Abstract

Background: Anxiety is a mood disorder characterized by deep fears or concerns, while puberty  is a phase that marked the maturity of the sexual organs and the achievement of reproductive  ability, with the stages of puberty is referred to as the early stages of maturity while the age limit for laki- men 12-15 years and women 11-15 years old with the characteristics of primary and secondary sexual maturity that will continue to be driven by the level of anxiety experienced by children puberty. Objective: To determine differences in the level of anxiety of puberty in girls and boys in school MTs N 1 Pundong Bantul.Methods: The study was a comparative descriptive quantitative with cross sectional approach. Number of samples 49. Sampling technique is total sampling.Results: The level of anxiety puberty included in the category of anxiety was with adolescent girls 23 and boys 23 people so for a total of 46 people (93.9%), the Mann-Whitney U test according to the level of anxiety 26.45>23 52, we can see in the output test statistic, where the value of the test statistic Z is small at -1.709 and sig, 2-tailed is 0.088> 0.05, while for the exact sig ie 0.255> 0.05.Conclusion: The results of the study there was no difference in anxiety levels puberty in girls and boys in MTs school N 1 Pundong Bantul.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Anak usia pra sekolah adalah anak yang berusia 3-6 tahun, usia ini memandang hospitalisasi atau melihat Rumah Sakit merupakan suatu tempat yang menakutkan, sehingga anak mengalami kecemasan jika berada di Rumah Sakit. Apabila anak mengalami kecemasan tinggi saat dirawat di Rumah Sakit, maka besar sekali kemungkinan anak akan mengalami disfungsi perkembangan. Terapi bermain adalah suatu metode psikoterapi untuk membantu anak usia 3-12 tahun mengekspresikan pikiran, perasaan atau emosi mereka dengan lebih baik lewat beragam permainan. Tujuan penelitian : Mengetahui pengaruh terapi bermain Puzzle terhadap kecemasan Hospitalisasi anak pra sekolah di RSUD Sleman. Metode Penelitian : Menggunakan metode pra-eksperimental dengan rancangan one-group pra-post test design. Pengambilan data menggunakan teknik purposive sampling Hasil penelitian: Hasil dari Wilcoxon test dari 30 responden terdapat pengaruh terapi bermain Puzzle Terhadap Kecemasan Hospitalisasi Pada Anak Usia Pra Sekolah sebelum dan sesudah diberikan Intervensi Permainan Puzzle dengan p value = 0,000<0,05 disimpulkan adanya pengaruh yang cukup signifikan pada pemberian terapi permainan puzzle terhadap kecemasan anak akibat hospitalisasi pada anak usia prasekolah di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Sleman. Kesimpulan: Terdapat pengaruh terapi bermain puzzle terhadap kecemasan hospitalisasi pada anak usia prasekolah.   Background: Pre-school-age children are children aged 3-6 years, this age perceives hospitalization or sees the hospital as a scary place, so children experience anxiety if they are in the hospital. If children experience high anxiety when hospitalized, they will likely experience developmental dysfunction. Play therapy is a psychotherapeutic method to help children aged 3-12 years express their thoughts, feelings, or emotions better through various games. Objective: To determine the effect of Puzzle play therapy on hospitalization anxiety of preschool children at Sleman Hospital. Research Methods: Using a pre-experimental method with a one-group pre-post test design. Data collection using a purposive sampling technique. Research results: The results of the Wilcoxon test of 30 respondents showed the effect of Puzzle play therapy on Hospitalisation Anxiety in preschool Age Children before and after being given Puzzle Game Intervention with P Value = 0.000 <0.05, it was concluded that there was a significant effect on the provision of puzzle game therapy on children's anxiety due to hospitalization in preschool age children at Sleman Regional General Hospital. Conclusion: There is an effect of puzzle play therapy on hospitalization anxiety in preschool children.
