Abstract

Pelayanan yang prima sangat dibutuhkan dalam memenuhi kepuasan pelanggan untuk sebuah perusahaan mencapai World Class Services, dan kecepatan pelayanan menjadi target utama dalam pencapaian kepuasan pelanggan di PT PLN (Persero). Untuk mewujudkannya maka PT PLN (Persero) melakukan restrukturisasi melalui Program Debirokratisasi.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan kondisi perusahaan sebelum dan setelah dilakukan restrukturisasiterhadap kinerja perusahaan, kepuasan karyawan, dan kepuasan pelanggan dengan melihat perbedaan pada 2 (dua) area yang belum dan sudah direstrukturisasi, atas dasar ini diajukan model teoritis dan 3 hipotesis untuk diuji beda dengan uji-t tidak berpasangan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 57 karyawan dan 103 pelanggan pada PT. PLN (Persero) Area Magelang dan UL Salatiga.Hasil dari analisis memiliki nilai t-hitung kinerja perusahaan -0,91 (t-tabel 1,99), kepuasan karyawan 7,76 (t-tabel 2,00) , dan kepuasan pelanggan 4,11 (t-tabel 1,98) yang menunjukkan bahwa restrukturisasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, sedangkan terhadap kepuasan karyawan dan kepuasan pelanggan restrukturisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test the influences of core service quality and peripheral service quality on customer satisfaction to increase repurchase intention. Using these variables, the usage of these variables are able to solve the arising problem within Bengkel Ekauto Semarang.The samples size of this research is 100 customers bengkel Ekauto Semarang. Using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show that the core service quality and peripheral service quality on customer satisfaction to increase repurchase intention.The effect quality of core service quality on customer satisfaction are significant; The effect core service quality on repurchase intention are significant; The effect quality of peripheral service quality on customer satisfaction are significant; The effect peripheral service quality on repurchase intention are significant; and The effect customer satisfaction on repurchase intention are significant.

Abstract

One of the dominant factors for providing customer service is the satisfaction of consumers. Efforts must be made to satisfy customer needs profitably (win-win), the state in which both sides feel to win and no one harmed. Preservation of customer satisfaction with the company's sales volume is expected to be maintained, and even increased. Allegedly the factors that influence consumer satisfaction in this study, among others; affordability, product quality, product design and product reliability.The theory is used to generalize is as stated by Dutka (2010) which says that the product attributes of customer satisfaction are universally include 1) the value price relatons, 2) product quality, 3) product benefits, 4) product features, 5) product Deign, 6) product reliability and consistency, and 7) range of product or service. Dutka signal taken from the 4 factors of product attributes that are considered influential on consumer satisfaction Rotiboy, for reasons related data avaibilitas and visibility of the object, namely; affordability, product quality, product design and product reliability. Thus, the hypothesis is "a positive influence variables affordability, product quality, product design and reliability of the product simultaneously on consumer satisfaction Rotiboy".The research sample of 100 respondents drawn from consumers who shop at Rotiboy Mal Ciputra Semarang, who previously made provision sample size calculation formula Slovin. Sampling using accidental sampling technique. With the tempo of deployment questionnaire that takes about 20 days, then the 100th questionnaire further processed and analyzed.Based on statistical calculations with SPSS, then the inference is variable affordability, product quality, product design and reliability of products collectively or partially, affects customer satisfaction (Y). Thus H1 through H5 is received at the level of 95 percent. Referring to the research results of the four independent variables the study, the four independent variables of research, namely affordability, product quality, product design and reliability of products contributing to customer satisfaction is still possible to be improved, in which the variable quality of products has the most dominant influence on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine factors that can affects innovation on competitive advantage in the small and medium industries of metals and machinery were still able to survive in the current competitive environment. Intellectual capital, leadership, and business partner collaboration are all factors used in this study that may affect innovation.      The population in this study is small and medium-scale industries in the metal processing sector in Tegal regency, while the sample was taken of 120 companies / metalworkers. Model analysis using two steps linear regression analysis using SPSS 21.      The results showed that: 1) intellectual capital and leadership is a factor that can affect the appearance of innovation, while business partner collaboration doesn’t indicate influence on innovation, with coefficient regression ; 2) innovation has a very strong influence on the competitive advantages, with coefficient regression .

Abstract

This research is motivated by intense competition in the modern retail industry in Indonesia. That is because a lot of new faces emerging modern retail players. However, there is one thing on consumer purchasing behavior in modern retailing that steal the show. Most consumers in major cities in Indonesia experiencing unplanned purchase ehrn shopping.The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of variables Availability of Money and Time, Store Environment, Hedonic Shopping Value, and Positive Emotions. Variable Availability of Money and Time, Store Environment, Hedonic Shopping Value, and Positive Emotions as an independent variable; and Impulse Buying as the dependent variable.The population used in this research is the consumer of Lottemart Jakarta. This research method using a non-probability sampling technique by purposive sampling method. Used as a sample 100 respondents. Data obtained from the questionnaire which is then processed and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis through SPSS program.The results showed that all four of independently variable has a positive influence on impulse buying. Of the four independent variables influence the Positive Emotions has the greatest impact on Impulse Buying.

