Abstract

PT. Techpolitan Indonesia Persada is a company engaged in coding training and co-working space. The process of recording and calculating salaries applied by the company is still manual by MS. Excel program. This causes an error in calculating employee salaries and the process of printing payslips which takes a long time. In solving these problems, the authors designed a web-based employee payroll information system. In this design the author uses the PHP programming language with MySQL database format, uses the Waterfall Method and uses the Laravel Framework. With this system design, it is hoped that the company will find it easier to record, calculate and report employee payroll faster and more efficiently.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of mobile computing technology has changed mobile devices from mobile phones to smartphones that already have a variety of applications in them. So that smartphone devices have become a primary need for users. Accidents can happen to anyone, anywhere and anytime. First aid measures can be taken to reduce the impact on the accident. So the researchers developed an accident first aid application (P3K) on smartphone devices. The first aid application has a main feature that contains tutorials on first aid actions in an accident as well as several additional features in the form of drug information, types of rescue techniques, and emergency number calls. With the creation of this article in order to help the community, especially Android-based smartphone users, in obtaining information on first aid actions in accidents (P3K).

Abstract

WEB DESIGN MAKING TRAINING USING HTML AND CSS AT SMK LETRIS 2 INDONESIA is a community service activity that aims to increase students' knowledge and understanding of creating a simple web. There are three main stages carried out in this service, including the planning stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. The results of the evaluation of the service activities that have been carried out are training on creating a simple web using VsCode, which can increase the knowledge and skills of Letris Indonesia 2 Vocational High School students. This training is carried out for one day by informatics engineering students at Pamulang University. The students directly practice on their respective lab computers or laptops. In the project session, they managed to create web programs individually.

Abstract

SMK Letris 2 Indonesia is one of the favorite vocational schools in Pd. Benda, Kec. Pamulang, South Tangerang City. In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 which is increasingly developing, technology is increasingly influential in every life, including in the world of education. From these considerations, an idea arose to provide Java Netbeans programming training to Letris 2 Indonesia Vocational High School students to become qualified Java programmers and be able to compete in the world of work. This training was held at SMK Letris 2 Indonesia in the IT department which included TKJ and RPL. The training was held for 1 day by lecturers and students of Informatics Engineering, University of Pamulang. The students directly did practice with their respective computers or laptops, during the project session they succeeded in making individual project programs.

Abstract

Education has an important role in life. Pamulang University is a university which provides education at affordable cost. However, based on student academic performance data, there is imbalance in class between the number of students who graduate on time and students who can not graduate on time, on various study programs. In this paper, an implementation of SMOTE and bagging techniques was conducted on the Gradient Boosted Trees (GBT) classification method for handling the class imbalance problem. The proposed method is able to provide significant results with an accuracy of 80.57% and an AUC of 0.858, in the category of good classification.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah meningkatkan kualitas dan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan material proyek. PT. Sumber Cemerlang Kencana Permai adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang konstruksi yang membutuhkan sistem informasi untuk mengelola material proyek. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sistem informasi pengelolaan material proyek yang efisien dan efektif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Waterfall. Metode Waterfall terdiri dari lima tahap, yaitu analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah rancangan sistem informasi pengelolaan material proyek yang efisien dan efektif. Sistem informasi ini terdiri dari beberapa modul, yaitu modul data master, modul transaksi, modul laporan, dan modul pengaturan. Sistem informasi ini dapat membantu PT. Sumber Cemerlang Kencana Permai dalam mengelola material proyek dengan lebih efisien dan efektif. Dengan sistem informasi ini, PT. Sumber Cemerlang Kencana Permai dapat meningkatkan kualitas dan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan material proyek.

