Abstract

Covid-19isan emerging respiratory disease caused by the coronavirus. This disease is highly contagious, and its main symptoms include fever, dry cough, fatigue, myalgias, and dyspnea. Therefore, people need knowledge about Covid-19 and understand how to deal with this disease. The purpose of this study was to find out the description of public knowledge about the Covid 19 pandemic in Sempakata Village. The research design used was a correlational design with a cross sectional approach. This research was conducted in Sempakata Village. The number of samples in this study were 91 people using the total sampling technique. The results of this study obtained data that the community's knowledge about Covid -19, namely knowledge in the good category was 56 people (61.5%) and knowledge in the sufficient category was 35 people (38.5%). so that it can be said that the public's knowledge of Covid-19 is good.

Abstract

Caring Code is a guide that was developed as a guide in implementing caring behavior. Students are the forerunner of future leaders. Caring is a part that reflects the values ​​in the development of individual behavior and can describe a person's identity, and caring behavior is not only on a person's ability to do or accept his current condition, but has an impact on self-acceptance in the future. The purpose of this study was to find out the description of the Caring Code for the Students of the Nursing Study Program at the Academic Stage of STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan 2022. This type of research was a descriptive research design. Sampling in this study using total sampling, respondents as many as 333 people. The results showed that the caring code of students in the good category were 62 respondents (79,5%) for level I nurses, 51 respondents for level II nurses (68,9%), level III nurses 61 respondents (71,8%) and level IV nurses 62 respondents (64.6%). It is hoped that the results of this study can increase knowledge and information about how to apply good caring so that it can improve caring behavior to students and it is also expected to be able to conduct seminars on caring code to STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan students.

Abstract

Concentration is one of the main factors that can affect the learning process, increasing one's concentration, the more effective learning activities are and vice versa, the factors that cause a person to have difficulty concentrating include thoughts, something will happen, lack of interest in lessons , crowded classroom conditions, unsupportive atmosphere, individual weakness in controlling his thoughts, and disturbed sleep patterns. The need for sleep will have an impact on a decrease in concentration, people who experience obstacles in the learning process caused by a sense of lack due to disturbing sleep patterns, so that their learning concentration decreases. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between sleep pattern disturbances and the learning concentration of Level 3 Nurses at STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan 2022. This study uses a cross-sectional approach. This instrument uses a questionnaire. The number of samples in this study are 85 people. Analysis of the chi square test data with the results of the study. 12 out of 24 respondents (50.0%) had poor sleep pattern disorders with low learning concentration, 12 out of 24 respondents (50.0%) had sleep pattern disorders with high learning concentration, as many as 11 out of 61 respondents (18, 0% ) have a bad sleep pattern disorder with low learning concentration, 50 and 61 respondents (82.0%) have a good sleep pattern disorder with high learning concentration.