Abstract

Abstract Berbahasa Inggris. In this global era, there are big emerging ritail companies in Indonesia. The growing ritail companies in Indonesia caused by the change in consumption patterns, especially in the ritail fashion products. This is supported by the shopping behavior of Indonesian citizen has begun to shift, from shoping in traditional to modern ritail market. This study aims to analyze the influence of creative promotion, visual merchandising, and pricing on product purchasing decisions on consumer ritail fashion of PT Mitra Adiperkasa.The data collection method was collected by questionnaire . The primary data source used in this study is data on respondent's perceptions of creative promotion, visual merchandising, pricing and purchasing decisions. The questionnaire in this study using a Likert scale. In determining the scale, then we use the measurement scale or range scale. Quantitative analysis includes Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Regression Analysis, and Test of Goodness of Fit which includes analysis coefficient of determination (R2), F test and t test.The results of this study are Creative promotion proved positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions, which can be evidenced from the results of t - test of 2,256. Visual merchandising proved positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions, which can be evidenced from the results of t - test of 4.252. Price proved positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions, which can be evidenced from the results of the test - t of 4.059

Abstract

In 2014 SAKINAH magazine produced by PT. Temprina Media Graphic damage to exceed the standard limit of the company. Standards set by the company was 0.25%. This study aimed to analyze the factors that cause damage to the product in the process of printing products at PT. Temprina Media Graphic Semarang. The data used are primary and secondary data. Samples were examined by 100 respondents. The number of variables examined in this study were 20 variables. The data were then analyzed using factor analysis in SPSS 16.0 for Windows.            The results showed that of the 20 variables had been reduced and no variables excluded from the model because it has met the criteria MSA> 0.5. From the test results obtained by factor analysis of 20 variables that persist in the model and breaks into 6 factors, are all factors that influence the breakdown products in product printing processes. These factors are factors Continuity Engines Work with eigenvalues 6446 values, factors Readiness Control Method / System Working with eigenvalues values 1831, Readiness Materials and Work Order with eigen value 1,621 values, process control factors with eigenvalues 1266 values, factors Work Discipline with eigenvalues values 1169, and Supervisor Support factors with eigenvalues 1,011 values. 6th factor is obtained based on the value of eigen values greater than one. Dominating factor is the factor that has a Sustainability Working Machines values eigenvalues of 6446 with a percentage of 32 230% variance.            Factors such form, then performed the analysis using method Fishbone Diagram to determine the causal factors in the chart, so that the company can take preventive and corrective measures to reduce the level of damage and improve product quality.

Abstract

Many new packaging industries have emerged in Indonesia resulted in the competitive of packaging industry in Indonesia will be more stringent, so that PT. Bahana BuanaBox, Sayung should improve the quality and performance of employees in producing the results their products because consumers are increasingly selective in choosing and using a product that will have to be consumed. This study aimed to analyze the influence of education and training, participation, and empowerment of the performance of employees of PT. Bahana BuanaBox, Sayung.The population used in this study were all employees of PT. Bahana BuanaBox, Sayung. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Criteria samples taken were all employees of the production of PT. Bahana BuanaBox, Sayung who has worked for more than three years totaling 200 employees. Methods of data collection in this study using questionnaires and interviews. Methods of data analysis using multiple regression.Based on the results of research, education and training, participation, and empowerment positive influence on employee performance, based on the results of goodness of fit, it can be said that the model can be used to predict the performance of employees while the test results from the coefficient of determination, employee performance is able to be explained by education and training, participation, and empowerment of 73.8%.

Abstract

Industry in Indonesia been growing well from year to year, including growth in the food and beverage industry. More businessman interested and join the food and beverage industry nowadays.  Many ways businessman  do to win the competition  in the industry or also known as competitive advantage. This research’s objectives are to test the influence of entrepreneurial orientation, product innovation, and partnership support against the competitive advantage of food and beverage industry in Semarang city.Taking a sample of 150 respondents  from businessman  in food and beverage industry in Semarang city using simple random sampling technique selecting respondents. The method of data analysis used is multiple regression analysis, where the analysis consist of validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t test, and F test.The result of multiple regression analysis shows that product innovation variable (0.363)and partnership   support  (0.152)  variable  have  positive  and  significant   influence  to  competitive advantage,  while entrepreneurial  orientation  (0.087)has  positive but not significant  influence  to competitive advantage.

Abstract

Tegal Regency’s Metal Industry is one of the oldest metal industries in Indonesia. This industry began in Dutch colonial era, to meet the demand for equipment & spare part for sugar factory, rail way, shipping and textile factories. Metal Industries in Tegal Regency continues to grow until now, but few years back this industries experience decline, this is due to the difficulty to obtain raw materials and a lot of abroad products that enter Indonesia. This study aims to determine the relationship between entrepreneur orientation, human resource competencies, innovation and supplier resource capabilities to competitive advantage of metal industries in Tegal Regency.Using questionnaire to metal Industry owner in Tegal Regency and regression analysis, these four variables (entrepreneur orientation, human resource competencies, innovation and supplier resource capabilities) were tested whether they had an influence on competitive advantage, and how much influence they had.The results showed that the variables of entrepreneur orientation, human resource competency, innovation, and supplier resource capability affect the competitive advantage of metal industry in Tegal Regency either partially or simultaneously. However, only three have significant affect, namely supplier resource capability, human resource competence and innovation.
