Abstract

This research is titled The Influence of Internal Control And Leadership Style on Employee Performance at PT. Primadelate Starlestari Malingping Branch. The purpose of this study is to find out if there is an influence between Internal Control and Leadership Style on Employee Performance at PT. Primadelate Starlestari Malingping Branch. The population used in this study is PT Employees. Primadelate Starlestari Malingping Branch as many as 51 respondents, where the population is also used as a sample. The phenomena that occur in this study are a decrease in sales, the difference in spare parts stock, and a minus of real stock in the H2 (spare parts) H3 (workshop) divisions.The sample technique used is Saturated Sample. Data collection techniques using observation, literature studies, questionnaires and documentation. Research instrument test using validity and reliability test. The data analysis technique uses a classic assumption test which consists of normality, multicolonierity, autocorrelation, and heteroskedastisity tests.  Data analysis test in the form of multiple regression test, correlation, coefficient of determination. Then test the hypothesis using t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). Based on the results of the data analysis, it can be concluded that partial internal control and leadership style have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Then based on the results of the F test simultaneously internal control and leadership style simultasn affect the performance of employees at PT. Primadelate Starlestari Malingping Branch. It is hoped that this research can be used by companies as materials to minimize the risk of identified organizations or companies and improve employee performance.

Abstract

Investment is a commitment to a number of funds made at this time, with the aim of taking advantage of the current increase in stock prices in the hope of obtaining profits in the future. Price Earning Ratio (PER) is information that is both fundamental and technical. The use of this model becomes very important to assess stock prices and help investors in planning and deciding investments effectively. This study aims to determine the effect of Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Return On Assets (ROA) on Price Earning Ratio (PER) either partially or simultaneously in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2019 - 2020. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method with a descriptive analysis approach. The total population in this study were 46 companies and after selecting the sample using purposive sampling technique, 24 companies were obtained which will be used as samples in this study. The type of data used in this research is secondary data. The data analysis model used in this research is using the prerequisite test of data analysis which includes: normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test. The hypothesis test used in this study includes: multiple regression analysis, correlation analysis, coefficient of determination, t test, and f test. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that the Net Profit Margin (NPM) partially has no effect and is not significant on the Price Earning Ratio (PER). Meanwhile, Return on Assets (ROA) partially has no effect and is not significant on the Price Earning Ratio (PER). And simultaneously (together) Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Return On Assets (ROA) have a significant and significant effect on Price Earning Ratio (PER).

Abstract

Employee performance is a matter that must be considered by every company. Because the survival of the company depends on the performance of employees that occur in the company. This study aims to determine (1) the effect of compensation on employee performance (2) the influence of the work environment on employee performance (3) the effect of compensation and work environment simultaneously on employee performance.            The method used is a quantitative method with a survey. Samples were taken using total sampling techniques, namely 41 employees of CV Radjawali Pandeglang. Data collection tool uses a Likert scale questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using classical assumptions, correlation coefficients, deteremination and multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using the t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). Testing statistics using the SPSS V.20 application program.            T test results show that compensation has a significant effect on employee performance and the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance. While the F test results show that compensation and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.                Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that (1) partially compensation and work environment significantly influence the performance of employees of CV Radjawali Pandeglang (2) compensation and work environment simultaneously significantly influence the performance of employees of  CV Radjawali Pandeglang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of: (1) leadership; (2) career development; on employee performance. This research was conducted at Banten Province Bawaslu Employees. The method used is a quantitative associative survey research method using correlational analysis techniques, with a population of 43 people. Seals in this study use booring sampling as such, then the entire population is used as a sample of research, as many as 43 respondents were analyzed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution Program using SPSS Version 22 assistance. 0.021 leadership means that the leadership variable has a positive effect on performance variables, and career development values obtained significance 0.027 means that career development variables have a positive effect on performance variables, and based on the f test simultaneously obtained value results, that the significance value is 0,000. From the results of the significance above that the significance value is less than 0.05. So there is a significant influence between leadership and career development on performance, with a strong correlation coefficient. The conclusion is that leadership and career development variables together have a positive and significant effect on performance variables. This shows that the greater the leadership and career development factors of employees are met, the higher the level of performance.
