Abstract

Revenue and expenditure are things that cannot be separated from business actors. Receipts and expenses that occur later can be used as a basis for preparing financial reports. Preparation of financial reports is one of the important things for business actors to keep running well. The preparation of financial statements can also be used for stakeholder decision making. Increasingly advanced technological developments make the process of preparing financial statements easy. The preparation of financial reports that we generally encounter still uses hardware such as computers and laptops. Bank Indonesia, in collaboration with the Indonesian Accounting Association, has issued an application for preparing financial statements that is in accordance with SAK EMKM, namely the SI APIK application. The SI APIK application can not only be accessed via computers and laptops, but can also be accessed using smartphones. The purpose of this application is to make it easier for business actors, especially UMKM, to prepare financial reports. Tapak Lawu Juuoos is a form of UMKM that have not prepared financial reports according to standards. The reports made so far still use manual recording. This study uses data collection techniques with interviews and documentation. Interviews were conducted with UMKM owners to dig deeper about the business being undertaken and also the process of recording daily transactions. The results of the research can be used to assist the process of recording and reporting financials, so that companies can find out the resulting profit and loss.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze what factors influence the purchase of houses in the city of Madiun . The sample in this study amounted to 119 residents of the city of Madiun. The sampling technique in this study was conducted by insidential sampling method. The independent variables in this study are location, social environment, price, and community income while the dependent variable in this study is the purchase decision.The analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression which is done by testing classical assumptions first. The results showed that the price and environment had a positive and significant effect on the decision to buy a house in the city of Madiun, while the salary variable and location had a negative and insignificant effect on the purchase of a house in the city of Madiun.

Abstract

Paguyuban Peternak Ayam Banjarejo as a community service partner faces several problems, such as the lack of resources to prepare financial reports that are in accordance with Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities (FAS MSME); the lack of sufficient skills to start systematic financial records using a computer; and the lack of information about the regulations relating to the preparation of financial reports and tax. Therefore, this community service activity is carried out to provide alternative solutions in overcoming obstacles faced by partners. In addition, this activity introduces the use of the simplest technology, like Excel Spreadsheet in preparing financial reports. This community service activity is expected to be an initiation for Partners to apply more sophisticated technology in preparing their financial reports in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pelatihan terhadap Keterikatan Kerja, Pengembangan Karir terhadap Keterikatan Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Keterikatan Kerja pada karyawan PT Ria Busana. Menggunakan teknik Non Probability Sampling dengan menggunakan menggunakan metode jenuh. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 44 konsumen PT Ria Busana. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode regresi linier berganda yang dibantu dengan perogram SPSS versi 25 serta Microsoft Excel 2016. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keterikatan Kerja, Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh terhadap Keterikatan Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keterikatan Kerja.

Abstract

Financial literacy is very important (Chhow & Ansong, 2010) for young people. This can form a habit of saving and accumulating assets for young people. Financial literacy is also the key (Ansong & Gyensare, 2012) to reduce financial problems, especially for young adults. Financial literacy (Shaari, Hasan, Mohamed, & Sabri, 2013) can also prevent young people from overusing third party funds. This financial literacy can influence decision making regarding financial problems in young people. The literacy level assessment carried out on young people will provide insight for researchers in understanding behavior related to finance.This study uses a quantitative method approach. The data source used is Madiun City youth in the age range of 18-39 years. The data collection technique used is to use a questionnaire or questionnaire. The results show that the financial literacy of young people in Madiun City is at a low level.
