Abstract

ABSTRACT The objective of this research is to analyze (1) the influence of organizational culture moderate transformational leadership on employee performance, (2) the organizational culture of moderation effect in strengthening the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance. This research locations in Education Department of Sukoharjo. Sample of this research uses 48 employees taken to the purposive sampling technique. Scope of research focuses on aspects of transformational leadership and its impact on employee performance with organizational culture as moderating. Based on the analysis of obtained results indicate that transformational leadership variables have a significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the p value 0,024 < 0,05. Organizational culture variables have a significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the p value 0,019 < 0,05. Interaction variables have a significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the p value 0,014 < 0,05. The findings of this research indicate that organizational culture moderate the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance in Education Department of Sukoharjo. Based on first regression analysis obtained the value of Adjusted R2 = 0,149. This Adjusted R2 in second regression increased to 0,243. From the regression analysis comparison of an increase in Adjusted R2 of 0,094. This shows that the organizational culture strengthen the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance. Abstract

ABSTRACT The objective of this research is to analyze (1) effect of the motivation to employee performance; (2) effect of the job satisfaction to employee performance; (3) effect of the compensation to employee performance; (4) the role of compensation as a moderator of the effect motivation to employee performance; (5) the role of compensation as a moderator of the effect job satisfaction to employee performance. This research uses population research while the population is all employees in KSP Ben Silatu Grobogan consist of 33 respondents. Data collecting with questionaire technique through validity and reliability test. The analyze data use the multiple regression analysis and moderated regression analysis through standardized residual method, and previously the researcher uses classical assumption test. The hypothesis test uses t test. The analysis results which could be reported are the questionaire of all variables are valid and the reliable. The result of classical assumption test show that the model is no multicoliniearity, no heteroskedasticity, no autocorrelation and the residual is normal. Results of t test indicate that: (1) motivation has a significantly effect to employee performance. This is indicated by t test with p value (0,003) < 0,05 thus supporting hypothesis 1; (2) job satisfaction has significantly effect to employee performance. This is indicated by t test with p value (0,016) < 0,05 thus supporting hypothesis 2; (3) compensation has significantly effect to employee performance. This is indicated by t test with p value (0,011) < 0,05 thus supporting hypothesis 3; (4) compensation has moderate the effect of motivation to employee performance. This is indicated by t test with p value (0,009) < 0,05 thus supporting hypothesis 4; (5) compensation has moderate the effect of job satisfaction to employee performance. This is indicated by t test with p value (0,047) > 0,05 thus supporting hypothesis 5. Keywords: compensation, job satisfaction, motivation, employee performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT The objective of this research is to analyze about the significance influence of leadership, work motivation, and experiences to the teacher’s performance of education environment in UPTD at Gatak Sukoharjo. The populations are teachers in education environment in UPTD at Gatak Sukoharjo in 2010 amount of 498 respondents. Sampling has random for 50 teachers. Collecting data uses observation, interview and questionaire. Instrument test uses validity and reliability tests. Analysis techniques used classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient determination (R2). The results shown that (1) validity and reliability shown valid and reliable, (2) heteroskedasticity, autocorrelation, multicolinearity and normality tests were passed, (3) regression equation Y = 2,340 + 0,212 X1 + 0,348 X2 + 0,578 X3, (4) leadership has p value < 0,05; work motivation has p value < 0,05; and teacher’s experience has p value < 0,05; so all three variables are significantly influences to the teacher’s performance, (5) teacher’s experience has most dominant influence to teacher’s performance because it has highest coefficient regression as 0,578; F test has p value < 0,05, (6) adjusted R2 = 0,479, means that ratio contribution leadership, work motivation and work experience to the teacher’s performance as 47,9% and the remains are influenced by other factors. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to know the significance of influence of training education, motivation of work and environment of work to teachers’performance SD Negeri in unit of work Education Based Technique Unit of Gabus Subdistrict Grobogan Regency. The population is all of teachers SD Negeri in unit of work Education Based Technique Unit of Gabus Subdistrict Grobogan Regency, amount of 403 persons and sample was used is 20% or 80 persons. Technique of collecting data used questioner which has been tabulated, then conducted by validity and reliability test. The analysis used technique consist of the classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient determination (R2). The result of analysis indicates that: 1) all of instruments are valid and reliable; 2) classic assumption test there was no deviation; 3) multiple regression analysis, gets equation: Y = 6,997 – 0,046X1 + 0,460X2 + 0,432X3; (4) t test of training education have p value 0,659 < 0,05; motivation of work have p value 0,000 < 0,05; and environment of work have p value 0,000 < 0,05; the conclusion is the influence of training education is unsignificant, motivation of work and environment of work are significant towards teachers’ performance; (5) F test have p value 0,000 that the correct model which used to predict the influence of training education, motivation of work, and environment of work to the teachers’ performance SD Negeri in Gabus Subdistrict Grobogan Regency; 6) R2 value is 61,4% it means training education, motivation of work, and environment of work give influence to the teachers’ performance, and the residual is influenced by other variables. Abstract

ABSTRACT The objective of this research is to analyze: (1) leadership influence towards employee performance; (2) communication influence towards employee performance; (3) work motivation influence towards employee performance. The population is amount of 49 in social official, labour and regency transmigration Grobogan in 2009. Sampling methods is sensus. Collecting data technique uses inquiry validity and reliability test. Data is analyzed with multi regression analysis, classic assumption test, t test, F test and coefficient determination by using SPSS program. The result of this research shows: (1) the multi regression equation Y = 6,453 + 0,311 X1 + 0,290 X2 + 0,259 X3; (2) t test of leadership have p value 0,000 < 0,05; communication have p value 0,003 < 0,05; work motivation have p value 0,000 < 0,05, so the conclusion there is the influence of leadership, communication and work motivation significant towards employee performance. (3) coefficient determination (R2) = 0,710, that means contribution of leadership, communication and work motivation that influenced towards employee performance 71%, and the residual is influenced by other variables. The hypothesis that said the influence of leadership, communication and work motivation towards employee performance is proved. Abstract

Abstract The fundamental change in the business environment demands the company be capable of adapting in the growth of dynamic and competitive business environment. The selection and implementation of the perfect business strategy will be strongly determined by the human resources quality who take an important role in doing the operational activities of the company, like planning and running the determined business strategy. Human resources is a critical asset organization which includes not only in company philosophy but in process of strategic plan as well. To meet the phenomenon, it is very necessary to have the human resources planning to obtain the accuracy of number, place, and time that can drive benefit wheter to individual or organization in the long term. Through the human resources planning, it is expected that the organization is be able to organize and manage its human resources to elevate the competence and quality of human resources, so that there will be competitive advantage to win the competition which has been more and more competitive.
