Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Islamic banking internal factors include Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non-Performing Financing (NPF), Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) and Third Party Funds (DPK) on the amount of financing disbursed to the construction sector in Islamic banking in Indonesia. 2015-2019. The research method used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The data used are secondary data obtained from the Annual Financial Statements of Islamic Banking that are published by Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). The results of this research indicate that simultaneously the variables CAR, NPF, DAR and DPK have a significant effect on the financing of the construction sector. While partially, only NPF and DPK variables have a positive and significant effect on Construction Sector Financing.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the CAR and Firm Size variables on bank liquidity as measured by ROA and determine the effect of FDR on the financial performance of Islamic banks as measured by ROA in Islamic banking in Indonesia for the 2015-2019 period. In this study, the data sample used was selected through a purposive sampling method with data taken from secondary data, namely the annual report of Islamic banks for the 2015-2019 period and the sample in this study used 11 Islamic Commercial Banks. This study uses the method of Descriptive Analysis and Path Analysis using the Eviews 9 and WarpPLS 7.0 applications as analytical tools. The results of this study are CAR has no effect on FDR, Firm Size has a negative and significant effect on FDR and FDR has a positive and significant effect on ROA.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between Average Age of Inventory (AAI), Average Collection Period (ACP), Average Payment Period (APP) and Firm Size (FSz) variables on the Return On Asset (ROA) variable. The object of research is a chemical sub-sector company listed on Sharia Stock Index for the 2016-2020 period. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression with panel data using EViews 9 software. The results showed that partially AAI and ACP variables had a negative and insignificant effect on ROA, while APP and FSz had a negative and insignificant effect on ROA. Simultaneously the variables AAI, ACP, APP and FSz have a positive and significant effect on ROA.

Abstract

In conducting this study, to determine the effect of the Current Ratio, Debt to Assets Ratio, Return on Assets to the Earning Per Share of property and real estate companies listed in ISSI. The sample in this study consisted of 12 property and real estate companies registered with ISSI. The data used was obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, as well as the company's official website. The analytical method used is the panel data regression method using EViews 10 Software. The results obtained from this research are; CR partially positive and insignificant effect on EPS, DAR partially positive and not significant effect on EPS, ROA partially positive and significant effect on EPS, CR, DAR, and ROA simultaneously positiv and significant effect on EPS.

Abstract

The research aims to know the effect of Narrow Money, Interest Rate of Bank Indonesia, inflation, and exchange rate towards Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI) in 2016-2020. Sampling of the reseach was CSPI in 2016-2020, the type of data used is time series with monthly data collection taken from 2016-2020, with n research data as much as 60. Research methodology using descriptive method with quantitative approachment. Data analysis technique used are multilinear regression with data processing assisted using data processing application The research showed that Narrow Money had a positive effects and significant toward Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI) , Interest Rate of Bank Indonesia had a not significant effect toward Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI), Inflation had a positif effects and significant toward Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI), and exchange rate had a negative effects and significant toward Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI). Simultaneously that Narrow Money, Interest Rate of Bank Indonesia, inflation, and exchange rate had a significant effect towards Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI)

Abstract

This research aims to find out the financial development and prediction of bankruptcy from PT INTI (Persero) in 2015 - 2019. Descriptive method with a quantitative approach was used in the research. The object of the research is the annual financial statements of PT INTI (Persero) in 2015 - 2019. Data analysis tools uses Microsoft Excel with Altman Z-Score Modification model formula that uses 4 financial ratios that are Working Capital to Total Assets, Retained Earnings to Total Assets, Earnings Before Interest and Taxes to Total Assets, and Book Value of Equity to Total Liabilities. The calculation results will show the company's categories include safe, grey area, and distress. The results showed financial aspects of the company decreased and Z-Score in PT INTI (Persero) in 2015 - 2019 was in the potential for bankruptcy for the past 5 years.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of DER,EPS and ROA on stock prices in Property and Real Estate Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015 – 2019.The population in this study is 28 company using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using IBM SPSS 25 software .The results showed that the variables DER, EPS, and ROA simultaneously had positive and significant effect on stock prices. DER partially has a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices. EPS partially positive and significant effect on stock prices. ROA partially has a negative and significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

The aim of this research are to analyze the effect of CR and DER to at food and Beverage listed on BEI (Indonesian Stock Exchange) Period 2014 – 2018.The method used is purposive sampling method is the technique of determinng the sample based on certain critria and considerations. With a total of 8 perusahaan for 5 years from 2014 - 2018. Completing this final project is quantitative. The analytical tool used in this study is with using the of Eviews 10 sofware. The research showed that CR (Current Ratio) are not having significant effect partially to ROA (Return On Assets), therefore, DER (Debt to Equity Ratio) are not having significant effect partially to ROA (Return On Assets), therefore, CR (Current Ratio) and DER (Debt to Equity Rato) are simultaneously react significanly to ROA (Return On Assets).

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of Current Ratio and Inventory Turnover on cement sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the period 2012-2019. This research uses a purposive sampling method and obtains a sample of 4 companies. The analysis used to determine the effect of Current Ratio and Inventory Turnover is statistical analysis with the help of Eviews 10 software. Testing is done by linear regression of panel data with independent variables used, namely Current Ratio (CR) and Inventory Turnover (ITO). The results showed that the Current Ratio had no partial effect on Return On Assets and Inventory Turnover had no partial effect on Return On Assets. Current Ratio and Inventory Turnover have a simultaneous effect on Return On Assets.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the comparison on profitability ratio towards mining sector companies that are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange before and during the Covid-19 pandemic for the 2019-2020 period. The research method used is financial ratio different test between before and during Covid-19 pandemic. Financial ratio that is used is profitability ratio consisting of gross profit margin, net profit margin, return on asset, and return on equity. Data analysis using IBM SPSS ver. 25. The result if this study is stated that there is a significant difference towards profitability ratio between before and during the Covid-19 pandemic.
