Abstract

Abstract. This research wanted to know how big the role of celebrity endorser and brand image onWardah cosmetic products in Bandar Lampung. The media Promotion to sell a product can be usedwith a celebrity endorser to attract buyers. The image of the brand is also very important to rememberconsumers believe the brand is very well respected and will repurchase the product. Respondents inthis study is that consumers who buy the products Wardah there several outlets and shops in BandarLampung. The method used is descriptive qualitative method by giving questionnaires to consumers,obtained a sample of 100 people. Given today's consumers are selective when buying products as wellas many who choose kosher products based on whether or not the product, it is necessary for furtherresearch to determine what factors are instrumental to the consumer in buying the product.

Abstract

This research is done to find out the roles of corporate actors in budgetary participation asexpected as corporate goals. The budget participation is needed by delegation of authority to givechance to staffs to be participated in the process of budget preparation.It is therefore necessary to analyze the effect of budgetary participation on managerial performanceand delegation of authority in moderating the effect of budgetary participation on managerialperformance.The populations that are in charge in this study were 52 staffs who are participated in theimplementation of the budgetary participation and they were stated as research sample. The methodthat used was interview using questionnaire method then it was analyzed by using doubled linearregression.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the benefits of financial ratios in predicting changes in profit. Financialratios in this study were measured using liquidity ratios with the Work Capital Total Asset (WCTA)formula, solvency ratio with the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) formula, activity ratio with the TotalAsset Turnover (TAT) formula, and the profitability ratio with the Net Profit Margin formula (NPM).The results of this study partially concluded that the variable Working Capital to Total Assets (WCTA)had no significant effect on changes in earnings, the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) variable had asignificant effect on earnings changes, the Total Asset Turnover (TAT) variable had a significant effecton changes profit, the variable Net Profit Margin (NPM) has no significant effect on earningschanges, while simultaneously the variables are Working Capital to Total Assets (WCTA), Debt toEquity Ratio (DER), Total Asset Turnover (TAT), Net Profit Margin (NPM) affect the variablechanges in earnings in automotive sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia StockExchange.Keywords: Working Capital to Total Assets (WCTA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Asset
