Abstract

ABSTRACT Background: Injection family planning acceptors still lack knowledge. Based on the preliminary study held on April 8, 2018 at Mulyatin Midwifery Practice, and direct interview to ten Depo Progesteron Acetate acceptors, seven women lacked knowledge on menstrual problems while three had enough knowledge on the matter. Objective: To understand the description of the knowledge of injection family planning acceptors on menstrual problems caused by Depo Progestin Acetate contraception at Mulyatin Midwifery Practice, in 2018. Methods: It is a Descriptive study, using Cross Sectional approach. Sample collection was done by means of Accidental Sampling with 42 respondents. The location of the study was Mulyatin Midwifery Practice in Sampit in 2018. Data analysis used was Univariat analysis. Result: From the study it was found that there were eight respondents (19.05%) with good knowledge, 31 respondents (73.81%) with enough knowledge, and three respondents (7.14%) with little knowledge. Conclusion: Based on the study, 73.81% of respondents had enough knowledge on menstrual problems caused by Depo Progestin Acetate contraception at Mulyatin Midwifery Practice, in 2018. Abstract

ABSTRACT Background : In 2019, number of maternal deaths during childbirth at Kotawaringin Timur district were 228 cases. White Discharge (Flour albus) in pregnancy had bad impact, to the health of mother or baby. Complications of pregnancy and childbirth as the highest cause of maternal death can be prevented by regular prenatal check-up. . Research : Find out Description of the white discharge (flour albus) Factors in 3rd trimester pregnant women at Baamang I Public Health Center Kotawaringin Timur District Central Borneo Province in 2019. Research Method : The research is qualitative description with sectional cross design with Univariat Data Analysis. Reseaacrh population is 30 pregnant women, while the sample obtained as 30 pregnant womwn with Total Sampling. The data obtained with secondary data in register book in 1st trimester 3rd trimester. Results : Based on Analysis Univariat data, white discharge (flour albus) factors in 3rd trimester pregnant women obtained in age factor show that majority pregnant women with white discharge (flour albus) is the age group of 20 to 35 years (47%) as much as 14 people, parity factor show that majority with flour albus is Multipara (2-4 children) (70%) as much as 21 people, Education Status factor show that majority with flour albus are Elementary education (50%) as much 15 people, Job Status factor majority with flour albus are pregnant women who do not work as (40%) as much 12 people. Conclusion :. Factors of white discharge (flour albus) in pregnant women, it is very important to know to prevent the complication during pregnancy at Baamang I Public Health Center Kotawaringin Timur District, Central Borneo Province in 2019 Keywords : White Discharge, Reason, factors of white discharge
