Abstract

Abstract: School Committee Participation in Achieving the Effectiveness of Elementary School Management The purpose of this study was to determine the participation of school committees in achieving the effectiveness of elementary school management. The approach used in this research is quantitative and analytical methods in the form of path analysis. Data was collected using a questionnaire with a Likert Scale filled out by school principals and teachers in 40 public elementary schools in Bengkulu City as a research analysis unit. The results of data analysis showed that school committee participation had a direct positive effect on the effectiveness of school managementAbstrak : Partisipasi Komite Sekolah Dalam Pencapaian Efektivitas Manajemen Sekolah Dasar Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui partisipasi komite sekolah dalam pencapaian efektivitas manajemen sekolah  dasar. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan metode analisis berupa analisis jalur (path analysis). Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket dengan  skala  Likert yang diisi oleh kepala sekolah dan guru pada 40 SD Negeri se-Kota Bengkulu sebagai unit analisis penelitian. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi komite sekolah memberikan pengaruh positif secara langsung terhadap efektivitas manajemen sekolah
