Abstract

A personnel management information system is a systematic procedure to collect, store, retain, retrieve, and validate data needed by an organization regarding human resources, personnel activities, characteristics of organizational units. PT Tri Canis Aurum is a private company engaged in acacia tree nursery services. In its business process, PT Tri Canis Aurum is still experiencing obstacles, namely the rectification process, managing employee data, calculating salaries, monitoring attendance, monitoring violations, applying for permits/leave, resigning, and assessing employee performance. The purpose of this research is to build a website-based personnel information system at PT Tri Canis Aurum to solve solutions to problems faced with employment. The methodology used is the iteration method, the problem analysis used is PIECES. At the design, the stage used Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD). System development using Visual Studio Code and MySQL as the database. The results of the development of an employee information system at PT Tri Canis Aurum can help simplify the employee recruitment process, file employee data more effectively and efficiently, facilitate the attendance monitoring process, communicate between field supervisors and directors more effectively, more accurately calculate salaries and monitor violations

Abstract

Kantor Notaris/PPAT Merliansyah, S.H., M.Kn merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang hukum, terkait dengan pelayanan hukum kepada masyarakat sebagai salah satu kebutuhan masyarakat khususnya dalam pembuatan akta-akta baik itu secara Notariil maupun PPAT yang diberikan kepada pihak klien dengan proses pengajuan sehingga klien harus datang ke kantor. Kantor ini juga memiliki kendala pada proses dokumentasi akta yang belum terkoordinir dalam lemari arsip serta belum adanya pemantaun pengelolaan surat masuk dan surat keluar. Dalam hal ini dengan adanya permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh kantor maka dibuat sistem informasi dokumentasi pada Kantor Notaris/PPAT Merliansyah, S.H., M.Kn. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah metodologi iterasi yang terdiri dari fase perencanaan, analisis masalah, perancangan, implementasi, dan pemeliharaan. Aplikasi ini menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan menggunakan program Notepad++ serta MySQL sebagai basis data. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini, dapat membantu proses pengajuan pembuatan akta dalam penyampaian informasi serta membantu kantor dalam meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap klien.

Abstract

enerapan sistem informasi secara luas telah digunakan pada berbagai bidang termasuk juga pada bidang pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat pemanfaatansistem informasi, ekspektasi kinerja terhadap penggunaan sistem informasi di Sekolah Tinggi XYZ. Metode yang digunakan penulis dalam pengumpulan data ini adalah angket (questionnaire), pengolahan dan analisa data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan software aplikasi SmartPLS Versi 3.2.8. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji hipotesis terhadap variabel minat pemanfaatan sistem informasi (H1) tidak memiliki pengaruh secara positif ke variabel penggunaan sistem informasi sehingga hipotesisH1 ditolak, sedangkan uji hipotesis varibael ekspektasi kinerja (H2) berpengaruh positif terhadap penggunaan sistem informasi sehingga hipotesisH2 diterima. Hasil uji ini mengidentifikasi penggunaan sistem informasi dan ekspektasi kinerja bahwa responden merasa bahwa adanya sistem informasi dapat membantu meningkatkan kinerja dalam meningkatkan kualitas output pekerjaan dan lebih meningkatkan kualitas proses belajar mengajar di Sekolah Tinggi XYZ.

Abstract

Dalam sebuah proyek, kesalahan sumber daya manusia dapat terjadi pada tingkat pemesanan, perhitungan, dan faktur. Selain itu, dibutuhkan waktu untuk mencari informasi yang diperlukan, misalnya informasi tentang proyek yang sedang berjalan dan proyek yang sudah selesai. Proses pembuatan catatan kemajuan proyek untuk mencatat transaksi proyek belum terkomputerisasi, sehingga perusahaan menghadapi banyak masalah, antara lain penyimpangan dalam rencana proyek, kemajuan, pelaksanaan proyek, dan proses biaya. Situasi ini juga dialami PT. Trikon Developindo Sejahtra dimana operasionalnya belum terkomputerisasi dalam upaya mendukung kinerja sumber daya manusia di perusahaan tersebut, maka diperlukan suatu sistem informasi yang dapat melacak kemajuan proyek dan mengelola data dengan benar. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem informasi manajemen proyek yang terkomputerisasi dan terintegrasi dengan data. Dalam sistem ini, penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian berupa metode Integrated Rational Process (RUP). Selama fase analisis, PARTS dan diagram use case digunakan. Tahap perencanaan menggunakan diagram kelas, diagram aktivitas, dan diagram urutan. Mengembangkan sistem informasi manajemen proyek menggunakan PHP dan MySQL untuk database. Sistem informasi manajemen proyek ini diharapkan dapat membantu mengatasi permasalahan yang timbul di PT Trikon Developindo Sejahtra dan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan operasionalnya meliputi fungsi pengembangan proyek, inventarisasi material, serta dokumen proyek.

Abstract

A way a company or personnel department improves job performance, motivation and employee satisfaction is through compensation. Compensation is everything that employees receive as a reward. Compensation is important to employees as individuals because the magnitude of compensation reflects the size of the value of their work among the employees themselves, their families and society. Relative compensation rates indicate their status, dignity and "price". Therefore, when employees consider their compensation is inadequate it will affect job performance, motivation and job satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The population of this study were employees of 50 respondents. Data processing with the help of SPSS 15.0 for Windows Software. Data analysis method used is descriptive quantitative by using multiple linear regression. The result of the research on the regression equation obtained is Y = 10.166 + 0.391X, it shows that compensation has a significant effect on employee performance. The value of r obtained by 0.534 means that the relationship between the two variables is positive and strong enough. And from t test known that r is significant because t count (4.373)> t table (2.021). This means that the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. Employee perceptions regarding the compensation received by employees so far have a positive and significant impact on employee performance Keywords:Compensation, Performance, SPSS.

Abstract

System Quality and Information Quality are twodimensions which are interrelated in the Information Technologies’s application usage. Those both qualities determinethe output wich is created from electronic learning system as one of the utilization of IT’s ineducation.Because of that, the development and inovation in electronic learning systems are absolutely done by the education institute.Nowadays, universities are also competing to increase the benefit of IT’s in learning-teaching system based on IT.Some of universities held and organize electronic learning as an additionalactivitiesin its lesson as they presented in class regularly.AMIK MDP,STMIK GI MDP and STIE MDP are currently applied these system in their academic lesson activities.These  research aimed to determine the influence ofSystem Quality and Information Quality to the User Interest and System Usage of online learning system in SIMPONI AMIK MDP, STMIK GI MDP, and STIE MDP.Authors use questionaire method in these data collection, the Structurel Equation Modelling(SEM) method and SmartPLS V2.0M3 assistance are done in processing and data analize.These research is expecting that the authors can give they contribution to the management in what shall be taken for the next step decision in internet utillization by students in AMIK MDP,STMIK GI MDP, and STIE MDP to maximize the academic process.
