Abstract

This study aims to see how the influence of service excellent ground handling officers on passenger satisfaction at Sultan Babullah Airport, Ternate. The sampling technique in this study is a probability sampling technique with a simple random sampling method, the number of samples obtained is 100 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire with the analytical methods used, namely validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression test, and t test (partial). The results of the simple linear regression test show that there is a unidirectional effect, which means that service excellent has a positive effect on passenger satisfaction. The results of the t-test show that the significance value is <0.05 and the tcount > ttable value. This shows that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The results of the study concluded that service excellent had a significant effect on passenger satisfaction at Sultan Babullah Airport, Ternate.

Abstract

With the increasing demand for air transportation services, it must be accompanied by an increase in aviation safety and security, both safety and security in airspace, aircraft and airports. Airport security is determined by the active role of Aviation Security to implement security programs set by the government. Increasing the quality of AVSEC is very urgent and needs to be carried out in a planned, directed and sustainable manner in order to increase capability and professionalism. To support this, it is necessary to have soft skill behavior to guide performers to improve and form quality attitudes and behaviors that can produce maximum performance in order to realize goals and benefits properly. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of soft skills on the performance of aviation security and to find out how much influence soft skills have on the performance of aviation security at Mopah Merauke International Airport, Papua. This research used a quantitative method using the Non Probability Sampling technique using a saturated sample. The sample used was 30 respondents, the results of distributing questionnaires to all Avsec employee respondents at Mopah Merauke International Airport, Papua. Retrieval of data on the number of samples using a survey with an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression, T test and coefficient of determination with soft skills as the independent variable and Avsec employee performance as the dependent variable which were processed using the SPSS Version 26.0 application. The results showed that the t count > t table with a value of 7.987 > 0.374 with a significant level of 0.05, so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which means that there is an influence of soft skills on the performance of Avsec employees at Mopah Merauke International Airport, Papua partially accepted . The percentage based on the coefficient of determination test shows that the R square is 0.695. This means that the influence of soft skills on the performance of Avsec employees at Mopah Merauke International Airport, Papua is 69.5%.

Abstract

Peran Aviation security sangat penting dalam menunjang kegiatan penerbangan. Aviation security memiliki tugas dan tanggung jawab menjaga keamanan penerbangan dan memastikan barang yang masuk kedalam pesawat tidak membahayakan keamanan penerbangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana Peran petugas Aviation Security dalam menunjang keamanan penerbangan di Bandar Udara Rahadi Oesman Ketapang Kalimantan Barat. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti hanya membatasi pada bagian Passenger Security Check Point khususnya yang berkaitan dengan pemeriksaan terhadap barang-barang yang termasuk jenis Prohibited Item, dimana barang-barang tersebut tidak diperbolehkan masuk kedalam kabin pesawat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu, obsevasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Peneliti langsung melakukan observasi dilapangan sekaligus melakukan dokumentasi. Untuk wawancara peneliti melakukannya kepada 3 tingkatan lisensi Aviation Security, yaitu Basic, Junior, Senior. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, pembahasan, dan kesimpulan. Peran petugas Aviation Security di Bandar Udara Rahadi Oesman Ketapang sangat penting karena mereka bekerja untuk menjaga keamanan bandar udara. Mereka memeriksa penumpang dan barang untuk memastikan aman untuk bepergian dengan pesawat. Setiap penumpang yang akan terbang keluar dari bandar udara harus melalui tempat pemeriksaan keamanan untuk memastikan mereka tidak membawa barang terlarang. Jika suatu barang ditemukan dilarang, petugas Aviation Security akan mengikuti Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) mereka untuk menentukan apa yang harus dilakukan dengan barang tersebut.