Abstract

Aplikasi Manajemen Berbasis Web adalah aplikasi untuk mempermudah pengelolaan usaha di bidang katering terutama di perusahaan BJ FOOD menjadi efektif, efisien, dimana pada pembuatan kali ini menggunakan metode extreme programming. Extreme programming adalah metode pengembangan sistem dengan beberapa tahapan, yaitu perencanaan, perancangan, coding, serta testing. Jika dilihat dari yang terjadi saat ini bahwa proses manajemen perusahaan yang terdapat di BJ FOOD ini masih belum terkomputerisasi dimana BJ FOOD masih melakukan pencatatan serta pendataan menggunakan buku besar dalam melakukan manajemen terhadap usaha yang dijalankan, sehingga membuat pencatatan serta pendataan pada data – data yang ada mudah rusak dan hilang. Maka dari itu dapat membuat pengelolaan pada perusahaan BJ FOOD menjadi kurang efektif dan efisien. Aplikasi ini bertujuan untuk menjadi sarana perbandingan dengan data fisik berupa buku besar yang mana menjadikan aplikasi ini sebagai sumber data yang telah terkomputerisasi.

Abstract

Pembangunan Jaya University (UPJ) is a private tertiary institution in the Bintaro area which was established in 2011 and is supported by the Jaya Development business group. At Pembangunan Jaya University there is an Administrative Governance process based on Excellent Service Standards. In this administrative governance there is still an administrative service process that has not been computerized, namely room borrowing services, tool lending and letter requests. Therefore, stakeholders must go to the place where the person in charge is to request paper from the service and ask for a signature of approval. So that it takes time for stakeholders to get information regarding which items are still available at a certain time, which tools can be borrowed and which stock is still available, and the process of submitting a letter of request. To improve quality and realize excellent service in the service governance process, an information system is needed which can help and facilitate stakeholders in going through the process. The system development method uses the Prototype method with system analysis and design using the Elicitation and UML approaches. The results of a web-based implementation were built using the PHP Programming Language with the use of CodeIgniter 3 Framework and MySQL database.

Abstract

The development of information technology demands a system capable of managing documents effectively and efficiently. PT. Prasty Mitra Solusindo still faces obstacles in document archiving, which often causes difficulties in finding the required documents. This research aims to design and develop a web-based repository system by implementing the Boyer-Moore algorithm to improve the efficiency of document retrieval. The development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD), consisting of planning, design, construction, and implementation stages. The Boyer-Moore algorithm is applied as a text-search method to accelerate the process of document retrieval based on keywords, The testing results show that the developed repository system can significantly speed up the document retrieval process compared to conventional search methods. In addition, the system also supports document management features such as uploading, categorization, and access control, Therefore, this web-based repository system can assist the company in managing documents more quickly, systematically, and easily accessible.

Abstract

Concept drift, the phenomenon where the statistical properties of data streams change over time, poses a significant challenge in machine learning, particularly for long term data streams. Traditional machine learning models, including batch learning and non-adaptive approaches, struggle to detect and adapt to these changes, leading to degraded performance and inaccurate predictions. This study proposes an adaptive computational model designed to detect and respond to concept drift using incremental learning techniques and statistical drift detection mechanisms. The model integrates an Adaptive Drift Detector (ADD) and Incremental Learning System, enabling real-time adjustments to data distribution changes. The model is evaluated across synthetic and real-world datasets, demonstrating its superior ability to detect abrupt, gradual, and recurring drifts compared to traditional models. Experimental results indicate that the adaptive model maintains high prediction accuracy, minimizes false positive rates, and reduces detection delays. Furthermore, the model performs well in resource-constrained environments, making it suitable for real-time applications such as healthcare prediction, fault detection, and IoT systems. Despite its promising performance, the study identifies challenges related to computational complexity and the model’s performance with imbalanced datasets and noisy data. Future research should focus on optimizing the model’s scalability, computational efficiency, and adaptability to more complex data types to ensure broader applicability in dynamic environments. This work contributes to advancing the detection and adaptation of concept drift, offering a robust solution for dynamic and evolving data streams.
