Abstract

Penelitian ini mengangkat judul pengembangan sumber daya manusia dengan analisis kebutuhan pelatihan pada koperasi di kecamatan busung biu sebagai judul penelitian. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini berkaitan dengan bagaimana Training Needs Analysis dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia dalam pengelolaan koperasi di Kecamatan Busungbiu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Training Needs Analysis dalam pengembangan SDM koperasi di Kecamatan Busungbiu. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah aplikasi Training Needs Analysis dan manusia sedangkan objek yang digunakan adalah koperasi di Kecamatan Busungbiu. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik wawancara, teknik dokumentasi teknik observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Training Needs Analysis menjadi aspek penting dalam perencanaan pelatihan sumber daya manusia di perusahaan, sehingga pelaksanaan pelatihan karyawan dapat dilaksanakan secara efektif dan efisien.1.Aspek perusahaan, a. penempatan pegawai tidak sesuai dengan kompetensi, b. kurangnya pelatihan kerja bagi karyawan, c. pelatihan yang tidak efektif, d. pendidikan strata. 2. Aspek Kepegawaian, a. kurangnya kemampuan pegawai dalam mengelola pekerjaan dan melakukan pelayanan publik. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan melalui dua aspek, 1. Melalui perusahaan, a.peningkatan manajemen perusahaan, penempatan karyawan yang disesuaikan dengan bidangnya, b.upaya peningkatan sumber daya manusia melalui pelatihan yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan karyawan, C. melakukan Training Needs analysis sebelum melakukan penelitian, agar hasilnya efektif dan efisien, d. melakukan pelatihan secara berkala untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dan daya saing pegawai. 2. Kinerja Karyawan, a. meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik. Berdasarkan teori yang digunakan, analisis kebutuhan pelatihan dibagi menjadi dua jenis, yaitu reaktif dan proaktif. kemudian permasalahan di lapangan tepatnya di koperasi kecamatan Busungbiu masuk dalam kategori reaktif. Berdasarkan hal tersebut disimpulkan bahwa Training Needs Analysis merupakan faktor penting yang dapat dijadikan acuan, dalam perusahaan melakukan perencanaan pelatihan agar dapat dilaksanakan sesuai dengan harapan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the implementation of the value of Catur Purusa Arthaand capital structure, as the main foundation of business strategy to create maximum financial performance of LPD in Buleleng Regency. The study population was all active LPDs in Buleleng Regency. Sampling in this study using random sampling techniques to obtain as many as 60 observational data. The data analysis technique used in this research is the Component based SEM method, Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that the value of Catur Purusa Artha has a positive effect on Capital Structure and Financial Performance. Capital structure also has a positive effect on financial performance.

Abstract

Bad credit must still be saved to reduce the amount of losses and keep BUMDes afloat. The purpose of this research is to analyze the internal control capabilities with local wisdom of menyama braya as a bad loans saving effort. The research population is all bumdes active in Buleleng Regency. The sampling in this study used random sampling techniques so that 92 observational data were obtained. The data analysis technique used in this study is sem component based analysis method, Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the results of the coefficient path, the influence of the internal control system on the bad credit saving strategy is significant which is shown with a value of T statistics of “1.96” which is 2,890 or p-values is significant < 0.05. Cultural Moderation between the relationship of the internal control system to the bad credit saving strategy shows a static T value of 2,637 greater than 1.96 with a p-values value of <0.05). The results showed that internal control systems had a positive effect on bad loans saving strategies. And the culture of menyama braya moderates the relationship between internal control systems and bad credit saving strategies. BUMDes who are obedient in their internal control system, then based on acting using the concept of menyama braya culture, turned out to be an effective force in the efforts to save bad loans that occurred.

