Abstract

Perpustakaan Sekolah harus mampu memahami konsep-konsep Knowledge Management dan membuat analisis SWOT. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah mendeskripsikan implementasi knowledge management dan analisis SWOT di Perpustakaan Sekolah. Metode yang digunakan dengan pengumpulan data dengan cara pengamatan / observasi dan menggunakan sumber internet, bahan matapelajaran dan karya tulis. Hasil penulisan ini menemukan bahwa untuk tercapainya implementasi knowledge management dan analisis SWOT, maka (1) Perpustakaan Sekolah diharapkan: (a) Memahami konsep Knowledge Management (penciptaan, perekaman dan organisasi, penyebaran, akses dan pengunaan, dan dilanjutkan dengan penciptaan kembali pengetahuan, dan seterusnya), (b) Menjadi mitra bagi pengguna, (c) Melayani individu atau kelompok sebagai anggota jaringan, (d) Menyediakan fasilitas Knowledge Management.

Abstract

The Google meet application and Google form are being studied and used by many teachers and students during the current pandemic. At this time all countries in the world are experiencing a crisis along with the entry of the Corona / Covit'19 virus which has killed many victims, even though many are still being treated with special handling in hospitals. The whole world is struggling to eradicate the virus that is currently developing. With this virus, countries around the world apply to stay at home to avoid crowds so that they can suppress this virus from developing. Many countries have locked down the place in order to suppress the development of this virus. Indonesia is one of the countries that also implements LockDown but in other terms, namely, PSBB means Large-Scale Social Restrictions. Where the Government recommends that all activities be carried out at home, one of which is in the field of education, namely school, where students can only receive learning from home and teachers also from home. This is where the use of information and communication technology is needed in carrying out teaching and learning activities. Currently, all teachers in schools must be able to take advantage of advanced information and communication technology to teach their students.The purpose of this study is to obtain an overview of the extent to which teachers in schools use or utilize information and communication technology that is currently developing using the internet in teaching and learning activities. In this study, research focuses on understanding social phenomena that occur in society.

Abstract

XYZ University is a college that annually accepts large numbers of students and has tens of thousands of students. This organizations have an obligation to maintain information and maintain the existence of information against various risks of accidents, whether intentional or unintentional. With the possibility of a risk in the form of a disaster which is a threatening and disruptive event, a disaster can cause loss of organizational data so that risk management is needed that can control it. The progress of information technology development has made technology a means to assist disaster recovery plans in tertiary institutions. The Disaster Recovery Plan is a strategic step to restore the system due to the impact of disasters, both natural and non-natural disasters. Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) is a set of documents that defines every activity, action, and procedure that must be carried out related to disaster recovery, continuing delayed business processes in a short time and can save existing assets. The research was conducted using the ISO / IEC 24763: 2008 standard. The results obtained are in the form of Risk Recapitulation Based on Literature, then the severity and detection levels are obtained through FMEA analysis which is assessed at levels 1-10, and with business impact analysis the RTO and RPO results are obtained.
