Abstract

The Web Based Academic Data Processing Information System at SMK Madani Marendal I is a system that manages school data online which includes the presentation of student, teacher and staff data so that it helps the admin in managing school data quickly and accurately. In addition, web based processing of school data can be accessed at an unspecified time and place. In this system, the waterfall software development model includes Requirement Definition, System and Software Design, Implementation and Unit Testing, Integration and System Testing, and Operation and Maintenance. Abstract

Administarsi Sistem Jaringan merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran wajib pada paket keahlian TKJ. Pada pembelajaran tersebut mempelajari hal teknik tentang bagaimana cara administrasi server dalam sebuah jaringan. Sekolah SMK Madani Marendal I salah satu SMK di Marendal yang memiliki program keahlian Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan (TKJ) yang berfokus pada bidang Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi. SMK Madani Marendal I belum menerapkan administrasi sistem jaringan pada sekolah tersebut, khususnya pada lab komputer. Pelatihan administrasi sistem jaringan pada guru dan peserta didik diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman teori dan praktik tentang konsep serta implementasi dalam membangun server dengan sistem operasi berbasis windows. Pelatihan dilaksanakan selama satu hari dengan 3 sesi yaitu setiap sesi dilaksanakan selama 2 jam. Penyusunan pelatihan administrasi sistem jaringan berbasis windows di sekolah SMK Madani Marendal I berjalan dengan baik dan mudah. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari dari evaluasi angket yang dilakukan yaitu 90% menyatakan SS (sangat setuju) serta dapat dilihat dari berhasilnya guru dan peserta didik dalam melakukan konfigurasi DHCP Server, FTP Server dan Remote Server di lab komputer di sekolah SMK Madani Marendal I

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Berbasis Website dapat menjadi sebuah revolusi publikasi dalam membuka jangkauan informasi yang lebih luas lagi untuk menyampaikan berbagai jenis informasi mengenai sekolah sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisisensi dan dikembangkan untuk memecahkan permasalahan yang dihadapi pihak administrasi dan guru khususnya dalam mengelola data akademik sekolah. Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Madani Marendal I sudah memiliki sarana dan prasarana yang memadai, hanya saja belum memanfaatkan Sistem Informasi Berbasis Web, sehingga sekolah tersebut sulit untuk meningkatkan produktivitas pelayanan sekolah yaitu dalam mengelola data sekolah Sistem Informasi Akademik Berbasis Web merupakan solusi yang tepat untuk mewujudkan sebuah sistem informasi yang efektif dan efisien Sistem Informasi..Akademik Berbasis Web sangat berguna dalam memberikan kemudahan baik kepada pengajar ataupun pelajar. Abstract

CV. Taxi Simpati is a CV that provides transportation services in the city of Padangsidimpuan. The process of processing ticket booking data on CV. Taxi Simpati is still done manually by using handwriting. With the Online Ticket Booking Information System and computerized data processing, of course the ticket ordering process and ordering data processing will be more effective, and minimize errors in writing ticket sales reports that have been done manually. For the ticket ordering information system, it includes an input design that contains the ticket sales process. Customers login to order tickets for the desired major, system transaction automatically provide proof of ticket replacement sheets at departure.

Abstract

Teknologi komputerisasi semangkin berkembang dari waktu kewaktu, semangkin banyak instansi perusahaan baik pemerintah maupun suatu menerapkan teknologi komputerisasi didalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya. Dengan menggunakan teknologi komputerisasi ini dapat mempermudah suatu pekerjaan yang dahulunya menggunakan sistem pencatatan dengan media kertas sudah beralih kesistem komputerisasi. Desa Padang Brahrang memiliki luas 1.342,0000 KM² sehingga terdapat kesulitanya akses terhadap layanan medis darurat seperti ambulance seringkali terbatas dan sulit diakses. Dalam banyak kasus, pasien yang membutuhkan perawatan darurat menghadapi keterlambatan dalam mendapatkan ambulance karena proses peminjaman yang kurang terorganisir dan tidak efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun aplikasi sistem informasi peminjaman Ambulance. Peracangan aplikasi ini mengunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language), bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database menggunakan mysql. Manfaat dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan kemudahan untuk pihak desa dalam pengolahan data peminjaman Ambulance yang menggunakan sistem komputerisasi. Dengan adanya penelitian ini dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang ada dan dapat meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat desa dalam pengolahan data dan pembuatan laporan peminjaman Ambulance berbasis digitalisasi yaitu menggunakan teknologi sistem komputerisasi.

Abstract

This Community Service Program aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of kindergarten teachers through social and managerial aspects in partnership with the Indonesian Kindergarten Teachers Association (IGTKI) in Medan Deli District. The program involved nearly 50 kindergarten teachers from various schools in the district. The method used for this community service is Participatory Action Research (PAR), which consists of five stages: to Know, to Understand, to Plan, to Act, and to Change. The first stage aims to identify the conditions and needs of the kindergarten teachers, followed by a deeper understanding of the importance of early childhood English communication. The participants were then involved in planning and taking action through training on the use of digital applications and creating flipbook e-modules to support early childhood English teaching. Evaluation of the activities was conducted using pre-test and post-test instruments via Google Form, showing a significant improvement of 70-90 from the total score of 100. Additionally, 80% of participants committed to continuously using digital applications and flipbook e-modules in their schools. Overall, this community service activity successfully provided significant benefits in enhancing the knowledge and skills of IGTKI partners in Medan Deli, particularly in supporting the development of early childhood English communication skills.

Abstract

Ulos has high cultural and economic value, but its market accessibility in the digital era is still limited due to the dominance of conventional sales. The Yusnita Tenun Uwis Nipes SME in Binjai City faces obstacles in online marketing and a lack of specialized platforms that provide accurate product information. This study aims to design the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of a mobile-based ulos e-commerce application to expand market reach and increase sales conversion. Using a User-Centered Design (UCD) approach, this study ensures that the application is designed according to user needs and preferences to be more intuitive and user-friendly. The results of this design are expected to increase product visibility, facilitate digital transactions, and support the preservation of Ulos culture through adaptive technology.

Abstract

Toko Paris is an UMKM engaged in the sale of Arabic calligraphy products and still runs a conventional sales system through physical stores. Therefore, a digital solution is needed that can improve service convenience and sales effectiveness. This study aims to design the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design on the Toko Paris mobile application by applying the Design Thinking method. This method is carried out through several main stages, namely empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and testing. The application display design was carried out using Figma software as a visualization medium for mobile design. Furthermore, the resulting prototype was evaluated using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. The results of testing on 10 respondents by answering 10 questions and obtained a SUS score of 65 which is included in the adjective category Good and the acceptability level Marginal High. This application design is expected to be a digital solution that can support the increase in competitiveness of Toko Paris UMKM in facing the era of digital transformation.

Abstract

At Pembangunan Panca Budi University, to find the location of a building, only signs and campus maps are used as navigation tools. This method makes it a little difficult for students, especially new students and visitors, to find the building they want to go to. The purpose of this study is to create an augmented reality application as a GPS-based building guide. This study uses the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method, which includes six phases: concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution. The MDLC approach was chosen because this method is suitable for developing interactive multimedia applications. The resulting application has navigation features to the destination building such as a minimap, distance estimation, and directions. The results of system testing using Blackbox testing indicate that all features can function properly. Therefore, this GPS-based augmented reality application is expected to help students, lecturers, and visitors in finding the building they are going to.
