Abstract

Bandar Udara Sultan Thaha Jambi Sesuai dengan data movement yang didapatkan pada bulan Oktober 2019, rata rata per hari ada 11 pergerakan helikopter di Bandar Udara Sultan Thaha Jambi baik departure maupun arrival. Dengan jumlah traffic helikopter yang cukup tinggi, Bandar Udara Sultan Thaha Jambi memiliki 3 helipad yang sekaligus sebagai Final Approach and Take Off Area helikopter. Namun karena letaknya terlalu dekat dengan bangunan bandar udara, sehingga dalam pengaplikasiannya sering menimbulkan hazard. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ICAO: Annex 14 Volume 2 Heliports, Doc. 9261 Heliport Manual. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Selain itu, metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode observasi, survey, studi pustaka dan wawancara dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpul data di Bandar Udara Sultan Thaha Jambi. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan alternatif pemecahan masalah sehingga masalah-masalah yang terjadi terkait pemberian pelayanan lalu lintas udara yang terganggu karena letak Final Approach and Take Off Area yang kurang sesuai bisa di minimalisir. Penulis juga berharap agar hasil dari penelitian ini bisa bermanfaat guna meningkatkan pelayanan lalu lintas udara yang aman, nyaman, teratur, dan efisien di Bandar Udara Sultan Thaha Jambi.

Abstract

Aircraft Identification (ACID) has an important role in aviation navigation services. Aircraft Identification is the identity of an aircraft in flight. With Aircraft Identification, the controller can find the flight plan of an aircraft to find out important information from the aircraft such as the origin or destination airport, aircraft type, altitude, route, and others. The problem reviewed in this final project is about the non-uniformity in the shortening of Aircraft Identification of military aircraft in item 7 flight plan. The method of analysis used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews, and literature study. The results of this study indicate that there is no uniformity in the abbreviation of Aircraft Identification of military aircraft on item 7 flight plans is included in the category that is very influential because it can hinder the efficiency of developing aviation flight services.

Abstract

Air Traffic Service Reporting Office (ATSRO) unit is one of the units located at the Makassar Air Traffic Service Center (MATSC) which records for managing flight plans and ATS messages such as delays, changes, departures, arrivals and cancellations as well as validating, verifying and distributing flight plan to the ATS address of the relevant unit. On military flights, the flight plan is sent by the Base Operations Unit to ATSRO to be validated by the ACO (Aeronautical Communication Officer) then the flight plan is distributed to the related ATS units. However, there are several obstacles in the form of the absence of information from the Hasanuddin Airbase Base Operations Unit regarding delays or changes in message of military aircraft flight plans and frequent miss communication between the two parties regarding confirmation of military aircraft flight plans due to the use of personal cell phone numbers of each Operation Base personnel. This affects ACO in sending ATS news which has an impact on the effectiveness and efficiency of flight services. In this study, the author uses a gap analysis research method, which is to analyze what steps need to be taken to move from the current condition to the desired condition in the future. The results of this study are expected to provide alternative solutions to problems so that coordination between the Lanud Hasanuddin Base Operation Unit and the ATSRO Unit can be well established and improve flight service efficiency.

Abstract

This final project research entitled The Effect of Coordination of the Aerodrome Control Tower Unit with the Apron Movement Control Unit on the Smoothness of Aviation Traffic Services at Syamsudin Noor Airport Banjarmasin. The problem that is taken is how does the coordination between the Aerodrome Control Tower unit and the Apron Movement Control Unit affect the smooth flow of air traffic services at Syamsudin Noor Airport Banjarmasin?. Because there is a delay in providing parking stand information so it needs to be reviewed. This final project aims to determine the effect of coordination between the Aerodrome Control Tower (ADC) and Apron Movement Control (AMC) that occurred at Syamsudin Noor Airport, Banjarmasin. The research method that the author uses is quantitative. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, documentation in the form of logbooks and questionnaires.using observation, documentation, questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of coordination between the Aerodrome Control Tower unit and Apron Movement Control on air traffic services at Syamsudin Noor Airport Banjarmasin with a correlation coefficient of 0.825, which means that the relationship between these variables is strong. The coefficient of determination is 68%.

Abstract

Tambolaka Airport was established in 1982, has a runway length of 1600 meters and was extended to 2300 meters in 20015. Tambolaka Airport has an Aerodrome Flight Information Service unit which is tasked with serving Air Traffic Guidance with the aim of preventing collisions between aircraft and aircraft or obstacles in the movement area. and maintain the safety, order and efficiency of air traffic. The establishment of security and safety in the world of aviation that is effective and efficient is something that is mandatory and indispensable in an effort to provide safe, fast and regular flight traffic services, a standardized security system is needed that aims to support flight safety. Many factors of air traffic services that can affect flight safety, these factors come from human resources and equipment that are arranged in such a way as possible with established standards in order to create safe, fast, and orderly traffic services. Writing this final project aims as one of the graduation requirements for cadets of the Diploma 3 Aviation Communication Study Program in order to obtain an Associate Expert (A.Md) degree, as a means to increase knowledge/insight for cadets at the Surabaya Aviation Polytechnic, readers and subsequent researchers, as one of the input material so that cadets are able to apply all theoretical knowledge received during class and laboratory education for 6 semesters. In this study, the data writing method uses gap analysis, which is to determine what steps need to be taken to move from the current state to the desired state or the desired future state. The research method that the author uses is using data collection methods: observation, documentation, and literature study.

Abstract

Ringkasan Kelancaran penerbangan tidak lepas dari peran pengendali lalu lintas udara. Namun tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa perhatian terhadap kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja bagi karyawan Air Traffic Controller menjadi perhatian utama. Membantu Anda mempertahankan produktivitas optimal dan mengelola lalu lintas udara. Sejauh mana lintasan kontrol dan stabilitas emosional mempengaruhi kinerja pengontrol lalu lintas udara di Bandara Budiarto Curug. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dan analisis regresi berganda ini menambah pengujian hipotesis tradisional. Dengan quota sampling terdiri dari 8 karyawan. Serta pengumpulan data responden menggunakan kuesioner skala likert. Terdapat pengaruh sebesar 97,5% dari control trajectory dan faktor stabilitas emosional terhadap kinerja pengendali lalu lintas udara di bandara Budiarto Curug. Dilihat dari pengaruh masing-masing variabel, trajectory of control memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan kestabilan emosi, masing-masing sebesar 94,7% dan 12,4%.. Agar kinerja lebih meningkat pimpinan perlu memastikan bahwa kewajiban dan hak pegawai pemandu lalu lintas udara terpenuhi sehingga performa kerja dapat diharapkan untuk meningkat.
