is engaged in services. The existing promotion system is still very simple. Consumers who want to consult service services must come directly by wasting time and are less efficient. The research methodology that will be discussed in this study there are 2 methods, including observation (observation) and the RAD method. The results obtained by the website can be run smoothly and also responsively. Websites can be used by CV. Karya Indah as their store information system without any problems. The division of tasks in the website development process can increase work productivity. Successfully designed the CV Karya Indah website using Visual Code, taking advantage of the features and standards contained in.
