Abstract

Abstract This paper is a field research (Action Research) intended to know and to describe the implementation of the profession tithe (zakat) for Civil State Apparatus especially educators/teachers and educational employees of MAN Wonosari and the improvement of the motivation to get achievements and to live on their own feet for mustahiq/the receivers of the tithe in MAN Wonosari. The method of the data collection used interviews and documentation. As for the data analysis, it used qualitative description which is supported by quantitative data in the form of a table. The results of the research showed that the management of the profession tithe from the givers of tithe/muzakki which in this case are the educators and the educational employees especially ASN in MAN Wonosari run professionally both in the collection and the distribution. This is proved by the increase of the tithe givers and the extent of the distribution area both for the students of MAN Wonosari and the School environment. There are three categories who receive the tithe, those are 1) The poor students who live very far from school and the students who stay in the boarding school. 2) The poor students who live far from school and the private employees of school. 3) The poor students who live near school, the mosque boards and the religion teacher who live in Gunungkidul region. Abstrak Tulisan ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (Action Research) yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendiskripsikan pelaksanaan zakat profesi bagi Aparatur Sipil Negara khususnya Pendidik/guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan MAN Wonosari dan peningkatan motivasi berprestasi dan berdikari bagi mustahiq/penerima zakat profesi di MAN Wonosari. Metode pencarian data menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun analisis datanya menggunakan diskriptif kualitatif yang didukung dengan data kuantitatif dalam bentuk tabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan zakat profesi dari muzakki yang dalam hal ini adalah Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan khususnya ASN di MAN Wonosari baik dari pengumpulan maupun pentasyarupannya bagi mustahiq secara professional. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan peningkatan pembayar zakat dan luasnya jangkauan mustahiq sebagai daerah pemerataan pembagian baik bagi siswa MAN Wonosari maupun lingkungan sekitar atau masyarakatberupa bantuan dana zakat yang disetorkannya dan dibagi kepada mustahiq dengan tiga kategori, yaitu (1) kelompok I bagi siswa tidak mampu dan berdomisili sangat jauh dari madrasah, serta yang tinggal di asrama boarding school MAN Wonosari; (2) kelompok II bagi siswa tidak mampu dan berdomisili jauh dari madrasah dan untuk zakat produkti bagi PTT Madrasah; dan (3) kelompok III bagi siswa yang kurang mampu dan berdomisili dekat dengan madrasah serta pengurus masjid, guru ngaji yang ada di lingkungan wilayah Kabupaten Gunungkidul. Abstract

This research is aimed to know: (1) the influence of mind mapping strategy towards the students achievement in the Fiqh subject in the seventh grade of MTsN 8 Gunungkidul, (2) the influence of mind mapping strategy towards the students motivation in Fiqh Subject in the seventh grade of MTs N 8 Gunungkidul, and (3) the influence of the students achievement towards the students motivation in the Fiqh subject in the seventh grade of MTs N 8 Gunungkidul. This research applied the quasy experiment method which followed by 72 students of MTs N 8 Gunungkidul that divided into two groups, experiment group and control group. In order to find out the data of the students’ achievement used the pretest and posttest and to find out data of the students’ motivation used the questionnaire of the student motivation with Likert scale. The data were analyzed by descriptive analysis, t-test, and simple regression using computer program of SPSS for windows 10,00 version. The result of the research showed that, first, there was the influence of mind mapping strategy towards the students’ achievement in Fiqih subject in the seventh grade of MTs N 8 Gunungkidul. Second, there was the influence of mind mapping strategy towards the students’ motivation in the Fiqh subject in the seventh grade of MTs N 8 Gunungkidul, and third, there was the influence of the students achievement towards the students motivation in the Fiqh subject in the seventh grade of MTs N 8 Gunungkidul.
