Abstract

The background of the authors conducted this research because homeschooling is a home-based education, which allows children to develop according to their own potential. Homeschooling is also a choice that is considered appropriate to provide instruction for gifted children by many parents because the content of learning materials and the way they are provided are adjusted to the circumstances of the students concerned. At Fikar School, we implement community-based homeschooling and have interesting and effective learning methods. Based on the background of the problem, the authors are interested in knowing the role of homeschooling learning in shaping intrapersonal intelligence at Fikar School Rempoa, South Tangerang. The research method used in this research is a descriptive analysis research, by describing the actual situation or facts according to what happened in the field. The approach used is a qualitative approach, with research stages namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Then this study uses data analysis techniques namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. his can be proven by the results of the study, namely that at Fikar School strongly applies to the character content of children and it impacts on each child to be able to know the extent of their abilities and awareness of their interests and talents. With a learning process such as this culture habit, it can have a good influence on a child's intrapersonal intelligence, so that it can form good character and make the child's culture to be independent wherever the environment.

Abstract

The background of the authors doing research is that in 2019 the principal got second nomination as head of the school to perform grades. SD Islamic Plus As-Sa’adatain has many achievements in Islamic fields and excelled within Islamic education. So reaserchers want to know the principal’s leadership style and the headmaster’s efforts to improve Islamic education. The purpose of research is to know the headmaster’s leadership style in improving Islamic education at SD Islamic Plus As-Sa’adatain Cinere Depok. The method of research that the writer uses is qualitative research wtih a descriptive approach. This is because the writer described or presented a complete picture of the pricipal’s leadership style in improving Islamic education at SD Islamic Plus As-Sa’adatain Cinere Depok. Research shows that the leadership style used by the Islamic primary school principal plus ASAs-Sa’adatain is used as a favor to democratic leadership styles. The headmaster principal of SD Islam Plus As-Sa’adatain in solving problems and making decisions is always done with deliberation. The headmaster of principle leading (teachers, staff, students) is that the principal does not depend on formal, rigid power, being casual, firm, flexible, dicipline not too formal but is still responsible and able to mentor. The way headmaster Islamic elementary school plus As-Sa’adatain communicates with subbordinates (teachers, staff and students) of good, relaxed, courteous, polite, warm, harmonious, firm, depply communicative, and authoritative. The quality of Islamic education at Islamic SD Islam Plus As-Sa’adatain is already good, from its planning, its process, and its results

Abstract

This research was motivated by time learning at night. The purpose of this study was to determine the learning process of Islamic Religious Education and to determine the learning outcomes of Islamic religious education at SMAQ Al-Ihsan Kebagusan, Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The location of this research is at SMAQ Al-Ihsan Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta. The primary data sources of this study were obtained from interviews with the principal of SMAQ Al-Ihsan, Islamic religious education teachers and several students of SMAQ Al-Ihsan. The secondary data form of documentation that was taken directly when the authors observed. Data collection techniques in this study were in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results of the study show that: the effectiveness of learning Islamic religious education at night at SMAQ al-Ihsan Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta is quite effective, it can be seen from several indicators that have been achieved, namely the first indicator in terms of quality. Second, the indicator of the suitability of the level of teaching. Third, incentive indicators, and finally time indicators. Although SMAQ al-Ihsan has reached indicators of learning effectiveness, there are still some things that need to be improved, both in terms of educators and students. The results of the implementation of Islamic religious education learning at night are quite good. This can be seen from the achievement of indicators of student learning outcomes and final grades that are above average Keywords: Learning at Night; Learning Outcomes; Islamic Religious Education
