Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, work ethic, and work discipline on employee performance at the DPRD Sekwan Sungai Penuh City partially and simultaneously. Respondents of this study were 42 employees at the DPRD Sungai Penuh City. By performing multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination, F statistical test (simultaneous) and t statistical test (partial). Research results There is a positive and significant influence between motivation on employee performance as evidenced by t count> t table (2,360> 2,05183) and the magnitude of the influence is 17%. There is a positive and significant influence between Work Ethics on employee performance as evidenced by t count> t table (2.732> 2.05183), and the magnitude of the influence is 18.8%. There is a positive and significant influence between work discipline on employee performance as evidenced by t count> t table (2.417> 2.05183), and the magnitude of the influence is 16.4%. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between Motivation, Work Ethic and Work Discipline on the employee performance of the Sekwan DPRD Sungai Penuh City, which can be proven by F count> F table (9.848> 2.96) and the magnitude of the influence is 52.2%. While the remaining 47.8% is explained by other causative factors which were not examined in this study

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, interpersonal communication and competence on the performance of teachers of SMP Negeri 34 Kerinci partially and simultaneously. The respondents of this study were 47 teachers at SMP Negeri 34 Kerinci. By performing multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination, F statistical test (simultaneous) and t statistical test (partial). The results of the research Organizational Culture have a positive and significant effect on the Teacher Performance of SMPN 34 Kerinci, this is evidenced by t count> t table (2,219> 2,01669) and with a significance value of 0.032 <0.050. Interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at SMPN 34 Kerinci, this is evidenced by t count> t table (2.255> 2.01669) and with a significance value of 0.029 <0.050. Competency has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, SMPN 34 Kerinci, this is evidenced by t arithmetic> t table (6.223> 2.01669). Organizational culture, interpersonal communication and competence simultaneously have a significant effect on teacher performance, this is evidenced by F count> F table (21.932> 2.82), so Ho is rejected and H4 is accepted, and with a significant value (0.000 <0.05). The amount of influence of Organizational Culture on Teacher Performance at SMPN 34 Kerinci partially is 9.2%. The amount of influence of Interpersonal Communication on Teacher Performance at SMPN 34 Kerinci partially is 9%. The amount of influence of competence on teacher performance at SMPN 34 Kerinci partially is 42.3%. The magnitude of the influence of Organizational Culture, Interpersonal Communication and Competence on Teacher Performance at SMPN 34 Kerinci simultaneously amounted to 60.5%. while the rest (100% - 60.5%) which is 39.5% is explained by other causes which were not examined in this study

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the Effect of Organizational Justice and Work Engagement on Organizational Commitment to the Staff of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Kerinci Regency. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire after testing the validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques are carried out using, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that: There is a significant effect between Organizational Justice on Organizational Commitment to the Staff of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Kerinci Regency, this is evidenced by t count> t table (3.431> 2.04227). There is a significant influence between Organizational work involvement on Organizational Commitment to the Staff of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Kerinci Regency, this is evidenced by t count> t table (4,192> 2,04227). There is the influence of organizational justice and work involvement affect the organizational commitment of the Department of Population and Civil Registration Staff Kerinci Regency simultaneously, this is evidenced by F count> Ftable (15,049> 3,32). The magnitude of the influence of organizational justice and work involvement on organizational commitment in the Department of Population and Civil Registration staff of Kerinci Regency is 50.1%, while the remaining 48.9% is explained by other causal factors not examined in this study
