Abstract

One way to protect children is child adoption, which means embracing a child to the family by which there is a legal relationship between the adopter and the adoptee. In Indonesia, adoption is one of the controversial issues in civil, customary, or Islamic law, which have their own characteristics. Abstract

Since its launching for the first time in 1859, Darwin’s evolutionary theory never freed from critiques, particularly that from theologians. However, since the theory is deemed as being scientific while belief in religion is unscientific, most of  scientists and educators   support the misleading theory. Darwin has placed humans in the lowest position in their creatures, since according to him, the process of creating humans  is through several phases, from the lowest phase  to the perfection phase of their creatures in order to be survival. It is what he calls an evolution. Kata Kunci: Islam, evolusi, manusia