Abstract

Dengan berkembangnya zaman dan teknologi, suatu perusahaan akan melakukan perubahan organisasi yang dirancang untuk memungkinkan perusahaan bertahan dan bersaing dengan perusahaan lain. Oleh karena itu diperlukan kinerja yang baik dari setiap orang yang ada di dalam organisasi. Salah satu masalah utama sumber daya manusia adalah bagaimana cara terbaik untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Untuk mengetahui apakah lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan unit Ground Handling PT. Kokapura cabang bandara Internasional Ahmad Yani Semarang. (2) Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan unit Ground Handling PT. Kokapura cabang bandara Internasional Ahmad Yani Semarang. (3) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana lingkungan kerja dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan unit Ground Handling PT. Kokapura cabang bandara Internasional Ahmad Yani Semarang.Untuk menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh fasilitas ruang tunggu terminal terhadap kepuasan penumpang Bandar Udara Internasional Lombok Nusa Tenggara Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Sederhana, uji T, dan Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Adapun populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan, leader, supervisor, dan manager unit Ground Handling PT.Kokapura Cabang Internasional Ahmad Yani Semarang yang jumlahnya pengambilan sebanyak 23 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai t hitung sebesar 26.130 dengan taraf signifikasi sebesar 0,01 < 0,05. Yang memiliki arti bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sehingga disimpulkan Ha diterima dan Ho diterima maka terdapat pengaruh diperoleh koefisien determinal R Square yaitu sebesar 0,194 atau sebesar 19,4% dan sisanya 81% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar variabel dalam penelitian ini. Dan hasil penelitian ini memberikan pengertian bahwa lingkungan kerja merupakan factor penting yang harus dijaga dan diatur dengan baik karena dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap tercapainya kinerja karyawan pada unit ground handling PT.Kokapura cabang Internasional Ahmad Yani Semarang.

Abstract

One of the airport service units is Apron Movement Control (AMC). AMC officers have the duties of being in charge of flight operations, monitoring aircraft movements, vehicle traffic, passengers and supervision of cleanliness in the airside area and recording flight data on the apron. Supervision is not only carried out on the movement of vehicles but also carried out on the cleanliness of the apron. The condition of the apron at Mopah Merauke International Airport still often occurs due to negligence by officers such as spills of aircraft fuel on the apron and scattered paper which can have an impact on safety and inconvenience for air transportation users. The purpose of this study was to find out how the AMC unit optimizes supervision of cleanliness on the apron and to find out the obstacles faced by the AMC unit in optimizing supervision of cleanliness on the apron to support flight safety at Mopah Merauke Airport, Papua. This research used qualitative research methods. This research was conducted on March 1 2023 – March 31 2023. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Researchers directly make observations in the field as well as do documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, discussion and conclusion. The results showed that optimizing supervision of cleanliness on the apron of Mopah Merauke International Airport is very important to maintain flight safety, increase operational efficiency where AMC officers carry out cleanliness inspections on the apron of Mopah Merauke International Airport once per 1 week, starting from the apron area to the runway area and AMC officers who are on duty on the apron must always pay attention to the apron area every time before the aircraft heads to the taxiway (parking lot) so that there are no FODs. For AMC's obstacles in optimizing supervision of the cleanliness of the apron, namely extreme weather such as heavy rain, strong winds, or flooding and airline officials who are not compliant or do not care enough about trash and FOD.

Abstract

The Airport Resque and Fire Fighting (ARFF) Unit is a unit tasked with providing safety services when an accident occurs in the airport area. Providing safety services certainly requires supporting facilities, one of which is the main vehicle or fire engine, which is the main facility for carrying out rescues when an accident occurs in the airport area. The aim of this research is to determine the performance of ARFF unit officers in carrying out maintenance on the main vehicle and to find out whether the main vehicle and supporting equipment available on the main vehicle meet the established standards. This study uses a qualitative method. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation carried out at PT Angkasa Pura I Adi Soemarmo Boyolali International Airport with placement in the Airport Resque and Fire Fighting (ARFF) unit. The results of research regarding the main vehicles available at the Airport Resque and Fire Fighting (ARFF) unit are the lack of funds available to carry out maintenance such as replacing supporting equipment or spare parts, fuel and oil changes. The impact of the lack of funds to carry out maintenance is that the performance of ARFF unit officers is less than optimal in carrying out main vehicle maintenance.
