Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see the level of auditors' reliability and work experience that can affected the quality of the audit performed. This study is descriptive, with sample in this study were 37 auditors. In determining the sample used saturated sampling and field research methods. While the analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. From the analysis, it is found that the auditor's religiosity will affect the audit quality as well as the work experience, that the audit quality is not only in terms of high education alone but is also influenced by the auditor's work experience.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that affect the performance of the employees of the Education Office of Pidie Jaya Regency by testing the individual characteristics and work environment variables. This study uses a sample of 84 employees with a total sampling method. The data analysis tool used is SPSS version 21 with multiple linear regression method. From the results of hypothesis testing simultaneously or as a whole, it is known that individual characteristics and work environment have a simultaneous or joint influence on the performance of the Pidie Jaya District Education Office employees. The results of the study on the influence of individual characteristics obtained the value oftcount8,683 greater thantable1,663with a probability of 0.00 less than 0.05, it can be interpreted as individual characteristicshas a partial and significant influence on the performance of the Pidie Jaya District Education Office employees.The results of the study on the influence of the work environment obtained the value oftcount3,894 greater thantable1,663with a probability of 0.00 less than 0.05, it can be interpreted that the work environmenthas a partial and significant influence on the performance of the Pidie Jaya District Education Office employees. From the two variables studied, it is known that individual characteristics play the most dominant role on employee performance at the Pidie Jaya District Education Office.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan melalui Program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) di Gampong Pante Siren, Kecamatan Titeue, Kabupaten Pidie. Permasalahan yang dihadapi masyarakat meliputi keterbatasan pendampingan pendidikan, rendahnya literasi teknologi, serta belum optimalnya pemanfaatan potensi ekonomi kreatif dan usaha mikro masyarakat. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberdayakan masyarakat melalui pendekatan edukatif dan inovatif berbasis ekonomi kreatif guna meningkatkan kapasitas sumber daya manusia, partisipasi sosial, serta kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dengan melibatkan perangkat gampong dan masyarakat dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, serta evaluasi kegiatan. Program yang dilaksanakan meliputi pendampingan belajar dan keagamaan bagi anak-anak, pelatihan komputer dasar, pelatihan pengemasan produk (UMKM), pengenalan ekonomi kreatif dan digital, kegiatan sosial kemasyarakatan, serta kolaborasi dalam penyaluran bantuan dan kegiatan kesehatan masyarakat. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat, meningkatnya partisipasi sosial, tumbuhnya kesadaran akan pentingnya pendidikan dan literasi digital, serta munculnya motivasi masyarakat dalam mengembangkan usaha ekonomi kreatif. Kegiatan KKN ini berkontribusi positif dalam mendorong pemberdayaan masyarakat secara berkelanjutan melalui pendekatan edukatif dan inovatif yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan lokal.
