Abstract

Based on the data obtained in the field can be seen indication that the performance of employees of PT Rimbawood Arsilestari not fully in accordance with the expected. It is probably related to two factors: leadership style and interpersonal communication.In conception the authors apply several theories and concepts related to research variables from some experts such as Brindusa Maria POPA, Cooper Donald, Colquitt, Lepine and Wesson, Frecilia Nanda Melvani, Hina fayyaz, Riffat naheed and Ameer Hasan, and other experts . In order to explain the relationship of independent variables are leadership style and interpersonal communication and dependent variable is performance.The research method used quantitative survey by using correlational analysis technique, the data obtained based on the questionnaire answers were analyzed by statistical correlation technique of product moment pearson to know the relation between independent variable that is leadership style and interpersonal communication and dependent variable that is performance.The results showed that there is a positive relationship between the independent variables and dependent variables, to be more detailed as follows:Leadership style directly related positive to performance, obtained correlation coefficient ß1 of 0.431. price tcount 3.822 ttable (α = 0.05; 67) 1.996, meaning that the more effective style of leadership will be more efficient performance. Interpersonal communication directly related positive to performance, obtained correlation coefficient ß2 of 0.430. price tcount 3.815 ttable (α = 0.05; 67) 1.996, meaning the more effective interpersonal communication will be more effective performance. Leadership style and Interpersonal Communication together directly related positively to performance, obtained correlation coefficient β12 of 0,559. price Fhitung 31.068Ftabel 3.140, meaning the more effective style of leadership and interpersonal communication will be more effective and efficient performance.In an effort to improve employee performance PT Rimbawood Arsilestari in Kab. Attack, the researcher's suggestions are: (i) It is better for the corporate leader to be open to problems encountered and perceived by the journalist and to be active in finding solutions to any problems (ii) in delivering direction and policies on work and tasks as clear and as detailed as possible (iii) should create a conducive working situation by opening up effective communication of employees.

Abstract

The research model used in this study is the method of observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies conducted systematically based on purpose. The sample in this study were 84 people with an error rate of 5% according to the sampling technique based on calculations and Slovin formula. The analytical method used is Simple Linear Regression, Test Validity, Determination Coefficient and for hypothesis testing using the t test.From the results of the study show that each increase in compensation of 1 unit will affect the employee work discipline of 0.74 units, and compensation (Variable X) has a strong degree of relationship with employee work discipline (Y variable) of 0.79. Based on the calculation of the t test, it is obtained that tcount is greater than t table (11.72> 1.66365) then the null hypothesis is rejected, meaning that the effect of compensation on employee work discipline has a positive effect. This informs the influence of compensation on employee work discipline in the General Section of the Regional SecretariatCompensation and employee discipline in the office of the General Section of SETDA Kab. Pandeglang is categorized as good. The effect of Compensation on employee work discipline is 62% and the rest is influenced by other factors, it can be in the form of sanctions for employees who do not comply with the rules and create a conducive office atmosphere.

Abstract

Some problems such as cooperation that is not well established, employees who are still not able to complete their tasks in a timely manner, lack of enthusiasm for the employees and less than optimal performance, can hamper and make work not run smoothly as it should. So this study aims to determine how the effe1ct of training and compensation on employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office in Pandeglang Regency.In this study, the research method used is a quantitative method, and in taking the size of the number of samples using the Slovin formula. Testing of this study was carried out using a classic assumption test, then analyzed by correlation test and multiple linear regression tests using IBM Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) Version 20.The results of the partial test (statistical test t) showed the Training variable with a significance level of 5% and the results of the SPSS Version 20 test showed, the significance value <0.05. This shows that H0 is rejected and the result of thus H1 is accepted because tcount>ttable. For the Compensaton variable shows, the significance value >0.05. This shows that H0 was accepted and the results of thus H2 was rejected because tcount<ttable. Significance test results simultaneously (statistical test f) significance level of 5% or 0.05 is smaller than the significance value of SPSS Version 20 output <0.05 then H0 is rejected so it can be said to be significant. And the results of Fcount>Ftable thus H3 is accepted.Based on the results of the study it can be seen that the Training has an influence on employee performance, while Compensation has no influence on employee performance. And simultaneously has an influence between the Training and Compensation variables on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. Sentra Surya Abadi Rangkasbitung. The research method used is a quantitative method with a population of all employees at PT.Sentra Surya Abadi Rangkasbitung, with a sample of 50 employees. The data analysis techniques in this study include test requirements for data analysis (normality test, autocorrelation test and heterodasticity test), simple linear regression analysis, correlation analysis, analysis of determination coefficient and t test, in SPSS 20 For Windows. From the results of the study showed that organizational commitment has a positive effect on employee performance as evidenced by the simple linear regression equation Y = 1.912 + 0.950X and R square of 0.912 or 91.2% and based on the t test organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance because of the significant value small of 0.05 (α )  which is equal to 0,000. Thus it can be concluded that there significant is an influence between organizational commitment to employee performance at PT.Sentra Surya Abadi Rangkasbitung.

