Abstract

Seiring perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat saat ini, teknologi informasi memiliki peranan sangat penting dalam suatu perusahaan, suatu perusahaan sulit untuk berkembang tanpa teknologi informasi karena teknologi informasi merupakan sebuah fasilitas penunjang kesuksesan dari suatu organisasi. Perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang sparepart mobil, seperti menjual bearing, fanbelt, adaptor dan lain lain. Dalam perjalanan bisnis perusahaan ini masih mengelola absensi secara manual dengan kertas terlebih dahulu oleh bagian HRD, kemudian perusahaan juga sulit mendapatkan informasi pribadi pegawai, perusahaan belum memiliki laporan data karyawan yang diberikan mutasi dan demosi, belum ada sistem terkait pengajuan cuti, sehingga pengajuan cuti masih dlakukan secara manual sehingga proses cuti memakan waktu, pegawai yang melakukan penugasan di luar belum bisa melakukan absensi secara mandiri. Dengan adanya sistem informasi Kepegawaian ini, diharapkan jadi dapat memaksimalkan pekerjaan di perusahaan dan juga dapat dengan mudah mendapatkan informasi terkait kinerja pegawai dengan lebih cepat dan secara jelas. Along with the current rapid development of information technology, information technology has a very important role in a company, it is difficult for a company to develop without information technology because information technology is a facility supporting the success of an organization. Companies engaged in car spare parts, such as selling bearings, fanbelts, adapters and others. In the course of the business, this company still manages attendance manually with paper first by the HRD department, then the company also has difficulty getting employee personal information, the company does not yet have employee data reports that have been given mutations and demotions, there is no system related to submitting leave, so the leave application is still done manually so that the leave process takes time, employees who carry out assignments outside cannot perform attendance independently. With this Personnel information system, it is hoped that it can maximize work in the company and can also easily get information related to employee performance more quickly and clearly.

Abstract

Perkembangan sistem informasi telah mencapai kemajuan yang sangat cepat, salah satu kemajuan dari sistem informasi yaitu sistem informasi dapat membangun hubungan antar pelanggan dan penjual untuk mendukung proses bisnis di suatu perusahaan. Perkembangan dalam dunia bisnis mendorong perusahaan agar berusaha mengembangkan pelayanan kepada konsumen agar dapat bertahan dalam persaingan dunia bisnis. PT XYZ memiliki pelanggan dengan perilaku serta kebutuhan yang beragam sehingga cara untuk mempermudah perusahaan dalam memberikan pelayanan dan pemasaran kepada konsumen yakni dengan aplikasi CRM. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu Rational Unified Process atau yang sering dikenal RUP (Rational Unified Process). CRM (Customer Relationship Management) berpusat pada pendayagunaan data konsumen yang berupa data penjualan, catatan loyalitas, respon dari konsumen mengenai promosi pemasaran, serta data layanan konsumen, dan lain-lain, yang berguna untuk mengembangkan customer value dan company value. Maka dari itu CRM (Customer Relationship Management) menjadi suatu bagian yang penting bagi perusahaan yang berfokus pada pelanggan dan pemasaran.

Abstract

Running a business requires science and technology. Businesses need knowledge to know what will be developed and will be run and technology to manage and produce data that is precise, accurate and efficient. the application of information technology in business is to use a computer-based information system for both staff and managers. One of the computer-based information systems that can assist managers in obtaining information in their respective units is the Management Information System. The method used in the development of the system used to analyze and design this system is the Iteration methodology (Iterative model). Management information systems can be used by managers in which there is data relating to sales, purchases, inventories and others where the data can produce information that will be useful for managers to know the results of the company's development. This system is intended to make it easier for managers to check purchasing information, sales information, inventory information, inventory information and information to be reported. The results of this system, so that managers can see sales results in detail because they can find out the total sales per day, month and year. The accounts receivable section can view detailed and detailed information on receivables that have been paid off and those that are still due. The purchasing department can see information about debts that have been paid and those that are still due.
