Abstract

Pesantren’s roles include providing life skill and internalizing Islamic principles in real life contexts. This research was focused on the empowerment of students’ life skill: personal skill,thinking skill, social skill, academic skill, and vocational skill at Pondok Pesantren Darul A’mal Metro Lampung. The students were trained on life skills through several trainings: reciting Islamic classical book,computer and IT, fahmil Qur’an, tilwatil Qur’an, public speaking skills, calligraphy, tahkfid nadzom, hadroh, syaril Qur’an; and the students also have opportunity to follow shalawat singing training and pencak silat sport such as Persaudaraan Setia Hati and Pagar Nusa. In order to succeed these programs, all stakeholders should cooperate to develop students’ life skills according to teaching vision and mission of the Pondok Pesantren.

Abstract

Self-image is a concept of an individual himself. It is formed from learning andexperiences that turn into a belief of an individual identity. It is a way of a person seesinside and thinks about himself in this present time. The self-image of leader is a positiveperspective of his existence as a good leader according to his followers’ realisticperspective on him. The dimension of leadership positive self-image must be a realisticpersonal characteristic of a leader, not merely an effort of self-imaging for the time being.A leader should be able to decide on how he will listen to, explain about, see, and judgesomething consistently. The specification of Islamic leader of any level and sector shouldreflect positive self-image of a d leader as a part of worship and jihad fisabilillah for thesake of Alloh.

Abstract

These days, the universities are required to be prepare of quality assurance in becoming ASEAN Economic Society. Therefore, the visionary leadership sense inside PTKI like structure, focus, recognize legality, communication, dinamic style, and responsive are needed to create the qualified PTKI. At least the qualified PTKI should have 8 factors such as scores and assignment, organization structure, communication, decision-making by agreement, and dinamic curriculum planning. Visionary leadership is vision based, which have the ability to face the reality and confidence in making people to be sure that the visions will be realize. The ability that should have by visionary leadership are: (a) capable in making good connection with staff and employment (in organization) who need guidance, support, and motivation; (b) capable in employing the external area maximally and have good relation with the outer which make the organization success; (c) capable in creating and influencing whole operation aspect of organization including the visions achievement, the quality of control system, the organization structure, and the information system; (d) capable and smart in dealing the future.

Abstract

Penggunaan gadget mulai usia kanak-kanak bahkan dewasa dapat menggunakan alat kecil yang sangat praktis dan serba guna ini. Durasi penggunaan gadget yang terlalu lama karena kurangnya pengawasan akan menimbulkan berbagai masalah salah satunya dampak perkembangan emosional, perkembangan emosional merupakan perubahan sikap didalam diri anak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui Dampak penggunaan gadget terhadap perkembangan emosional anak usia 4-6 tahun di PAUD PGRI 15A Iringmulyo Kota Metro dan Intensitas penggunaan gadget terhadap perkembangan emosional anak usia 4-6 tahun di PAUD PGRI 15A Iirngmuly Kota Metro. Manfaat penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana dampak penggunaan gadget terhadap perkembangan emosional terhadap anak. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif deskriptif, berlokasikan di PAUD PGRI 15A Iringmulyo Kota Metro.sumber data yang didapat yaitu sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder, dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.untuk menguji keabsahan data digunakan tringulasi, dalam menganalisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat dimpulkan bahwa: Dampak penggunaan gadget terhadap emosi anak, anak mudah marah, cenderung lebih egois, bahkan sampai tantrum jika menyangkut tentang gadget. Dan Intensitas penggunaan gadget terhadap emosional anak, jika durasi penggunaan gadget lebih dari 1 jam perhari dan dilakuakan secara terus menerus maka akan berakibat terhadap perkembangan emosional anak.