Abstract

In general, the problems of incentives and performance are interrelated, because in fact there are several companies or agencies and organizations found in the phenomenon of a decrease in employee performance which is caused by dissatisfaction in receiving incentives provided. It becomes natural when we associate with the number of life needs of employees who are very many, then it is natural if there is an employee demand for the provision of incentives with a satisfactory value. Maybe this way employees will be able to improve their performance, even though the estimate does not necessarily ensure the attitude of empolyees who will work. The method in this study is to use a quantitative descriptive method case study approach that uses descriptive design that is by solving a case of empolyee performance On PT Fifgroup Branc Rangkasbitung. While the sample in the study was 40 people taken from the entire population of 100While the results of the study note that incentives have a positive relationship to employee performance, it is known from the results of the hypothesis test where α 0,05 ≥ from the significance of 0,001 it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between incentives and employee performance. As for the conclusions that the writer can give in this study is based on the results of research conducted by referrring to the respondents, answers, it is known that the application of incentives that have been felt is quite satisifed or fulfilling the wishes of employees. While the performance of employees has shown a good level which includes the opportunity to progress, and receive incentives for work morale.While the advice that the author gives in this research is one of the ways that the company can do to maximize employee performance is to provide good encouragement to employees, both material and non-material. And one way that can be done is to provide incentives to employees, and in its application depends on the company’s policies.

Abstract

Broiler chicken is a business that can improve the welfare of business people, both plasma (breeders), and core (companies). In these efforts, many factors determine the success or failure of business activities, including: feed efficiency as measured by the Feed Convertion Ratio (FCR), mortality rate (mortality), speed of harvest time, and DOC quality.The research was carried out using quantitative methods. The study population is the Feed Convertion Ratio (FCR) data and recorded benefits from July 2017 to June 2018 as many as 32 data obtained from 4 plasma (chicken breeders) and 8 plasma periods of each period. The sample is determined based on purposive sampling technique. Data analysis uses descriptive-inferential analysis.The results showed that: (1) the average value of the Feed Convertion Ratio (FCR) showed very good results, namely less than the FCR Standards set by the company; (2) the profits obtained by Plasma each period are volatile; and (3) there is an effect of the influence of the Feed Convertion Ratio (FCR) on the benefits of broiler breeders in the Partnership Pattern with CV. Taat Mitra Bersinar Tangerang. The effect is inversely proportional. If the Feed Convertion Ratio (FCR) gets smaller, then the benefits of broiler chicken breeders will be even greater, and vice versa.The study concluded that there was an effect of the effect of Feed Convertion Ratio (FCR) on the benefits of broiler breeders in the Partnership Pattern with CV. Taat Mitra Bersinar Tangerang. Furthermore, it is recommended that this study be developed with a larger sample size. It is also recommended to do research with other methods and with factors other than the Feed Convertion Ratio (FCR) factor.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and assess the effect of compensation on performance in the Regional Government (Pemda) of Pandeglang Regency. The research was conducted using quantitative methods. The study population was all employees in the Regional Government (Pemda) Pandeglang Regency as many as 12,333 people. The research sample is in the area of the Regional Government (Pemda) of Pandeglang Regency with 12,333 people. Data analysis uses descriptive-inferential analysis. The results showed that: (1) there was a significant relationship between compensation and employee performance in the Pandeglang District Government; (2) there is a significant effect of compensation on employee performance in the Pandeglang District Government; and (3) the magnitude of the effect of compensation on employee performance is 49.1%. The study concluded that there was a significant effect of compensation on employee performance in the Pandeglang District Government. Furthermore, further research is recommended with deeper and broader studies, both by adding research variables, expanding the scope of the research object, and using different methods.

Abstract

This study is to determine the factors that influence Consumer Purchase Interest through Promotion and Prices at the company PT. Primadelta Starlestari Rangkasbitung. The objectives of this study are (1) to find out the Effect of Promotion on Consumer Purchase Interest (2) to determine the Effect of Price on Consumer Purchase Interest (3) to find out Promotions and Prices on Consumer Purchase Interest at PT. Primadelta Starlestari Rangkasbitung.The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive research method. The sampling technique used was Random Sampling, which is a sampling technique that provides equal opportunities for each element (members), the sample of this study consisted of 100 respondents.Testing of this study was carried out using the classic assumption test, then analyzed by correlation test and multiple linear regression test using the SPSS VERSY 20 Program.The results showed that there was a partial correlation between Promotion and Consumer Purchase Interest, the results of the t test in the Promotion obtained t-count> t-table (3.231> 1.985). The results showed there was a partial between Price to Consumer Purchase Interest, the results of t test on Prices obtained t-count> t-table (6.169> 1.985).F test results show the f-count of 26.308 with a significance of 0,000 and f-table = 30.9. So it can be concluded that simultaneously the Promotion (X1) and Price (X2) variables have a significant effect on Consumer Purchase Interest (Y).
