Abstract

Student management must first understand the management of both expert opinion and etymologically. In the general sense management as one of the system functions and utilization of elements of management within the organization. Another view views management as Science and Art, as a social process that views the functions of planning, organizing functions, mobilizing functions and oversight functions as a cycle. As a process that is to see the function of Planning is a decision in applying other management functions.The process of these management functions simultaneously regulates the relationships between functions and will serve as an overview of the flexibility of the planning function as an early organizing, moving and monitoring. In terms of management as described above, the management of learners can be defined as an effort to regulate the learners from the students enter the school until they graduate school. Student management focuses on the planning, arrangement, supervision and service of students in the classroom and beyond the classroom such as: recognition, enrollment, individual services such as the development of the overall skills, interests, needs until it matures in school. In prospective learners have a variety of expectations that must be realized when they have finished their education at the level of schooling. Prospective learners will succeed as required, if the management of learners is professionally managed. Professional teachers in the formation of attitudes as well as a set of competence learners that have knowledge, and skills. To examine the complexity of the method used in this paper, the descriptive method means to understand what the object of writing, to observe the various situations and social realities that exist in the community from various sources that can be trusted, writing, online media that match the object of writing. With this method found how important the management of professional learners in practice, in printing learners who have competencies as dictated by the learners themselves and educational institutions where learners are learning.

Abstract

The change of phenomenon is eternally and the change of epoch like a turn of seasons at the certain period of time, such as the change of days, months, years and centuries. Nowadays, we life in 21st century or globalization era. It is indicated by the dramatic change. And it is also as the result of advance in science, digital revolution and the progress of transportation. This condition makes the world seems like to be so narrow, the turn of time feels so fast, the distance become closer. As the fact , today the long distance we can reach within hours and the information can be received very fast. This era’s transformation has effect for somebody or society in his act and attitude. Such as the honesty damaging because of an importance, and somebody may act and pretend based on the condition. So that why, the focus of this discourse is to investigate the practice of honesty in globalization era. The method used in this research is descriptive method. In where, the understanding based on the object, the analyzing of various situation and social reality in society based on and the truth sources and some articles from online media which related with the object of this research. Hopefully, by this method can help to investigate, and analyze the honesty practice in the globalization era. Honesty has a moral value. It has influence to form a strong mentality in rising the competence and the hard worker, to face the globalization challenging in all job sectors. At the end, the honesty not only about the attitude, but also the dignity. The dignity and identity personally and nationally.

Abstract

Learning with conventional models with lecture methods is still widely practiced by the instructors, it cannot be said to be successful, the media used are less attractive, still use whiteboards and markers so students are less motivated, so that improvements are needed in accordance with the times. Active Learning method, can be used in changing the conventional way of learning. This method can have an effect on increasing the motivation and creativity, in order to be able to change the behavior of the face the globalization era that occurred along the progress of science and the development of technological information. Based on problems occurred, the researchers are interested in research the influence of active learning to increased motivation and creativity learning learners. Research methods qualitative, descriptive, namely through observation, using approach to data librarianship sourced from books and scientific material that is obtained at one of the Internet. Research results can become a reference in the learning process by either the teacher or learners, because it has given clarity how active learning influences the motivation and creativity of learners in the globalization era.

Abstract

National education functions to develop capabilities and form, dignified national character and civilization in order to educate the nation's life, aiming at developing potential students to become human beings who believe and fear God Almighty, have noble character, are healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative, independent, and become a democratic and responsible citizen. Such is the importance of noble character, so that guidance must continue to be carried out at a minimum along with the modernization of information technology. Noble character according to the term especially in Islam as a believer is defined as the nature or temperament of someone who has been attached and will usually be reflected in the behavior of that person. Someone who has good character will usually have good temperament or character too and vice versa someone who has a bad temper tended to have despicable character. There is no noble character for people who are not believers, so there is no faith for people who are despicable, because only people of noble character are able to avoid despicable deeds. But the reality of life still occurs behavior that is contrary to noble morals, such as those who relieve performing prayer, perform other acts of corruption: corruption, extortion, embezzlement, murder and turn am ong students still occur From the description above we observe that there are still many incompatibilities between moral values, with the attitudes and behavior of some people, including students. Therefore, noble moral formation is still needed, and for this purpose management intervention is still very important. The method used is descriptive method, which means understanding what is the object of writing, looking at various situations or social realities that exist in society from various sources that can be trusted, writing on online media is the subject of discussion. The results expected in this paper are to create a generation that is trustworthy, consistent, patient and trustworthy, in entering the era of information technology modernization, and able to avoid the negative influence of information technology. Therefore community development, including students to have noble character, is a necessity, because only in this way can the national education mandate be created, namely creating the potential of students to become human beings who believe and fear the Almighty God, have noble character, are healthy, knowledgeable , capable, creative, independent, and a democratic and responsible citizen.

Abstract

Everyone wants good character, noble morality, to attain happiness for himself, in life, religion, society, and nation. Therefore, various efforts were made, including the character coaching efforts for the students, as the next generation of religious and national struggles. The ideal character is the the rightmost character who always obey the religious values he believes, the norms that are the basis of community life and nationality. The result of the ideal character, growing compassion, respectful respect, security and tranquility, motivation to realize the life of a happy world and the hereafter. The problem is still a group of people who can not realize the ideal character, causing stress, resulting in the behavior of corruption, collusion, nepotism, pungli, liquor party, drugs, sadistic, murder, student Tauran, Radicalism, terrorism. This study discusses the students ' coaching efforts to face the influence of globalization, so that it can run the character Idel on oneself, and not be guided by the suspected phenomenon of alleged character in some groups, Whether it be, rulers, politicians, civic organizations, students and other youth groups. The method used is a qualitative, descriptive method, using observation sources, documents, scientific books, Interent. The results of the study became a reference to realizing the nation's expectations, the creation of students with noble, spiritual and cultural character, in the series of societies and nations that are just and prosperous.
