Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on purchasing decisions at PT. Limaz Prima Steel Tangerang, either partially or simultaneously. The method used is the associative method. The sampling technique used was random sampling using a sample of 85 respondents. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are Product Quality has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 14.207 + 0.380X1, a correlation value of 0.630 means that the two variables have a strong level of relationship with a determination coefficient of 39.7%. Hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (7,398> 1,989). Thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between Product Quality and Customer Satisfaction. Service Quality has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 9,531 + 0.652 X 2, the correlation value is 0.702, meaning that both have a strong relationship level with a determination coefficient of 49.2%. Hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (8.974> 1.989). Thus H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction. Product Quality and Service Quality have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 6.875 + 0.180X1 + 0.470X2. The correlation value of 0.737 means that the independent variable and the dependent variable have a strong level of relationship with a determination coefficient of 53.4% while the remaining 46.6% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained the value of F count> F table or (48,741> 2,720). Thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a significant influence simultaneously between Product Quality and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at PT. Limaz Prima Steel Tangerang

Abstract

Human resources have an effect on improving the performance of an organization's employees so that it is necessary to improve the quality of good employee performance, through formal education channels and the need for educational training activities for self-development. From the results of observations that researchers conducted in Lengkong Gudang Timur sub-district, South Tangerang, said that employees in an agency in carrying out state duties were very much asked to be ready and alert in carrying out their duties and ready to provide good service to the community. If employees of an agency provide poor service quality, the community will also get a poor level of satisfaction, even the community feels disadvantaged because they may have been waiting in line for a long time and so on, and vice versa if employees can serve the community well, the level of community satisfaction will be high and the community will feel happy doing administration at the agency or at the office of the government agency. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. Qualitative research is generally descriptive in nature. The instrument used is through observation and interviews. Observations made by researchers include any focus of the studies studied. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of village employee resources in Lengkong Gudang Timur, South Tangerang City. The limitation of the problem in this study focuses on the work of Lengkong Gudang Timur sub-district employees using the ifas and efas methods. Then the urgency of this research is useful for related parties as an additional reference, included in making regulations and providing recommendations in terms of developing related policies in improving employee performance. This research is a competitive research with Beginner Lecturer Research (PDP) scheme. The expected output of this research is publication in the form of an accredited national scientific journal.

Abstract

Komunikasi dan manusia merupakan dua hal yang tidak dapat dipisahkan. Tidak ada manusia yang tidak berkomunikasi, dan komunikasi pun tidak akan dapat berkembang tanpa adanya manusia. Dengan demikian antara keduanya saling terkait. Dalam prakteknya komunikasi dilakukan dalam berbagai bentuk dan sifat. Secara umum bentuk komunikasi ada tiga, yaitu komunikasi antar individu (interpersonal communication), komunikasi kelompok (group communication) dan komunikasi massa (mass communication). Sedangkan sifat komunikasi diantaranya seperti tatap muka (face to face), verbal dan non verbal, serta bermedia. Komunikasi Pemasaran yang menarik akan memunculkan minat konsumen sebagai penghubung yang akhirnya mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen dalam pembelian. Packaging sebagai faktor berikutnya akan secara langsung mempengaruhi konsumen dalam menganbil keputusan pembelian produk. Pertumbuhan positif e-commerce di Indonesia, telah merubah pola belanja masyarakat yang semakin bergeser dari pembelian secara konvensional ke pembelian secara elektronik atau online shopping. Perubahan pola perilaku belanja masyarakat Indonesia ini juga ditunjukkan dengan volume transaksi e-commerce yang meningkat. Strategi komunikasi pemasaran baik online maupun offline sangat diperlukan untuk pelaku usaha saat ini di tengah perkembangan serta persaingan antara e-commerce di Indonesia menjadi semakin ketat. Permasalahan yang banyak muncul bagi pelaku usaha yaitu mengenai konten marketing yang akan digunakan. Konten marketing yang dimaksud ialah bagaimana cara membuat suatu produk dijadikan konten seperti foto, gambar, video dan sebagainya itu memerlukan kreatifitas dan kemampuan digital yang mumpuni. Terlebih banyak dari pelaku usaha yang gaptek akan teknologi informasi ketinggalan dalam hal pemasaran digitalnya. Adapun metode yang dijalankan adalah dengan menjelaskan penerapan strategi komunikasi pemasaran dan memberikan contoh konkret, mempertimbangkan dampak sosial, ekonomi, dan budaya dari perkembangan teknologi ini.
