Abstract

. Economics is one of the fields of social science, economics is associated with the activities of human behavior in the necessities of life. Entrepreneurship is an innovator as an individual who has the instinct to see opportunities, has the spirit, ability and mind to conquer slow and lazy ways of thinking. From the description above, it can be concluded that entrepreneurship is one way to see opportunities. Talking about opportunities in entrepreneurship requires a strategy to be able to develop a business in realizing economic independence. In this activity, the entire community in Hutaimbaru Village fulfills their needs, and their livelihoods as farmers, both as rubber farmers, vegetable farmers, and traders, but to this day the condition of the Hutaimbaru village community is still classified as middle to lower economy, because they are still Many of these people work in one day and can spend the night to meet the needs of their families. With the socialization activity, the Hutaimbaru village community increased their efforts to increase the businesses of the residents who were experiencing a decline due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the direct or indirect effect of work experience, work ability on work performance. The sample in this study was as many as 52 who are employees of PT. Banua Sakti Mulia. This research was collected through a questionnaire which was processed and analyzed using Path Analysis. Then test the validity with and test the reliability. To test the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between work experience, work ability on work performance in employees, and there is an indirect effect of work experience on work performance through work ability, where employees who have a lot of work experience and have expertise in work then will also be able to improve employee performance, so that employees can excel in carrying out the work given.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work rotation on employee performance, to test and analyze the quality of work life on performance; To test and analyze the transformational leadership style of employee performance; To test and analyze work rotation, quality of work life and transformational leadership style together on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) North Sumatra Region. The approach used in this research is an associative approach. The population in this study were all employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Wilayah Sumatra Utara, the population in this study was 71 employees. The researcher will examine the entire population, so that the research sample is population data (census study). Data collection techniques in this study using primary data. Data analysis techniques in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed all independent variables partially and simultaneously significant effect on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) North Sumatra Region.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan;untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi finansial terhadap kinerja karyawan; dan menganalisis pengaruh secara simultan pelatihan kerja dan kompensasi finansial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Cabang Balaikota Medan.Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan asosiatif.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan di PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia cabang Medan Balai Kota yang telah bekerja selama rentang waktu 0 tahun hingga > 6 tahun, sehingga jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 74 orang karyawan. Peneliti akan meneliti seluruh populasi yang ada, sehingga sampel penelitian adalah data populasi (studi sensus). Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer.Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Uji Asumsi Klasik, Regresi Berganda, Uji Hipotesis (Uji t dan Uji F), dan Koefisien Determinasi.Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program software SPSS (Statistic Package for the Social Sciens) versi 16.00.Pelatihan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.Kompensasi finansial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Pelatihan kerja, kompensasi finansial, berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the Work Environment and Communication on Job Satisfaction at Medan City Education Service Employment. The data collection method in this research is through field analysis techniques or surveys by distributing questionnaires. The samples taken in this research were employees of the Medan City Education Department, totaling 72 employees. The data analysis technique used to determine the influence of related variables is using classical assumption test techniques, multiple linear regression, T test (partial), F test (simultaneous), and coefficient of determination. The results of the analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence between variable Variable This means that the work environment and communication have a significant influence on the job satisfaction of Medan City Education Department employees.
