Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman dan kemajuan teknologi, tuntutan masyarakat akan perbaikan pelayanan menjadi hal mutlak yang harus dipenuhi oleh sebuah instansi publik. Gerakan One Agency, One Innovation dimana mengharuskan setiap instansi memiliki satu inovasi pelayanan benar-benar dimanfaatkan oleh Kecamatan Dringu. Salah satu bentuk inovasi yang digagas adalah Jelita (Jam Ekstra Layanan Administrasi). Program Jelita mempunyai manfaat yaitu memudahkan masyarakat dalam pelayanan yang diadakan pada hari rabu dimulai pada jam 07.30 – 20.00. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksaana program Jelita (Jam Ekstra Layanan Administrasi) di Kecamatan Dringu Kabupaten Pobolinggo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus di Kecamatan Dringu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi pelaksanaan program Jelita (Jam Ekstra Layanan Administrasi) di Kecamatan Dringu Kabupaten Probolinggo dilaksanakan melalui 6 kriteria evaluasi kebijakan meliputi Efektivitas, Efisiensi, Kecukupan ,Perataan, Responsivitas, Ketepatan. Evaluasi pelaksanaan program sudah berjalan dengan baik dari 6 kriteria evauasi kebijakan. Faktor penghambat dari Program Jelita yaitu Jaringan. Faktor pendukung dari infrastruktur yaitu: computer, scan, jaringan internet, operator dan ruang pelayanan.

Abstract

Antenatal Care (ANC) is a health service by trained health workers for mothers during their pregnancy according to the service standards established in the Midwifery Service Standards (SPK). This service aims to find out the results of the use of tempe milk findings in ANC activities in the Klaseman Village, Gending District, Probolinggo Regency. The results of the implementation of this activity showed that there were 14 pregnant women who made use of the ANC. Found one miscarriage pregnant women, one pregnant woman gave birth, 4 people experienced tartar, 5 people experienced a high risk, and 2 people experienced a very high risk. In carrying out this ANC activity, we also found findings in the form of products to combat stunting in Des Klaseman. It is expected that the Puskesmas and Klaseman Village apparatus will improve counseling on the benefits and objectives of ANC examinations, the importance of regulating birth spacing, the ANC services that Puskesmas can provide, changing perspectives, attending training and involving traditional birth attendants and community leaders. The goal of providing information is extended to families / husbands because their support has a real influence on the use of ANC. Abstract

COVID-19 virus has caused the world to experience a pandemic, as a result of which many countries have experienced disruptions in almost all sectors, including the health, economic and education sectors. In Indonesia , the spread of the Covid-19 virus is quite worrying, because every last update in February 2021 the spread of the Covid-19 virus can reach 10,000 cases every day. the spread of the Covid-19 virus, the government urges all people to apply a new lifestyle, namely 3M (Wearing masks, Washing hands, Maintaining distance). To support from the government regarding the prevention of Covid 19, the KKN University of Panca Marga Probolinggo 2021 held a community service work program related to education on the dangers of Covid and its prevention, especially in the Tongas District, Probolinggo Regency. Based on the identification of problems, the service program focuses on: 1) Guidance for students affected by Covid 19, 2) Socialization of the importance of preventing stunting in improving community welfare during the Covid 19 pandemic 3) distributing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), 4) Guiding UMKM in development of new product innovations. This is three methods used, namely the education method, the socialization method, and evaluation program. The data collection method in this program uses interview techniques, documentation and questionnaire. In addition to assisting the government in suppressing the rate of spread COVID-19, the objective of these programs is to increase public awareness in implementing healty lifestyle in the pandemic COVID-19 . Abstract

Isu kebijakan publik dan permasalahan publik berkolerasi pada penyelenggaraan pemerintahan. Pembuatan dan pembentukan kebijakan yang tidak melakukan riset kebijakan dan berbasiskan bukti dalam pembuatan kebijakan menyebabkan kebijakan tidak berkualitas dan berdampak pada masyarakat. Kemampuan sumber daya manusia dibutuhkan dalam identifikasi isu kebijakan dan menyusun ringkasan kebijakan. Khusus dalam ringkasan kebijakan atau disebut policy brief merupakan konsep dalam pembuatan dan pembentukan kebijakan alternatif yang memberikan pengaruh sebagai media komunikasi dalam penentuan keputusan. Sehingga diselenggarakan kegiatan pengabdian pada tanggal 1-2 November 2022. Lokasi kegiatan di salah satu ruang pertemuan Universitas Panca Marga. Berdasarkan korelasi antara masalah dan metode serta solusi pada problematika yang dihadapi mitra, secara substansi gambaran kegiatan yang telah diselenggarakan dalam pengabdian ini meliputi: Seminar dengan materi isu kebijakan publik dan masalah kebijakan serta Pemaparan desain policy brief dan pelatihan action plan penyusunan policy brief. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berkontribusi dalam upaya peningkatan kesadaran dan kepercayaan diri para mahasiswa Prodi Administrasi Publik FISIP Universitas Panca Marga dalam penyusunan hasil riset dan kajian kebijakan publik dalam bentuk rekomendasi kebijakan publik di daerah relevan dengan kewenangan unit kerja.

Abstract

The existence of the state is inseparable from political activities. All parties have a role in state politics. Including the younger generation who have a role in politics, such as becoming first-time voters in central and regional elections. The role of novice voters who actively participate in elections shows the success of democracy in a country. However, the findings in the field are still many who do not understand about politics and the role of novice voters. This finding moved the service team to organize socialization to the younger generation. Service activities are carried out with a participatory action research (PAR) model. Service partners are aimed at students of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Panca Marga University in the second and fourth semesters. The service activity with the theme "Socialization of Strengthening the Role of Beginner Voters towards Democratic Pilkada was attended by 40 partners. Socialization activities show indicators of the success of program achievements. The results of monitoring and evaluation on the results of the questionnaire show that the activity increases the understanding of partners in political literacy and the participation of novice voters in the Pilkada. All partners enthusiastically participated in the activity from beginning to end.

Abstract

In keeping the business alive in the midst of intense competition, companies need to pay special attention to service quality. Especially in the era of technology, companies are required to be able to adapt and provide services electronically or electronic service quality. E-service Quality is a measuring tool to determine the level of customer satisfaction with a network-based service such as online shopping or product/service delivery. Banking is also affected by the development of information technology, including one of the largest banks in Indonesia, namely Bank Mandiri. Efforts made by Bank Mandiri to innovate in the field of technology are by creating Mandiri Online in 2017. Self-efficacy is a person's ability to complete a lever. The purpose of this study is to find out how the influence of e-service quality on self-efficacy in the use of Mandiri Online in the cities of Jember, Situbondo, Probolinggo, Bondowoso, Lumajang and Banyuwangi. Based on the research conducted, the e-service quality of the Mandiri Online system has a positive influence on the satisfaction of its users. So that this can have an effect on increasing one's self-efficacy or confidence to participate in using Mandiri Online services. Keywords: E-service quality, self-efficacy, Mandiri Online
