Abstract

The purpose of this research was to explain the influence of the physical work environment and non-physical work environment on employees performance of Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Kota Malang partially and simultaneously. This research type is explanatory research with quantitative approach through the questionnaire and the documentation. The samples on this research amounted to 65 employees. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis techniques, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the partial-test and simultaneously test. Simultaneously  physical  work environment and non physical work environment has a significant effect on  employees performance that can be proven by the results of  simultaneously test  retrieved value significance F 0,000 < ,005 the alpha value. based on the results of partial test on the physical work environment variable shows the value significance t<α (0,0043<0,05),that means  partially physical work environment has a significant effect on  employees performance and based on the results of the test pasrial on the non working physical environment variable retrieved the value significance of t  0,000 < the alpha value 0,05 that means that non physical work environment also has a significant influence on the performance of employees. Keyword : Work environment, Physical work environment, Non physical work environment, Employee performanceAbstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik dan lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Kota Malang secara parsial dan simultan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 65 orang karyawan. . Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji parsial dan uji simultan. Secara simultan lingkungan kerja fisik dan lingkungan kerja non fisik mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan berdasarkan hasil uji simultan diperoleh nilai signifikansi F sebesar 0,000 < nilai alpha 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil uji parsial pada variabel lingkungan kerja fisik menunjukkan nilai signifikansi t<α (0,0043<0,05), artinya secara parsial lingkungan kerja fisik mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan berdasarkan hasil uji pasrial pada variabel lingkungan kerja non fisik diperoleh nilai signifikansi t sebesar 0,000 < nilai alpha 0,05 yang artinya lingkungan kerja non fisik juga mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Abstract

The advancement of financial technology has resulted in the creation of electronic wallets that serve not only as payment instruments but also as platforms for electronic transactions and digital loan services. This situation engenders a conflict between the implementation and the prevailing regulation, specifically Bank Indonesia Regulation Number 18/40/PBI/2016 regarding Payment Transaction Processing, which raises concerns about legal certainty and user protection, particularly in relation to the delineation of supervisory authority between Bank Indonesia and the Financial Services Authority. This research aims to elucidate the regulation of electronic wallets in terms of legal clarity, legal protection, and oversight by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia concerning the adoption of electronic wallets. This study employs a normative legal methodology. Data is derived from secondary sources, encompassing primary, secondary, and tertiary legal literature. This study employs both a legislative and a conceptual methodology. The research findings suggest that the regulation of electronic wallets, as per Bank Indonesia Regulation, has not entirely met user requirements. Bank Indonesia Regulation Number 18/40/PBI/2016, on the Implementation of Payment Transaction Processing, does not explicitly address legal certainty and legal protection for users who deposit funds or utilise digital loan services on electronic wallets. This situation establishes a disparity between regulatory implementation and governing rules, which may result in insufficient oversight of electronic wallet operations and a discord of authority between Bank Indonesia and the Financial Services Authority regarding the supervision of financial transactions in Indonesia.