Abstract

Business management based on the local culture of catur purusa artha by making dharma (truth) the basis for carrying out all its activities, creating internal conditions in the form of a conducive work climate. This study aims to examine the application of the value of catur purusa artha and product innovation in creating business continuity. The research population is all active BUMDes in Buleleng Regency. Sampling in this study using random sampling technique in order to obtain as many as 92 observational data. The data analysis technique used in this study was the Component based SEM, Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method. The results showed that the value of Catur purusa artha had a significant effect on product innovation. Product innovation has a significant effect on business continuity and the value of catur purusa artha affects business continuity through product innovation. This study also found that business management based on the local culture of Catur Purusa Artha by making dharma (truth), as the basis for carrying out all its activities, creates internal conditions in the form of a conducive work climate. BUMDes managers, including all employees who work comfortably based on dharma, have actually come up with creative ideas in product development. Management of business units based on dharma provides awareness to act in the truth and creates an environment that minimizes abuse of authority, including various other forms of wrongdoing. The concept of dharma also emphasizes to always provide good service to customers.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, several Village Credit Institutions (LPD) experienced difficulties in their operations, so doing business would need to make various efforts. The implementation of various programs to support policies related to credit is carried out to maintain the growth of Village Credit Institutions (LPD), one of which is the relaxation of credit restructuring policies for people who have credit at Village Credit Institutions (LPD). This study aims to analyze the effect of the relaxation of credit restructuring on LPD financial performance during the Covid-19 pandemic. The nature of this research is an explanation with quantitative methods to test the causality of these variables. The variables in question are the relaxation of credit restructuring and performance. The total population of this study was 81 LPD. Determination of the sample using random sampling technique to obtain a total sample of 46 LPD. This research data collection uses documentation and questionnaire techniques. The data technique used in this study is a simple linear regression with the help of the SPSS 21 application. The results of this study are a positive analysis credit restructuring regression coefficient of 0.968 which means that each increase in credit restructuring by one unit will lead to an increase in the financial performance of 0.968 with the assumption of independent variables other constant. The results of data analysis showed that credit restructuring partially affected financial performance. The key is that credit restructuring has a significant positive effect on the financial performance of the Buleleng Regency LPD during the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan penjualan Gerang Pedet dengan inovasi produk, penjualan berbasis internet marketing, meningkatkan jiwa entrepreneurship dan meningkatkan pengetahuan di bidang keuangan untuk kelompok Nelayan Windu Sari Desa Banjar. Metode yang digunakan untuk melaksanakan kegiatan yaitu ceramah, diskusi dan demonstrasi. Pelaksanaan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini berjalan dengan lancar. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari keantusiasan mereka mengikuti kegiatan sampai akhir. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa program ini mampu memberikan manfaat dan nilai tambah bagi pengembangan produk Gerang Pedet kelompok Nelayan Windu Sari di Desa Banjar. Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the business fields that can develop and be consistent in the national economy. Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are good forums for job creation designed by the government, private sector and individual business actors. One of them is the UKM internship program carried out by STIE Satya Dharma Singaraja students which aims to apply the knowledge gained during lectures in a more real world of work. SMEs are one of the potential for job expansion to overcome unemployment and poverty. These SMEs have an impact on every business run by the community in selling and promoting their products. This internship program is carried out for 1 month from August 1, 2022 - August 31, 2022. This internship activity takes place in the village of Sambangan at the Dupa UKM, namely Dupa Ajeg Bali, which in its distribution aims to increase income from the number of orders and at the same time increase public interest in buying incense. at Ajeg Bali. Emphasis on aspects under study include aspects of marketing and aspects of human resources using direct observation techniques to the location and seeing directly the marketing targets and the quality of their human resources. In this case, in terms of marketing, it can be concluded that to increase their income, Ajeg Bali employees must prioritize their promotions on social media. In addition, the most important thing is the presence of manpower. Good human resources are resources that are able to improve their companies and make innovations that make companies and organizations more recognized. For this reason, in terms of human resources or labor, they must cooperate more to meet customer satisfaction both in terms of printing and packaging of incense.

Abstract

The LPD Supervisory Agency report stated that LPD profits in Buleleng Regency in 2021 decreased by 2 billion rupiah compared to 2020. The decline in profits was the result of the inability of the community to pay credit based on loans at the LPD. Many people have lost their jobs, especially in the tourism sector, which is the cause of the Covid 19 pandemic, which certainly affects the performance of the LPD in Buleleng Regency. This study examines the role of entrepreneurship, hita karana-based organizational culture, and competitive advantage to improve LPD operating performance in Buleleng district. The subject of this research is village credit institution (LPD) in Buleleng district, Bali Province. The data analysis technique uses the GSC-based sem method. The results showed that the first hypothesis was accepted, namely the positive and significant influence of corporate entrepreneurship on the competitive advantage of LPDs in Buleleng Regency. The second hypothesis is rejected, which states that entrepreneurship has an effect on LPD operating performance in Buleleng Regency. The research findings also show that competitive advantage has a significant effect on the operational performance of the LPD in Buleleng Regency. The results of the study show that organizational culture based on tri hita karana has a significant effect on the operational performance of LPD in Buleleng Regency. The results of the analysis also show that the tri hita karana-based organizational culture strengthens the relationship between the company's entrepreneurship and operating performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to increase sales of broiler meat, internet marketing-based sales and increase knowledge in the financial sector for the "Ibu Juni" chicken meat business in Banyuning Singaraja Bali. The methods used to carry out activities are lectures, discussions and demonstrations. The implementation of community service is running as it should. This can be seen from their enthusiasm in participating in the activity until the end. Participants can understand the material presented by the resource persons and can practice it directly well. It can be concluded that this program is able to provide benefits for business owners and their employees to improve this business in the futureABSTRAKTujuan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan penjualan daging ayam potong, penjualan berbasis internet marketing dan meningkatkan pengetahuan di bidang keuangan untuk usaha daging ayam potong “Ibu Juni” di Banyuning Singaraja Bali. Metode yang digunakan untuk melaksanakan kegiatan yaitu ceramah, diskusi dan demonstrasi. Pelaksanaan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini berjalan sebagaimana mestinya. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari keantusiasan mereka mengikuti kegiatan sampai akhir. Peserta dapat memahami materi yang disampaikan oleh narasumber dan dapat mempraktekkannya langsung dengan baik. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa program ini mampu memberikan manfaat bagi pemilik usaha dan karyawannya untuk meningkatkan usaha ini ke depannya
