Abstract

This study was conducted to investigate the effect of economic development (GDP and GNI) on corruption (Corruption Perception Index) in Asia Pacific countries. The data used were obtained for 21 selected countries samples during the period 2010-2016. For this data panel, we use Eviews program to analize it. The results of this study shows that first, simultantly, all variables GDP, GNILN, and GNIGR have positive and significant effect on corruption. Second, partially GDP has negatif effect and GNILN has posistif effect on corruption. Third, although the statistical results of this study prove that GDP and GNI have an influence on corruption, it stands that the countries with the highest CPI are not the countries with the highest GDP and GNI. Similarly, countries with the lowest CPI is not the country with the lowest GDP/GNI

Abstract

Karakteristik Padi Beras Hitam Simpang Hulu, Kabupaten Ketapang belum teridentifikasi dengan baik, maka perlu pengembangan lebih lanjut sebagai varietas padi lokal. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui karakter morfologi pertumbuhan padi beras hitam (podi itam) pada fase vegetatif yang ada di Simpang Hulu, Kabupaten Ketapang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dilahan sawah tadah hujan Sui Raya Dalam, Kab. Kubu Raya dimulai pada tanggal 15 Maret sampai 17 Juli 2020. Pada pengamatan karakteristik tanaman mengunakan 100 sampel tanaman dengan jarak tanam 25 x 30 cm. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata tinggi bibit yaitu 39,29 cm, panjang daun 59,27 cm,lebar daun 1,76 cm, permukaan daun yang tidak berambut, sudut daun bendera 37,65°, warna leher daun yang berwarna hijau muda, warna helain daun Green Group 143 C, warna pelepah berwarna Green Group 143 B, bentuk lidah daun 2-cleft, warna lidah daun Yellow Green Group 145 A, tinggi tanaman berkisar 141,55 cm, jumlah anakan 14, dan sudut batang yaitu 42°.
